I was lucky enough to have my hair styled by Anya last week. She styled my hair to absolute perfection and is so sweet! I left with my hair looking 10/10 and feeling like I’d just spent the afternoon with a friend. Would definitely recommend!

I came to AKS salon as a hair model for their color class and it was a great experience. The teacher helping the girl that was doing my hair was very helpful without being rude to her which I’ve seen happen in other salons. This place is very professional and I love the balayage that I had done!

Had a great blow dry by Ashley (Marie). Staff was just right amount of friendly and professional. Hair looks amazing, and received numerous compliments as I walked to the subway. Loads of bounce and shine.

Excellent midtown salon with great staff. I had dyed my hair jet black, had grey haIrs showing and wanted to lighten my hair back to brown with caramel highlights. I met with Jada, who was my savior! She was terrific, listened to what I was aiming for and explained how we were going to get there. She was genuine and did meticulous work. I am so pleased with the outcome and look forward to returning to gradually lighten even further. Also had my hair cut with Mika and it looks excellent. Everyone is very skilled at this salon and their talent justifies the cost. Shout out to Ashley who assisted Jada!

I had a good experience for a gloss and a blowout. Star gave me the best blowout Ive ever gotten.Only four stars because prices are on the high side.

Alain is a hair genius! Pricy but absolutely worth it. His assistant Sabrina is fabulous. I went in for a trim, and he would have done that, but I ended up with a new style and am in love with it!
