The salon atmosphere is very welcoming. All of the stylist know what they are doing. My favorite stylist is Luz. She is amazing and creative. I always look and feel incredible when I leave her chair.

The only salon I go to get my hair done since I moved to NYC more than 6 years ago. They consistently do excellent work...especially if you want a silky mane.

When I called to make a appointment they was so nice. Get there ask for services 88 was a lot for just a perm then 2 dollars for pins very sloppy job and when you have a complaint no one speaks English but they can say Mommy 92 Please never again

They initially upcharged me thirty dollars for having black hair and then lied about the total price AND added 15 to the total. If you’re a person of color find somewhere else. My edges are raw, too.

I’ve been there a few times and I am super satisfied with their work. I have super tight curls and my hair is so straight and silky after a wash and set, deep conditioner. Super affordable and the results are great. Totally recommended. The hair dressers have always been kind to me, I’ve never gotten an attitude or anything negative. It’s always an peaceful experience for me!

Affordable, amazing job and great group of stylist! Highly recommended! It first come first served so if you dont want to wait long then try coming off peak hours, during the weekday is best!

I’m from Abu Dhabi, lived in NYC since 2016 and this was the best hair service that I’ve ever got for the past 3 years in NYC !It’s hard to find a good hairstylist to deal with my afro curled hair, but Jasmine did a great job and I LOVED IT !! Also had a deep conditioning mask treatment that was mind blowing, recommended by Dolores !Despite the language barrier, the staff were friendly, welcoming and so professional. I go with my girlfriend to get her hair done and we travel to the city so if she loves traveling 2 hours to get her hair done they must be doing something right.

My daughter first brought me here. She still lives in the neighborhood. Ive moved out of state. Even though I live in another part of the country now, I never get my haircut until I can go back to New York and have it done at Doloris. Always a beautiful job, and they know exactly what I need. Highly recommended.

Jasmine does the best firm head scratch while washing your hair... you had to request it! My scalp feels so clean 💁🏽

They do good work but they are extremely snooty. They are very unwelcoming when you enter and it feels as though you should be grateful that they are dealing with you rather than them being grateful for your buisiness. It’s not pleasant.

Love their salon went my first time walk in for blonde dye / wash & set and trim did more than greatness to my hair for a affordable price thatwas well worth it I have long thick curly hair that I only trust but so very salons I can say I will be going back there for my hair now on !

Little pricey, but so are all the hair salons in NYC. It us likely that youll spend 3 hours there, but service is good and staff is friendly.

Dont come if you have natural hair unless you like to be overcharged and under impressed. I commuted over 40 minutes for nothing.
