My recent trip to the E.R. proved to be a positive one. Very quick check-in at the front window. Followed by a ER nurse getting me situated in a room and getting me comfortable. The ER doctor on call was prompt in talking with me and ordering the necessary tests. The overall experience was the best that I have ever had. But... the only thing was when the doctor and nurses was finished, I was left in the ER room to finish dressing and finding my way out to the lobby. It would have helped to be escorted to the doors. Integris-Miami, you deserve a 4.5 stars rating.

The hospital is a joke. Had a scheduled appointment, was an hour before I was seen and then when I was seen, the tech wasn’t too concerned with the fact that I have already waited an hour and goes on to tell me it will be another hour. What’s the point of setting a time for the appointment? I’m definitely going to Mercy from now on.

Mammograms are no fun but my Tech was excellent. She knew what she was doing and making sure I was never uncomfortable. At times she even made me laugh. I honestly cannot say that about some others.Keep up the GOOD JOB!!

Dr Lunsford is one of the best! The nurses were all amazing too. Everyone treated us well and were fast and efficient. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had surgery yesterday, and was impressed with the staff, knowledge, friendly attitude, cleanliness, and they explained everything before they did it, so I knew what to expect. Recently went to the Miami ER after a car accident. Once I arrived, the front desk person was on the phone. She was helping that person on the phone, however I was not acknowledged in any way until she was finished. I would have appreciated a “I’ll be with you in a moment” instead of standing there being completely ignored. The nurse was very quick to pull me back and all of the staff was quick and attentive. I thankfully only sustained whiplash from the car accident and everything was okay. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. Now let’s see if they try to bill me for this.

I had a very good experience in the testing at the Hospital. The clinician was thorough and very skillful. But I cannot access the information over the internet because at 81 years, simple emailing is about all I can do. Too many passwords, choices,etc.

I recently had surgery and had to spend a night at the hospital. The nurses and aides were wonderful! They took care of my every need. They were very kind and understanding of my pain and provided the help i needed to withstand it. I highly recommend integris miami hospital and its staff!

I recently had a Colonoscopy at Integris Baptist Miami hospital. Dr. Brown and all the surgical staff were very nice. I appreciated all of them for being so nice and accommodating. It was a good experience.

Surgical staff was kind and courteous from prep all the way to recovery. Dr. Brown is top notch in my book. He always makes me feel comfortable. Everything was clean and everyone was following Covid protocol.

I am so impressed with INTEGRIS! It has improved so much over the years! Everyone just goes out of their way to see that you have a pleasant experience there.Dr. Daniel Traum was phenomenal. I really liked him. So nice and wanted to make sure I understood everything. The ER nurses are fantastic as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to go here in the future!

I had chest pain following a heart attack in April. The ER staff were very quick and efficient in getting an EKG on me. The doctor was quick to order blood work and chest xray. After the results came back he explained that I did not have another heart attack, but I needed to be observed overnight to do further tests, which they did. I was taken very well care of overnight with great medical staff. Overall I felt very good about the care I recieved from start to finish.

My doctor’s office called to schedule me an appointment for an ultrasound and to my surprise they said to come on and they would work me in as soon as I got there. I checked in and with less than a minute wait I was called back, you can’t get that service anywhere else. I would highly recommend Integris Miami Hospital to everyone.

The care I received from Dr. Koehler and the hospital staff was exceptional. From the pre-op and financials appointment prior to my surgery, to the card I received after I was home, signed by Dr. Koehler and all the nurses, all persons and processes were helpful and professional.

My mother had excellent care at the ER. 6 hours was a little too long, but not entirely their fault. Dr Mader is the best and very glad she was the provider and not that other guy we hear so many horror stories about.

While I was miscarrying we waited for almost 2 hours before getting a bed. My arm is bruised all the way up from the blood they drawn which took 5 minutes. They finally took me back for both types of ultrasounds & when I asked “how does everything look?” He says “I can’t really tell.” The nurse did not know where anything was because “she doesn’t work down there much”. After 6.5 hours of crying my eyes out the doctor finally tells me she will get my paperwork that’s already printed & I could go home. We continued waiting 45 minutes until we finally got up and went to the desk ourselves so we could leave. The most physically & emotionally exhausting thing I have ever been through to still be left without confirmation. I will hopefully never have to come back in my life.

Mistakes happen but Im livid at this point. I had a procedure go wrong. Ive been in severe pain ever since. I wasnt sent home with any paperwork. I called to let them know Im still hurting and they said wait it out. The report doesnt show everything g that happened and the time on it is wayyy off. Stuff has been left out. As someone who was in the medical world I am disappointed big time. I was left in a room with HIPAA violations cause there was pt information on the table and a vile of lidocaine left next to my husband. I have photos. That should have been locked up in a medicine cabinet. I was stuck in the spinal column but they didnt mark me with a sterile marker which bothered me. The contrast is mostly outside my spinal column and in .y tissues and muscles and Im hurting terrible. There was no finding to tell me whats wrong with me. The report doesnt have anything in it my report from May had. Something just feels wrong. Not happy at all at this point. Was hoping when I called I would get help and it was basically a run around. Wont be having procedures at Miami anymore.

The Dr was rude when he came in to the room. When I told him about her throwing up a lot he wanted to know what I had given her for it I told him I didnt have anything to give a child for vomiting that she had taken Tums to settle her stomach. And he wanted to know if I give her any some kind of medication thats prescription for vomiting and I told him no I dont have prescriptions just laying around. He left when he came back in the second time he was a little bit nicer gave her medicine to settle her stomach decided to go ahead and check her heart and stuff like that. He didnt seem concerned when I was telling him his that her heart had been racing this is something that needs to be checked. The nurses were great the lady that took x-rays was great. But the doctor does not have a good bedside manner when it came to us I dont know why.

I had cataract surgery and the whole team gave excellent caring service.

I was induced with my baby and the labor and delivery staff were AMAZING! They all went above and beyond They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. All my nurses were great but Julia and Sheena deserve extra recognition. They were so patient, caring, and fun! They definitely made my experience great!

Thought I broke my hip after being thrown from a horse. This ER got me in and out with xray, crutches and follow-up in an hour and a half! Not to mention every one who helped me was the absolute sweetest!!!

During my visit to Intergris, I was treated with respect and kindness. Safety precautions were taken at the facility. Charlotte Wade was most pleasant and treated me with dignity during my testing.

Great patient care! And registration was very easy thanks to the staff. The MRI tech was very professional and knowledgeable about his job, as were all his coworkers that were involved in my care. Everyone guarded my privacy. Excellent service and experience! Management should be very proud of these talented employees.

It was fastest ER visit Ive ever experienced. Dr. Lunsford and RN Reeves were very nice and considerate took the time to explain my diagnosis to myself and my fiance.

I was recently preferred to Wound Care by my primary doctor. The ladies that work there were nothing but friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services if you ever need them.

I could not be happier about the way I was treated and cared for at my recent procedure. Everyone I encountered was gracious and a big help.

The procedures of scheduling and the actual process was extremely professional and efficient. Integris staff was very friendly and helpful while maintaining professionalism and safety. Services were far above that I had received in a one-day procedure from the most prominent competitor only six weeks prior to this experience.

I went to the e r in March with breathing problems twice, both times I got treated with respect and the evening staff got me in and out quickly, I had to go again on 4-12 over a tick bite that wouldnt go away, I got the same treatment I got in March, its been a good experience every time.

Long wait to be seen, but excellent care once we were. The place was very clean and the staff members were very nice.

On 6/25/20 @ approximately 9:00 pm. I visited the emergency department at Integris Miami. I must say that it was a wonderful visit. Even though my final diagnosis was two fractures I still enjoyed my visit. The Dr. was exceptionally nice and so were the nurses and X-ray tech. Wonderful!!!!

Doctor Mader seen me in the ER yesterday I had symptoms of covid-19 so she does the nasal swab to check me and a throat culture to see if I have strep throat. The results came back on the strep. I was positive. She really explained things to me about covid-19 that I was not aware of. In my opinion dr. Mater is the best doctor they have in Miami. The results on the covid-19 wont be till Saturday. Thank you Doctor Mader for being so thorough.

This has to be the worst hospital in Oklahoma? It’s not even fit to be triage! I went in with extreme pain from cyst on my ovary the Dr. in the ER says “So my question is? What do you want me to do for you? There’s nothing we can do except treat pain!” He gave me a shot and called it good. I left and went to a real hospital where I was treated with respect, and encountered someone who does know how to treat a woman with ovarian cysts.Horrible care Im not sure I would go there if I needed CPR.

Was discharged with a blood glucose over 500, blurry vision and unable to keep anything down. Because as the ER Dr said I could admit you but Im not sure what your insurance would cover. Thanks for letting me know my health isnt important just the amount of cash my insurance would pay.

Had to have a procedure a few weeks later and the surgery crew was fantastic!!! So nice to have a facility so close that cares about their community and patients.

This hospital is great. My daughter was recently in ER and they treated her like family.My mother was also admitted in the hospital about a month ago and her care was excellent. She had to have test done and my mother kept talking how nice the young men were. She is hard to please sometimes so I was surprised that she kept talking how nice Matt and Kirk was to her. Dr Mitchell also was very compassionate and seemed to always have time for all of our questions. She wishes she could see him as her doctor all the time.The only one thing that I could say that you all could improve on is your staff smelling like smoke. Some of the aids and nurses smelled like smoke and it seemed to bother my mother who suffers from breathing issues. One of them was manager and see smelt like smoke and seemed to try to cover it up with some sort of spray. She was friendly and very helpful so it helped make up for it the smell.

If I could give negative stars, that would be way more than they deserve. On July 30th, 2020, I was transported to Integris, by paramedics after an accidental overdose. From the moment paramedics received the call, I was already labeled a pill popper, that this was a suicide attempt, and to add the cherry on top my concerned husband was an abuser. No where does any of that make sense. I didnt write a note, I was having an ok day, and I visited my husband at lunch. It was an accident! However, I then had all my rights stripped away and was basically a ward of the state. Anyways, as my experience continued it was only assumed what medication I actually took considering, I was unconscious and you cannot test for the medication in my blood. As I began to wake up, I was afraid and had no idea where I was and I awoke to a nurse, Teresa, trying to draw blood. I was startled, confused so I was a bit combative, however instead of a sweet calming voice to reassure me, I was quickly put out with another medication, and was once again heavily sedated. When I finally awoke, I couldnt walk nor speak. However, the hospital did not care they did everything they could to quickly ship me off to a mental ward. Not once did Dr. Stephens ask me what happened, he only asked if my husband abused me! My husband fought for me, when I couldnt and they treated him as an abuser, based on what? I am a female veteran with mental health issues and who better to voice that than my Veteran husband!? My husband PTSD was severely triggered and set him so far back, but he fought to make sure I was cared for properly! I feel as though my husband and I were severely discriminated against and our civil rights were nonexistent. Look at Oklahoma domestic violence statistics and tell me that my husband and I werent labeled by those numbers? Look at my history of mental health and tell me I wasnt wrongfully labeled as a suicide attempt? Look at my husbands large heart and loving fight that that made him an abuser? Would you not fight to make sure someone you loved was cared for properly? Look at our veterans status and tell me that you cared for me properly? I will be looking for a new medical group to make sure that my family and I our properly cared for.

It was a horrible experience just like the last time I went. The doctors do not listen to what your telling them they did not help me when I couldnt breath and felt like my throat was closing up. They didnt take anything seriously only wanted to get me out of there. I had blood pressure of 180/109 and the doctor acted like he didnt care basically just like every other time anyone goes to that hospital told me nothing was wrong with me. Gave me a shot I didnt need and Im still having the same issues. So he sent me away telling me I had an anxiety attack but he is wrong there is something going on with me.

My treatment was like I was with family. I entered via the ER for Afib and possible PE and was treated quickly by an amazing group of professionals. I was admitted and moved to the third floor and again was served by great nurses and techs and doctors. Under the circumstances, it was a wonderful experience - not one that I would like to repeat, but we were traveling to Albuquerque and while unlucky to be sick, I was lucky to be sick in Miami and get just excellent treatment.

Very thankful that we have this hospital. They saved my husbands life and able to recognize that he needed surgery and needed to be transferred. Wish we could have stayed at Miami because the staff was so kind. I am glad they were there when we needed them.

Doctor Mitchell is wonderful and her staff Jackie and Kristen are the best.

If it was possible I would give them no stars because I went in to see what was wrong with my gallbladder and the doctor said you might have to have emergency surgery and no 5 minutes later she came back in and told me shes only there for medical emergencies and that I was wasting her time. I was gave nothing for the pain. I was in tears because I was hurting so badly. If your going to go to a hospital and you live in Miami Oklahoma go to Joplin at Mercy or Freeman.

I have had 3 babies at this hospital with excellent care each time. I also had to bring my son into the ER on Christmas day and received the very best care imaginable from Jessica Blalock and the rest of the ER staff.

My mother has been a patient here numerous times and the staff has always been very compassionate and caring. Definitely fortunate to has such a great facility so close to home.

The labor and delivery department was wonderful. They took such great care of me and my baby. My dr and nurses were very professional.

My experience was very delightful and the people that took care of us were very pleasant.

If you look at my profile I dont usually give out petty low reviews..As a retired Nationally Registered Paramedic with 30 years experience working Ambulance & Emergency Departments, I am less than impressed with the ED and less than that with the Ambulance Service. If its something other than simple stitches or a broke toe theyll transfer you somewhere else and send you the big bill. EMS personal acts like youve interrupted their day and seem a under trained even at intermediate standards but the equipmentis UTD. I will give a shout out to the 3rd floor nursing and staff. With that being said this hospital is better than nothing, but your best bet is to go 20 miles up the road to a real hospital because if its serious youll be transferred there anyway. 😉

I had to personally request an ultrasound of my abdomen for pain (which turned out to be a blockage caused by gallstones), and was told by the on-staff ER doctor that it would take 45 minutes to call in a tech. He acted as if I was being a pain in the backside, even though I was in the worst pain Ive ever experience in my life. They were going to release me with absolutely no idea what was causing my pain and with a potentially life threatening condition if left untreated. After my diagnosis they referred me to a surgeon in Grove who was wait-listed for 5 weeks. This hospital does not provide acceptable service or care.

Instead of the Doctor trying to figure out what is wrong I was accused of using Meth, even asked if she could look at my arms. REALLY!! NO bloodwork, no urine test NOTHING!! Needless I walked out!! I have never been so humiliated in my life by your so called medical professionals !!!!!

Went to get blood work done to see if I was misscarrying... Yea they can draw some blood thats about it referred me to dr koehlers for my test results. Its been two days havent heard a thing from anyone been calling non stop. If i wasnt before I sure the hell am now so thanks for absolutely nothing.

Been in Miami my whole life.. And I will say that this is the worst hospital. The doctors are rude. And they think youre an addict if you go in there with anything involving pain. The nurses really dont notice you. I remember going in there when I was pregnant. Just found out. I started bleeding that night. I went to the er. They said I wasnt pregnant. That it was my period. Well they gave me a test and wouldnt you know, I was pregnant. Before the test came back they were extremely rude to me.. Basically calling me a liar. But once they knew I was.. They were so nice. I honestly wouldnt recommend this hospital to anyone. GO TO FREEMAN IN JOPLIN!

This hospital is a joke. Some of the doctors are very rude and dont take the time to listen to you. My boyfriend has been here twice for his pain in his chest and they didnt do anything about it. They tested me positive for the flu then prescribed me a prescription for over-the-counter allergy medicine instead of giving me a shot or something for the flu. I would have rather gone to one of the hospitals in Joplin instead of this place. Take the extra time to go to Joplin.
