Ive been coming to Queridas since my preteen days. My mom, sister and daughter all come here with me. Its literally about 20years of coming to this salon. I plan on coming here forever ever.I absolutely love this place. Flor and Arelis are the only two people I trust with my hair. Anytime i come here I know Im going to walk out with my hair looking great. I always get a deep conditioner when i come, rollers and a blow out.They have plenty of dryers so multiple people are getting their hair done at once.One thing i also love about this salon is the prices. They are reasonable and fair.I highly recommend this salon. Ask for Flor. You wont regret IT.

I took my daughter with naturally curly hair there for a wash set and blow dry. The lazy witch sister of the owner made a big fuss about her hair taking too long to dry. She washed my kids hair and put RELAXER in the conditioner!!!! I had no idea. We couldnt figure out what happened at first, but could definitely smell the chemical in her hair. Her hair started breaking and it was straight. I went back to ask what they put in her hair. Denial, denial. I went to another stylist who told me these shops do that and Im sure that is what was done to my child. These people should not be in business and I plan to see to it. I am reporting them to everyone possible.BEWARE. THEY ARE IMPOSTERS.THEY GET A STAR ONLY BECAUSE ITNIS THE ONLY WAY TO POST.

Over charged me for a perm. When i got there i5 told the woman I wanted my hair permed and I have my own. She said ok $40. When I got ready to pay she said $45. I said no the lady over there said 40 she is going to tell me its $45 I said you know when steal from people no good comes to you so I wont be angry. I even tipped the girl that did my hair a extra $5. But I avoid that place as much as possible.

I told the lady exactly what I wanted! Flor is her name and she was lazy and didnt want to do her job. I will never spend my money in there again it was not the worth the time. I would never suggest any one in the neighborhood go there. They are very expensive on hair dye. Bad costumer service I called to let flor know I didnt like my hair she was charging me extra for my hair to re do it. Sometimes its not just about the money its about costumer service. & they dont have that.

They have no idea how to deal with natural gn lack hair. She tried to untangle my daughters freshly washed 3C- 4A hair with a a fine tooth rat tailed comb! I literally had to intervene and ask her to use a wide tooth detangle comb..... smh NEVER again!
