Went to this place to see Dr De los Santos who have seemed before at other location and ordered a sonogram since 08/13/2021. After 1 hour waiting at the room she told the nurse yelling in the middle of the hallway that she wouldnt see nobody else until she come back from lunc. At that point the nurse told me that the results of the sonogram done 14 days before the appointment wasnt ready and that I will have to wait for another hour to see her. I asked to speak with the manager, and she brought the front desk lady who asked me what happened and then called the manager who said over the phone because he was also at lunch, that she ask the doctor if she will see me, which her answer was no. At this point I have not been able to see the doctor, I dont know the results of the sonogram and over the phone they never let you talk with a manager either. Ohhh but sure they will charge medicaid for the visit that was never completed. What a bad customer service and not professional doctors at all. This is a place that treat patients as animals...

Moving my mom and brother from this awful clinic. Telehealth appointment for 3:30 and 4:15 pm and still holding. Unprofessional is an understatement.

I am so upset with this center i could scream. my dad is a 84 year old and have trouble getting around due to a previous stroke. this center always sending driver who speak no english and never know where they are going. you always have to wait dam near a hour to speak to someone when you call. what is it ??? they only have one person answering the calls. how do you have 27 people in the Q. WOW, This is not about the doctors. his doctor is great. its just the transportation and waiting hours to speak to someone. I pray someone looks into this. No one has that much free time to sit on the phone

In 2007 I received great service I dont know what to say but Wow Dr toress was the best at everything and anything he treated everyone like family dont forget the other good doctors there my whole family went to this center and we love it if your in Miami and looking for a good doctor and not in a rush then this is a great place always cherie grieco.

Horrible service do not come unless you can take 6-7 hours off work, then return the next day because they close the lab before I was finally called in. Then the receptionist told me they only had two rooms open in the facility. And yes I was on time for my appointment. Very disappointed & disgusted w/ this location!

My appointment was at 945am, I show up at 923am, because they say “15 min before if new patiennt” I was wait one hour and a half to finally go in and spend 9 min, for an ultrasound.... this is ridiculous and the staff very rude!! Will not be going there again!!

The answering service is still on during hours of operation stating the office is currently closed an patients cant reach anyone .Im changing site and going to make a complaint

I am very angry because I choose Dr. Castaño and they put me with dr Alvares and this guy was not a nice doctor he was talking to me as a customer not as a patient every time that I him him something I answered to me with a bad attitude and did not explain me what i want to know.
