Reading other reviews about this place charging for covid tests made me call them, no one answered. Went inside to ask if they charge for tests they didnt really answer the question so I walked out and canceled my appointment.

I had to wait an hour after my scheduled app time, but they did more for me than urgent care and I just needed a covid test. Walked out with prescriptions that actually really helped me. And the pharmacy is right next to them its a win win.

Terrible service. Sat here for 2 1/2 hours before they told me they cant see me. They have one elderly lady who is working alone but that doesnt give her the right to be rude. This place is a joke

Came in to make an appointment and the lady took all my information before telling me to do it online. It was shut down for the day so I called and asked for a zoom meeting instead of driving all the way back. I had to give all my information again. I never got a zoom invite, but I did get a call. After 18 minutes of them getting my information again, I was told insurance doesnt cover zoom conferences and that I should schedule an appointment online. It was down for the day!! The lady on the phone was kind enough to schedule it for me for the following day.I came in five minutes early and the lights were off and no one was here. Someone finally arrived and she said they were at lunch... whats the point of making an appointment if they take their lunch during one? Its been a full hour and they havent taken my vitals because they cant find equipment. There are pieces of paper taped to cupboards, electronic devices, all explaining that everything is broken. Also, I had to give all my information AGAIN for my appointment.Disorganized, rude, unconcerned, and nothing works.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I had an appointment, and was there for 2 hours. they took 3 walk ins that came after me before me. When I complained I was told to wait my turn.

Great place for a quick medical visit! I highly recommend making an appointment online before you get there because the wait times can be a bit crazy. I also like the NP there, Donald. Hes very nice and informative. The rooms are also clean!

The staff are very hostile and my experience here was not a positive one. I made an appointment online and was there slightly early and when I arrived a rude lady told to go wait in my car and they would ley me know if they could see me. This isnt a free service, I paid to go to this facility and was shocked at the lack of customer service. They lacked patience. I will never return again and make it a point to tell everyone I know about my bad experience.

Misleading covid testing site.Does not accept anyone. Only close contact exposure. does not offer rapid testing expect for patients that has had close contact. When calling to confirm doc didnt act like he wanted to.as it takes an hour to.clean the room and only one person there to do the job.unfortunately, their website says nothing about any of those limitations or that it is such an inconvenience to their staff.

11/15/19 was my date of service and no wait with my appointment, whatsoever. I was seen by Provider, Donald Beeler. He was kind, considerate and attended to multiple issues during my visit. He was extremely thorough in my examination and I was provided with a wealth of educational material. He is truly an exceptional primary care provider. I feel all my needs were taken care of that evening, and his PCT was kind, professional and informative. Rest assured, I will be returning to this clinic in the future. It is just that awesome. Thank you TLC for being the ONLY clinic to see me that night for my needs! You are the best!!!

Dear Marriane and others, antibiotics DO NOT kill the cold virus or ANY OTHER virus. The clinic did your son some good by not administering antibiotics to him. Antibiotics DO KILL the good digestive bacteria in the human intestine which is the stronghold of the bodys immune system. KNOW THIS, I am a Health Professional.

My son had a terrible cold. He was refused antibiotics his first visit. The cold returned. Still refused antibiotics. Just use the $159 worth of stuff you bought at Frys was the advice. Cold returned. Refused antibiotics the third time. My son went to my doctor who took about 35 seconds to note that with the color of mucous and the length of the cold that antibiotics were in order. These are officious PAs with a fear of prescribing antibiotics. For your own health, see a real doctor. Do not waste the $100 plus whatever it costs you for the list of things you need to fight the cold.

I came at lunch time but there was still a lady at the front to help me out and get me all signed in. Very helpful and generous. Took no more than 15 minutes to be seen by Betty who is amazing. Got to know me a bit very helpful. Got Straight to the problem and took care of me with ease. I love the little clinic

This is probably one of the worst little Clinics I’ve visited. The staff here was very rude and so was the doctor who at the time was a taller lady. The little Clinic in Tempe has way better customer service and are also very attentive to their patients needs from what I observed. I will not return to this location.

The Young girl at the reception and NP were very nice, they each get a gold star 😃 but the place itself needs more staff! It’s ridiculous to have to wait over an hour just to have a Tb test read!

Love this clinic, however I show up today after using online check in was told they are going to lunch and will be back in 45 min. You would think they would have posted closure times to accommodate for lunches or have manpower to cover that timeframe. Very unhappy since it is for my Daughter!!!

Unfortunately I didnt get a chance to experience much of staff or the quality of care. I showed up at 12:30 and the front lady told me Id have to come back at 2:30 because they would be going to lunch. Lunch is at 1:30... There were only two people in the lobby. I wish I could turn people away at the ER I work at when I want to go to lunch. Kuddos to them.

Helpful, friendly staff. Wait times are hit or miss, depending on how many people come in. Thats not something you can predict though
