This is an Amazing Doctor with excellent knowledge who dedicates time to his patients in a way its very hard to find now days, regardless other people unfortunate experiences. His office/staff had gone through some hardship circumstances but who has not gone through difficulties??? Sadly people are eagerly willing to write bad reviews without looking into reason for things...and rather be unreasonable....to bad...they dont know how much they are loosing!!!

They do not answer the phone. Really terrible

The worst office in Miami. Making an appointment is literally impossible. Their phone number is a voice recorder allowing you to leave a message....which never gets answered. Emails also never get answered.However because of the close proximity to my job, I ignored the one-star reviews and made an appointment through Zocdoc. I received a call the day before my appointment and confirmed it. I showed up on time. Receptionist asked me to have a seat and wait. After 45 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer, and I was told that the doctor is actually not coming in today and my appointment had been cancelled. No call to let me know it was cancelled (when they clearly had my number as I spoke to them the previous day). I took off work and wasted my time waiting for a NO SHOW doctor.Needless to say I will not be rescheduling my appointment. They do not value their patients or their patients time. Very disappointed.

Doctor was great, but the office made a mistake on my billing and they have been completely unresponsive ever since -- no responses to my emails or voice messages.
