I love this place. Not being from FL I wanted a familiar type of medical environment as the one I was coming from back home in OH. This is it. Thanks for being fast, friendly and convenient.

Check in was terrible! I waited 45 mins after checking in only to find out the woman at the front desk didnt put me in the computer que! But my doctor is great, Dr Iglesias!

I loved this clinic. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. I was seen right on time, no waiting. That’s a huge plus for me as taking time of work is hard and being seen right at the time of your appointment really helps. The doctor was great. Dr Leon was very informative and professional, I really liked her. Will make this my regular clinic from now on.

Good morning, the deal is the best I know Dr. Nidia Iglesias and her assistant for 17 years and I am super happy with them.Also with the rest of the Miami Shores office staff, the only thing I would like to mention is that sometimes communication by phone is difficult. Doctors are good, but some of staff an nurses are totally incompetent. Tv commercial for Mount Sinai is Ivy league doctors, they should add craigslist nurses and staff. I give 3 starts instead of one because they do have a female front desk lady that does her job well but as far as the guy , he is lost in space. They made my appointment for blood work and egk at 3:45. I was there At 3:30. First they couldnt find my specialist order and made me call him because the guy at the front desk said that they dont answer the phone. So I called them myself and they did answer the phone right away and assured me that that the order was send last week and they confirmed the exact date and time of the fax. Then the guy at mount craigslist Sinai was able to find the order. The. They made me wait and finally at 5:30 after finally being seen by the doctor the nurse told me” we dont do blood tests after 5. You have to come back tomorrow. So I had to take another day off from work. They have zero respect for other people’s time. Also why would u make me wait and do ekg first if blood test lab is open untill 5? I was there an hour and a half before. They could easily do the blood test first and then the ekg and then the doctor visit. They did everything in disorganized manner. And no I am not coming back to this location again, I am going to labcorp at least they can handle such a simple task like taking the blood, mount Sinai is only good at taking your money and waisting your time.

I have literally been in all Mount Sinai locations because of my mom, (of course my mom needs the best doctors and the best doctors are from Mount Sinai) This location at Miami Shores is literally THE BEST ONE of them all. She saw Dr: Arenas today, one of the very best, however, the staff there, AMAZING. Honestly I recommend 101% this loc.

Wonderful doctors specially Dr. Andres Tamayo-Chelala. Very nice Staff. I am a patient, my husband and my mother we do visit his office frequently. I do recommend him.

Excellent place close to home and a great cardiologist Dr Richard Ro...Everything wonderful except one thing. Phone service is not good at all. The times Ive called I am placed on hold for such a long time I end up hanging up. That they do need to improve

I have nothing but good things to say about this office and its staff. I have always been treated well, everyone goes the extra mile to be helpful. Dr. Ro and Dr. Leon are professional and caring. The office staff is friendly and attentive.

I decided to write this review because almost everytime that a person decide to write a review is to say something negative, not everyone take the time to say something positive. I visited this location this past Wednesday with a friend, my friend had an appointment with Dr: Iglesias, by the way, she really is an amazing doctor, but in this review I would like to talk about the wonderful staff in this location. Everyone had a smile in their face, staring with the lady at check in, the nurse and the person at check out. I wasn’t even the patient and I felt extremely comfortable, the location is super clean, I really think Miami Shores is one of the best offices at Mount Sinai and I can’t wait to be a patient in this location.

Did not have to wait long and they drew blood with NO pain!!!! I hate needles and this time Zi hardly felt it..😍

Fast service and friendly staff.

Went to Dr. Leon, had blood tests, got results via portal - called to find out what to do (some bad results) and Doctor never called me back. Now I have to find another doctor to go over those tests with me.UPDATE: Two minutes later Mt. Sinai responded to my review - so you cant get your doctors to follow up but the second I post a Google review I hear from you. I called multiple times the office and sadly the only way to get a call back is to leave a bad review. And no, not a call back - now I have to call you AGAIN.

Misleading !!! The add at the location reads Same day or next day Appointments I called today 4/9/2018 and the next appointment available for the urologist is May 1st. When I questioned the receptionist about their add posted outside the building, she said that next day appointment was at one of their locations not specifically at the Miami Shores Location. Anyways, next appointment available at other location she found (Miami Gardens Location) was in two weeks.

MY MOTHER-IN-LAW IS IN THIS HOSPITAL, ADMITTED BY GUARDIS BODY BEFORE MIDDAY ON AUGUST 13, 2021 ACCORDING TO THE DOCTOR WITH A STROP.TODAY 14 SATURDAY THEY PASSED IT TO A ROOM ABOUT 8 AM IT IS 2PM, NOBODY SPEAKS TO HIM SPANISH, WE COMMUNICATED AND THEY PASSED THE CALL TO HER ROOM WITHOUT TIME TO ASK FOR HIS STATUS.SINCE YESTERDAY THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN HER FOOD AND ASKED THE PANTRISTRA WHO BRING FOOD TO THE ROOMMATE AND TOLD HIM I DONT SPEAK SPANISH IN ENGLISH AND LEFT.THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND BAD SERVICE, ONLY A DOCTOR HAS SEEN IT AND NOTHING FOR EXPLANATION BECAUSE NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH

My experience in this office has been the best in my 74 years, the cleanliness, its smell, the smiling faces of the workers, the assistant doctor and the doctor for me have 1000 stars no 5. I have always spent a lot of work getting my blood I always end up with my black and sore arm, the boy Eliecer in this office took his time reviewing every detail of my arm and the first attempt was right, I did not even notice. Dr. Andre Tamayo Chelala, for which I have no words, was interested in knowing every detail of my life, after years with another doctor I followed my granddaughters recommendation regarding Dr. Chelala and sincerely made the right decision. I am very happy and satisfied. Congratulations Dr. Chelala for the beautiful team you have and for being so wonderful.
