I Have been going here for many years for internal medicine/OB and nothing but excellent service. They have been patient, understanding and compassionate for my overall health. Also for my now 8 year old son. I would like to Thank the entire staff, also to name a few for their amazing professionalism and welcoming presence!! Thank- you!! Horrible, horrible phone service and receptionist. They make you wait at least one hour in the phone to make an appt, and even they always forgot to schedule one of my twins. I complained a millions times about this issues but it was too late when they tried to fix it. Take your kids far, far away from this clinic. With the service they offer is a clinic for the poor. Only dr. Keown knows what she is doing,but is not enough. Moved my twins to Weill Cornell and NYP on east 70th and could not be happier. Taked them 3 min on the watch to make you an appt and you have no wait time to see the doctor. Extremely professional. They should take classes from them

Dr.Krause is wonderful. The main thing I don’t like about this clinic is it takes at least two hours for my appointment every single time I go. So plan to spend your day in the doctor office. The actual waiting area is very small and gets packed quickly once everyone comes with their strollers. They now have new receptionist who are a little more professional but are always disappearing from the front.

The staff at Charles Rangel Clinic are all very caring and professional. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and still feel great about it.

I love all the doctors here for me and my son but service has gotten slow and takes a longer then before

Horrible service. Be ready to spend 5 hours here just for a general check up. And let’s not forget how horrible their phone service is..the phone is never answered when you call. And the receptionists for the pediatrician side forget about it. The worst customer service experience of my life especially by that Hispanic lady with the bangs they have working there as receptionist. Worst attitude. She’s lucky I didn’t get here name.

The doctors they are very nice dr. Freeman. the nurses take for ever to see u, it took them 1hr to give my baby a shot and I was the last one in there, my appointment was for 4 and I came out at 6 something. The front desk ladies talk to much and are always talking about there personal business like no one want to hear that and are very rude. when you call to make appointments they take like 30min to pick up and when u ask if u could go in as a walk in they tell u go to the ER like are you kidding me. Dont like this place they have very bad customer service.

This clinic is very unprofessionally and the staff are very rude and the receptionist talk about everything they need not to talk about (hint: personal things other than work) and some of the doctors do not arrive on time to see their patients. My sister is autistic and gets very aggressive if she is sitting in a place for to long. She had a 8:30 appt with the dr. And still at 9:20am the dr had not arrived. Smh.. horrible place to go if you decide you need a primary dr or clinic to go to. I give this place one ⭐️. Wouldnt recommend this clinic.

I love the clinic and their docs but the ladies up front that do the registration of the patient are the worse, all they do is talk and talk and talk and dont get stuff done. I had to wait 15 mins for them to give me my wrist band and i was there 10 mins before my appoiment. Then the nurses just take their sweet time talking with each other and dont call the patient on time and once you confront them they get annoyed and have attitude! Their staff need to do better

One of the worst clinics to ever goto in NYC, avoid at all cost! Long wait time, unprofessional receptions. A clinic made for the poor......

The absolute worst service ever! Dr. Kim is terrible, she doesnt even care about her patients. And the receptionist? She reacted as she was being bothered the whole time. I will never come back here!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone the people are rude and very unprofessional. I spend a half and hour on the phone to make an appointment only to end up talking to someone who was very disrespectful and couldn’t help me at all

Terrible Phone staff that just transfers you to random offices Just to get you off the Phone and after holding for an hour everytime you call they need some serious training
