What an amazing process from start to finish. Parking was four stars because it was unclear how to proceed after drop-off of one and needing to park. The process was five minutes from walking inside through registration and straight to the vaccine chair! Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was concerned because of the enormity of the JMH campus and the number of people needing vaccines but the longest wait was the observation time of 10 minutes.

The organization is amazing! Well done and thank you for your help.You guys are doing a great job!For the second dose was even faster it took me not even 10 minutes.

Dr. Justine Payne is main there reason to come to this Rehabilitation center for any severe rehabilitation needs. She is the best Pelvic floor PT in the USA. Her bedside manners, are absolutely exceptional. Additionally, She has more qualifications certificates can I have ever met from any doctor I have ever encountered, and I have dealt with many. Even more so, she goes way above and beyond for her patients.What would make this place the best rehabilitation center in the state of Florida and maybe the country, would be to replace all of the customer service on the second floor and hire more qualifying costumer care representatives throughout the entire facility, and make the check in process for appointments much smoother and faster. Also, patience’s should not need to pay for any parking fees whatsoever.Furthermore, Jackson Memorial needs to build their own mobile application or use a high end one that is ready built for other hospitals.

My experience was fantastic. first I was not sure to get the vaccine and now I am very happy I did. Every detail was well organized. Everybody was very professional and understanding. Kudos to Jackson for making the entire vaccine process easy, fast and efficient. The entire process took less than 20 minutes for each dose, including parking! The personnel at Jackson couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and polite, from the guy directing traffic and telling me where to park, to the funny & cheerful ladies handing out extra masks and keeping the people flowing through the fast moving line outside, to the people processing you and finally the nurses administering the vaccine. Everyone was positive, cheerful and efficient. Why wouldn’t they be? Each vaccine is taking us a step closer to conquering this virus! My wife and I are 85 years old. We had both our first and second vaccinations at Christine E Lynn Rehab center. Our experience both times were great. Easy parking, fast processing, and painless injections. The whole thing took about half an hour from start to finish {car to car). And people were so courteous, pleasant, nice and accommodating. Couldn’t have a better experience than we did. It is a great institution all around. GRATEFUL

Absolutely delighted how simple and well organized the vaccination process was! All the way from parking to check-in and to vaccination the process was seamless. The staff was very friendly and chatty which helped reduce any kind of stress from being pricked with a needle. The entire process took less than 30 minutes, including the 10 min observation period. I would recommend coming early, I was told a line forms later in the day.

First, I’d like to give a shoutout to this AMAZING human who works at the entrance near the front of the line. I’ve been here multiple times for several family members and every time she’s smiling, providing amazing care to everyone in line, and helping all the Abuelitos/Abuelitas who need a little extra assistance. She’s attentive and works so hard and does it with such positive energy every single time! I really hope the hospitals leadership sees this review and is able to acknowledge her dedication to providing excellent service to our community.There aren’t enough positive words to describe the all around experience provided by all the staff members who work at this facility! It’s VERY well organized logistically and they have an effective system for those getting vaccinated. There’s free parking in the lot conveniently located steps away or you can drop off the patient at the entrance.Jackson’s social media team who does an amazing job providing updates on Twitter when their online vaccine portal is about to open. This has been really helpful!I highly recommend coming to get your vaccine at the Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center!

Visited today for the 2nd dose and found it to be well organized and efficient. Patient safety is a priority, two temperature checks were conducted prior to entry. The staff were friendly and personable and spoke English! While that may sound funny it is important and sometimes difficult to obtain service in English. No vaccine reactions, happy to do my part in helping our community get things back to normal.

I received both my Vaccines here. No wait. I made an appointment. I was given instructions on where to park. I showed up and presented my ID and was ushered into the site given the Vaccine then I had to be observed for 10 minutes for any reactions to the Vaccine. I was fine had no effects they made me leave. Very Safe. I encourage everyone to get the Pfizer Vaccine.

Wow, I was amazed how well this vaccination location was set up and organized. The stuff is very friendly, I felt so welcomed. I was 10 min. early for my appointment, still didnt have to wait, no lines, all paperwork was done by their stuff over computer. I was out within 16 minutes including 10 min. of observation time. We received both vaccinations here and our experience was perfect. Parking is ample, free and supervised. There are separate entrances for people receiving either first or second vaccinations which helps keep the lines short. We were seen quickly, showed them our appointments and IDs, answered a few health questions, and immediately received our shots. We sat in an observation room for 15 minutes and then were able to leave.Special thanks to all the staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful, making the experience a positive one.

A totally positive experience! Starting at parking and being directed where to park and where to get on line. The line was short and was greeted by good vibes and friendly service. The process involved several brief steps and everyone I came in contact with were positive, happy and knew their jobs. The entire process took about 25 minutes and that includes the 15 minute waiting period after the vaccine. It was an uplifting experience and I look forward to my return for my second shot.. also, no side effects at all.

Well organized, super quick. Park right out front, the lot was full but a space opened up quickly. Security / guard keeps things going. Have ID out, intake takes about 5 minutes, move to another station, you get a painless shot and wait 10 minutes to make sure you’re not allergic. Done. Super friendly people, couldn’t be better.

I was happily surprised at the experience I had at the center. From the moment I arrived for my first vaccine everything went so smoothly and so quickly that I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. When I came for my second shot the experience was equally as pleasant. The staff is extremely organized, very professional, but very personable as well and very courteous too. I recommend this center very highly. Parking was more than adequate. And no wait time. I was in and out in 30 minutes for my second shot as well.

My experience receiving the Pfizer vaccine at the Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center was first-rate. Highly and totally organized, the personnel were extraordinary. They were totally prepared, knowledgeable, positive, and, compassionate. Every single person I came in contact with was present to the task, no matter how brief. Once I located the facility, the treatment was terrific, really couldn’t be better. However, although. I parked in the garage just down the block and across the street, it took me quite awhile and help from three bystanders to find the door. I walked down the fire stairs since the elevators were out and didn’t know where the rehab center was. I took a guess and walked far away, around several buildings and back around to finally find it.With so many newcomers getting vaccines, some better signage from the garage is greatly needed. The return to my car was very easy. Can’t say 5 stars after that.

From the moment I left the green parking lot, the signage was wonderful to direct me to the Christine Lynn Rehab Center. Once on site, every person that I encountered, from public safety officers to the gentleman taking dermal temperatures, were professional, efficient and kind. There were over 50 people ahead of me for my 715 appointment but the line moves quickly. The nurses were amazing! Sociable, professional and caring! They truly made my experience, initially full of fear, one that made me comfortable. I did not feel the injection! I had stay for 30 minutes following my injection due to an allergy history, but again, the nurses were calming and totally informative.It was a truly a slick operation from beginning to end. Cudos to every person at this vaccination site. Nurses absolutely rocked!!!!

The Covid19 vaccination protocol and program implemented at the Lynn Center was well organized, well staffed, and effectively realized over the period of my two vaccinations. From e-mailed communication for appointment, orderly managed access and parking, short time line management facilitation, gracious and focused registration, station documentation and vaccination, and a short observation period after injection. A college social science professor at present, I have participated in oral polio prevention medicine delivery in India, health campaigns in Dominican Republic, and health promotion and disease prevention campaign training and delivery with Americas largest voluntary organization. Yet I was heartened by the quality and brevity of success at the Lynn Center - and no aftercare discomfort. May the entire USA and world be informed and inspired by the Lynn public health model

JHM/MDC used the Lynn Rehab Center as the COVID-19 vaccination center! That is what this review is about!I had my appt on the best day ever - MLK Day 2021! I am proud to said that my experience with everyone involved on the day of my appt was a pure professional in heart and had truck load of empathy. I cannot think that anyone during the same time I was there 645 to 847am would have anything bad to say about the event.From the securities passing out the required paper mask and check our IDs & temp; to the greeter Oscar (super crowd control) and to red-line greeters that guide you to a registration area.Once registered - meet your nurse (an angel) - Marie had empathy to share - understood my concerns, cared about me to no end. You all may not know this - but I am a chicken when is comes to needles. Marie made sure I didnt feel it.The event had a waiting area for us - the victims of the needles - we are given a time to wait if we are well we can go at the per-set time. I was greeted by Yadira and I told her I wanted to stay a little longer because I didnt want to drive nervous (look I can do Hulk at UStudios) but dont like needles. She said to take my time and leave when I felt it was right. In the waiting area there are ER Nurses just in cast - Cristina spoke to me to relax me - she will be a great mom to her two new Italian Greyhound pups!I want to thank JMH and of course MDC for setting this up for us Oldie-goldies, but most of all JMH for hiring the Best Folks for the job! It had a feel of order - coordination - with fresh and friendly warm faces to greet you and make your day and experience as pleasant as possible.Lets STOP COVID-19 with us doing our part! I am stunned by how organized the whole process was, everything from the parking to when you leave goes quickly and smoothly and the staff were so friendly. The nurse who gave me the vaccine, Roxanne, and the nurse accompanying her (whose name I didn’t get) were so nice and gentle. Quick, painless, and efficient.

Just got my 1st dose for the Covid19 vaccine. Excellent service and experience. I was in/out within 30 minutes. Check-in was efficient as was processing and receiving vaccine. They have you wait in a designated area after vaccine for monitoring for a min 10 minutes, some patients (high risk) may wait a little longer. The only reason I am not giving 5stars is because it was a bit stressful to find the actual facility, this is primarily because the address used in your confirmation e-mail is a general campus address. So, if you are coming here, follow these tips:The Christine E Lynn Rehab Ctr is located directly across from the VA Center just off NW 12AVE & 16ST. If someone is driving you there you should be able to be dropped-off/picked up right at the center. They also have limited handicap parking. For all others that are driving you want to look for the GREEN GARAGE, so from NW 12 AVE turn East into 16 Street and you will see parking garage at end on your right.Hope this helps you.

Everything was super well organized and well staffed. All the staff were kind and cheerful. I was in and out in under an hour and the majority of all that was making my way through the appointment line and the 10 min observation period afterwards. This has been the best experience. I just got my 2nd dose. Both times were effortless. Parking was available in front of the bldg, no lines to wait in. I had the shot in my arm within 10 minutes of arrival both times. And all the staff were amazing. Thank you Miami Jackson for taking care of us at your own health risk. I got my Covid 19 vaccine today. Scheduling was hard due to the high demand, but once I received my instructions within 2 days of Scheduling everything was a breeze. It was easy to find the place, the line moved quickly, the verification process was fast, and the actual vaccination plus the15 minute observation period, took 18 minutes. In addition to medical staff there were firemen and women and it was painless, they were polite, made me feel cared for and loved. Many blessings Miami Jackson!

Great job! Publicity around the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine has raised anxiety in the over 65 crowd. My experience this morning at the Lynn Rehabilitation facility could not have been any more efficient or gone any smoother. The distribution was organized an managed professionally and courteously. The line moved quickly, the personnel and staff were polite and helpful. I should add too that this over 65 crowd was calm and cooperative which added to the positive experience. I am very grateful!!!

The experience for getting the COVID vaccine could not have been any better! When I went there was a long line but it moved very quickly for the amount of people that were there. The staff inside was all very kind and happy to help. I have an irrational dislike towards needles which I told to the fire rescue worker who gave me the shot and he joked with me and made me feel very comfortable while actually giving me the shot. It was very well organized and overall a great experience.

Very good organization, amazing service. You should get there before your appointment so your experience will be smoother. The nurses were so nice. The only problem is that getting an appointment was super hard :/.

We just received our second Covid vaccine at the Lynn Rehab center at Jackson. I cannot say enough good things about the efficient easy intelligent way this center is run. We were in and out of the center in 20 min (and that includes the 15 min wait time after the vaccine is given)!! The medical workers there, from the guides to the nurses, the people giving the vaccines, and the people checking us in, were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have been able to get the vaccine at all and grateful for our wonderful experiences at Lynn and Jackson. Thank you to all who made it possible in such a positive way!

Incredible organization and professionalism during the entire visit for our COVID-19 vaccines today. Everyone was so very polite, helpful and efficient. My wife and I had appointments for 9:00am and 10:00 am , respectively, for our first shots. We arrived at 8:30am. We were back in our car at 9:05am. Wonderful experience in efficiency, professionalism and incredible coordination! And that’s not all, the parking is right in front of the building’s main entrance and it’s free!!!

This center is very organized, from assistance in the parking lot to the attention given once the vaccination process begins.It is clean and everyone is very caring and thorough.An excellent example for other Covid vaccine centers to emulate.Some people I know had absolutely no side effectswith first or second dose.I experienced some side effects lasting three days.Overall I am very satisfied.

I am a dentist and have a great deal of time spent working in hospitals. This is a top rate first class operation. Extremely well run and efficient. Staff is first rate courteous knowledgeable and efficient. Extremely pleased with the treatment my wife and I received when we got vaccinated on Saturday.

I just got my second vaccine. This was a good experience, very organized, fast, all the staff very professional. The fire department EMT guys are the ones injecting. There is a 15 minute wait for observation. It took me a total of 25 minutes for start to finish. 😁👍

From the minute i joined the line , the security was professional in handing out face mask. The line moved quite quickly. On entering I was greeted promptly to begin the process. My husband and I had our first Covid Vaccine here on January 12 and our second on February 2. Each time it took less than a half hour for the ENTIRE procedure - waiting to enter the building; registering; getting the shot; and waiting to make sure you have no reaction. Judging from the stories we have heard about waiting in lines for 5-7 hours even with an appointment, we are thankful that we got appointment at Jackson Health! We feel like we have won the lottery. Everyone was efficient, friendly, polite and caring. Kudos!

I am very happy to receive my second doze of the vaccine. It is a liberating feeling.The whole process was easy. The hardest thing was to find place to get the vaccine. I was lucky to get it at Jackson’s hospital in Miami. The hospital is very prepared and has lots of help. The registration and the whole process of receiving the vaccine were quick and easy. From the first dose to the second, from the arrival to the registration, vaccination, and observation; the people, and the fast efficient process is second to none. There literally is little to no waiting time, and everything moves fast. The longest wait is the 15 or 30 min for the observation room. I would recommend all, if this is a facility you can access for vaccination, to come here. Free 2hr parking is on 15th. street, one block from the vaccination site/Lynn Rehap. Center.

Went there for first and second dose of COVID vaccine. More than pleasantly surprise with the very smooth and efficient organization. Very clean and beautiful building. Just want to thank Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital for the first and second COVID vaccine my husband and I recently received at this center. It was quite easy to make the reservation online and there was hardly any wait-time. They then sent a text message with the appointment date and time for the second vaccine 21 days later. All the staff was SUPER friendly and courteous. We had no side effects with the vaccine aside from a little tenderness on the arm. We needed no pain killer for this. I encourage everyone to make an appointment and get vaccinated as soon as possible. This is the only way to beat the pandemic and get back to our normal lives.

Standing in line was not long and I came in at 1. Very well organized and the medical staff were very nice. Thank you very much to everyone making the process go so well...stay safe!

So pleasantly surprised! Having made a Covid-19 vaccine appointment online and not knowing where the rehabilitation center was even located, I had no idea what to expect. The hour plus drive from home was filled with anticipation (and traffic). After locating the center, we waited in a line of traffic for our turn to park. My doubts soon melted away. From the parking attendant that first directed me to a parking spot, to each and every individual involved in the vaccination process, one could not find a more friendly and professional team anywhere! Being retired military, I quickly recognized this was highly motivated, mission oriented staff that ran like a well-oiled machine! They are organized, efficient and did I already mention, very friendly! The wait was minimal; the vaccine injection, painless and the overall experience was absolutely amazing. Our sincere thanks to the entire staff! You are wonderful!

Re: Covid -19 vaccinations: I received both shots at Lynn Rehab. Process was well organized. The lines moved quickly. Plenty of workers there to help with directions. All workers encountered were friendly and courteous. As expected, parking at such a large institution was a bit challenging but available nonetheless in the parking ramps and free of charge for both of my visits.

Just received my vaccine shot, great experience, very easy and quick process. Parking is available, the crew from parking attendant, registration to the actual shot was very professional and quick. No worries process. Thank you to all the employees that made it possible.

What a great experience (for a vaccine). Very well organized. Parking just outside the entrance. Remember to bring your government issued ID. My appointment was a little earlier than scheduled (nice surprise). Pfizer vaccine was delivered in small batches with Syringes pre-filled and ready to inject. It was efficient, courteous, and everyone was ever so kind. There was free parking outside the building. There was someone to help about every 10 ft. It was safe as we all stood 6 ft. apart. Masks were required and given to you. There was hand sanitizer every where. It took about 1/2 hour including the 15 minutes you had to wait to make sure you did not have a bad reaction. I highly recommend getting your vaccine at Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center.

Outstanding job by the Jackson team facilitating vaccine shots. Easy parking, fast lines, and efficient shot administration. Jackson has been the best at handling the distribution of vaccines in South Florida.

Went to get a Covid-19 shot. User friendly location with free parking, well organized and compassionate staff. It takes a little less than one hour to get the vaccine. Most of the time is spent waiting to verify id and eligibility. This could be expedited by adding one or to staff members on this process. Other than that, great place to get your shot.

Beginning to end=first rate. Staff was terrific. Watched them help people who had little struggles understanding with compassion. Each and everyone of them should be commended. Efficient, friendly, organized. I received my vaccinations right away even though I was early for my second dose. Bring your CDC card for the second dose. People with medical allergies are carefully monitored for thirty minutes by hospital staff with a crash cart nearby in case. Staff calls out the times to let people know their observation time is complete.

Excellent- for both doses, from the time we entered the driveway until we left, everything was well organized and safe. We were very fortunate and had virtually no lines, so most of the time was when we were waiting for 30 minutes of observation. Registering on the website for the first dose was a bit crazy because demand is so high. We are so fortunate to be able to have this vaccine.

From the moment I entered the parking area to entering the facility to leaving, the organization of the process could not have been better. I was out of my car and back In the car in half an hour. And each person working there was so generous with their kindness. What a group of angels!

I received both COVID-19 vaccine doses here. I was impressed with how organized and efficient the entire process was. For the first dose I was planning on having to wait a good while before being taken care of. Surprisingly, the vaccine was in my arm in about 20 minutes after my arrival. The second dose was even faster. And all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was amazing! getting the vaccine there was great; they were super organized and made sure you were out of there asap. highly recommend

I was vaccinated at Jackson for COVID-19 on 1/27/21 and 2/17/21 and on both dates I had the most wonderful treatment and care that anyone will experience these times. Had an amazingly streamlined and efficient experience both with my first and second Covid-19 vaccination appointments at Jackson Health at the Lynn Rehab Center! Cant say enough about how fast I was in and out, and how courteous and caring everyone was to the vaccine recipients. I was in great hands and feel very very fortunate. All this and a beautiful new building too! Thank you!!!!

Each time that I was scheduled for the vaccine it was a smooth transition from check-in all the way to observation. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The nurses were assure of themselves which made me comfortable that they were comfortable and had a warmth to the process of giving the shot. Well recommend at North Dade Health center. I received the PFZ dosage.

My husband and I had our second shots. This Center is very well organized, from the time you drive in until the time you leave. The staff is amazing--very friendly and welcoming, but also very efficient. It felt very safe and well-managed. Thanks to all of you!

Excellent service and very well organized at the state of the art and modern facility for the COVID-19 vaccine. They are well-equipped for folks in wheelchairs and with difficulty walking. If you show up a few minutes before your appointment, he will zip right through. Good organization.

I recently received my first dose of the COVID vaccine at this facility. I found it amazing how they have everything organized. My nurse, Alejandro Jimenez has a great hand for injections. I didnt even feel it. I was in and out in no time. The building is a little complicated to find. If you travel by bus or Metrorail like I did, just walk into the Jackson campus and its the first building on your left. Just follow the arrows until you see the security guard and he will lead you inside.Update: I just had my second dose of the vaccine this morning. Today I went a little later than last time and by the time I got there, there was a long line outside so I do suggest going early. If you do have to wait in line outside, dont worry because it goes fast and once you go inside the process is quick.

Great experience at Lynn Rehabilitation center Jackson Health center very clean environment with professional service. I had to wait 30 minutes after the injection to ensure no allergic reaction.

Vaccine administration was very well organized. Lots of people available to help and answer questions and the process went smoothly and quickly. My one complaint is that there was absolutely no social distancing at the registration desks or in the observation area. People were sitting on top of each other. For a hospital setting, this was concerning.

I have never seen any as organized as this was.......from the people in the parking lot to everyone taking the information and giving the shots. Im sure when I go back for the second shot, Ill be just as pleased. They really treat you like a VIP from beginning to end. Thanks to all for their hard work.

Both appointments were honored early as a matter fact. The employees that worked the Covid area were very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Could not of had a better experience anywhere else. Thank you Jackson Memorial for setting this up.

It works like clockwork. No wait. And I mean it. None. Zilch. The staff are so wonderful! Not even Disney World could beat the organisation and management of the is place. The best!

My family and I all got the COVID vaccine there and we were all amazed by the level of organization and efficiency there was. Every worker there knows what they are doing very well. It was a really good experience.
