No one available to get a simple boot. Horrible experience at this place

Hanger Clinic is Great!! I highly recommend this company. No waiting. I was seen right on time upon my arrival. I had 3 knee replacements that failed. Which left me in chronic pain and with one leg that is shorter than the other. Unfortunately, I walk with a severe limp. Heather, my Orthotic Fitter was observing my walking and standing posture on the way to the clinic room. A sign of a true professional. She immediately seen that I was bearing weight on the ankle side of my foot thus my leg was crooked and not in alignment. After removing my shoe found that I have a high instep and my arch would flatten out when I stand which was causing me to stand crooked and bear weight on the inside of my foot. Heather pointed this out to me in a full-length mirror.I was previously unaware that my standing posture was crooked due to my arch. I thought that it’s just the way it is from one leg being shorter than the other from the surgeries. Heather took some measurements and came back with some custom insoles for my shoes. I was so excited as I could almost walk normally without a limp. I felt like I was standing straight and tall instead of off to one side. I have not walked this close to normal in over 15 years since I had the 1st knee replacement. Heather has a friendly yet professional personality. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares for the well-being or her patients. I came in for a knee brace which I’m unable to wear due to the pain I have. But I left with a problem solved that I did not know I had.Thank you so much Heather for your attention to detail and the effort you put in to make my life more mobile and comfortable with the disability that I have.You’re the Best!!

In February my husband had a BKA & required a prosthesis. The care he has received has been wonderful. He is now ambulatory because of his new prosthesis. Recently I had to get a new back brace until I am able to have my second back surgery. Hanger promptly fitted me with a new and much improved back brace. Thank you Beckie, Heather, and Aaron for your professional and terrific expertise. You all are the greatest!

I had such a good experience with the technicians and even the front desk hanger clinic.They treat everyone with dignity and with their expertise in this field especially Becky.I do everything they can to help with friendliness.Thank you and Big blessings to This Office.

I called all of the other Hanger Clinics trying to get a hold of someone so I can get a knee brace. I spoke to another hanger clinic, got told to please hold twice without being able to get a word in and then hung up on. I called this one expecting somewhat of the same manners. I was completely wrong. The receptionist was so sweet and she actually took the time to get me scheduled an appointment. The office was very clean and again the receptionist is so sweet. Definitely recommend this office.

My experience at this clinic was amazing. The staff is amazing and was very welcoming, especially Adriane. She was very personable and welcoming to my visit. I appreciate her even more for being so compassionate for my questions and visit. Once again a huge thank you and would recommend this place to others. Thank you Hanger Clinic (Power Rd).. Ladies were very understanding and helpful when I came in with my daughters who were very unhappy and fussy. They made the experience easy and quick.

I read a negative review-sounded like a terrible experience. But for us, our visit was very positive: we went to have an AFO fitment for my mother. The Orthotist we saw was professional, knowledgeable and personable. And in particular, the young lady at the front window (K....) was an exceptional example of knowledge and professional interactive conduct. She could teach a class on how it should be done....

The staff and doc at this office are really friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice if you need to be fitted with some sort of ortho brace... Keep up the great work ladies 😎😎😎😎😎😎

I have found the place...the hanger clinic to be one if the warmest nicest and most caring people that Ive met in a long time theyre actually there and caring positive always was a pleasure pleasure to go in there Im glad to see them.. again thank youthe fromt desk receptionist was absolutly the kindest most knowledgeable light caring person Ive ever met at a front desk kudos to her and Lydia saw about my foot excellent an angel from heaven thank you

Hours are not correct. Apparently they dont see anyone 12:00-1:00.
