The Q vision team and support people this is the place to have your work done. they have their own operating room on premises. No need to go to a hospital. Personally it was like some one hit the light switch. I watch TV no glasses and i buy my reader glasses 1.05 over the counter. The staff was Excellent! Very professional, their customer service was exceptional. Each staff member was very friendly & compassionate.They each made sure my questions were answered with no hesitation & explanations given of procedures. I felt anxious about my cataract surgery and all of them made me feel extremely comfortable throughout.In this world currently there are facilities & businesses who could use more of their pleasant & kind mannerisms. I had the opportunity to go to both the Mesa and Scottsdale offices and the staff at both places are professional, friendly and efficient. This doctor deliberately wasted my time by dragging me through an entire patient process with prior knowledge that I once had an eye condition many years ago that has long since healed, made me believe I was able to have LASIK up until the very end of the appointment when he mentioned that NEVER would he ever consider me (or anyone with a history of once having the same issue) a candidate for surgery. He didn’t even look at my eyes under a scope or anything before making that concrete decision. Are. You. Kidding. Me. I found it very frustrating as the whole situation could have been avoided if he had been honest from the get go. Very unprofessional. If you’re considering coming here in hopes of future corrective eye surgery I recommend calling first to briefly mention any issue you once had to the receptionist (prior to making an appointment) and if you’re even considered, by this particular doctor’s opinion, eligible for LASIK as he will knowingly put you through the process only to tell you that you were never a candidate to begin with. OR just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.On the positive side the receptionist who helped me throughout the process was an absolute delight!!

I had a cataract on my left eye done in 2014 and then my right eye in 2019. Both times everything went smoothly. Never really had any pain on both surgeries. Vision is improved. Great service.

My experience with Dr Qamar MD and his staff was outstanding. They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. The staff that I had contact with was Rea, Connie, Kathy, Carol, Julianne and others. The cataract surgery was completed in a timely manor, followed by excellent discharge instructions and prompt scheduling of my post-op follow up appointment. Was referred to Dr. Q, 3 years ago by my optometrist, for cataract removal. When the second eye had same symptoms, did not hesitate to contact his office. Raye, office manager, excels in her position, she and Dr. Q have a great working relationship. It DOES matter who your eye surgeon is, especially if correction is involved. Dr. Q listened to what I wanted, together we created a plan perfect for my eyes. This practice is top tier, I was terrified first go round. The staff showed me patience and kindness and you never feel like a number!!

I appreciate good service and respect from doctors and staff whenever I am served as a patient. Too many doctors abuse keeping schedules and answering concerns. Dr. Qamar and his staff are exceptional in this way and every other regard. I have never been kept waiting and am able to plan my day in spite of having a “doctor appointment”. This is all well and good, but what results did I get from various treatments and surgery? I am happy to report that my right eye cataract surgery and treatment for glaucoma have been very successful. I am again able to resume my racquet sports and see much better to continue as I played before. My vision is 20/20 with my glasses and I am able to read again without glasses. At some future time I will be going back for my left eye as needed. Dr. Q has my confidence and trust.

I received LASIK 6 months ago from Q Vision, and now have excellent, unchanging 20/15 sight - better than 20/20 in both eyes! Procedure was uncomfortable but extremely quick, and the staff did a great job preparing and informing me.I wake up every day happy that I no longer have to deal with contacts and glasses. I would absolutely recommend getting LASIK done at Q Vision!

I had Custom LASIK performed on one eye. The experience was great. Dr. Q was very informative about what was going to happen. His staff were very nice. Recovery wasn’t bad. About a hour after surgery my eye was itchy. Dr.Q had provided me with pain medication and sleeping medication. I took the pain medication and napped for a couple of hours. When I woke up my eye felt a lot better. The next day I drove myself to the follow up appt. it was that easy. Now I no longer need contacts.

Q Vision is a wonderful place to choose, when an eye problem arises. The office staff, nurses and Doctor, make you feel welcome and can answer all questions. I have had Cataract surgery on both eyes and am very pleased with how everything was handled!

I shopped around a lot for a LASIK doctor. I got three consults and read up on several other offices. On all fronts, Dr Q was the best option and Im very glad I found them. His staff is very friendly and helpful. His technicians were quick and proficient. Right from the get-go Dr. Qamar and his entire staff from the front office people to the nurses and technicians were there for me. They kept me informed about appointments, and the pre-op procedures every step of the way.Dr. Qamar went above and beyond what was necessary, when he schedule myself and other patients that were scheduled for their cataract surgery the next week, to have us all come in on a Sunday, because he would be out of town on the Monday of our pre-op appointments were scheduled, instead of having us reschedule or postpone our procedures to a later day and time.My procedure went extremely well and my recovery was easy, painless and short. I saw my retinal eye doctor, Dr. Kunimoto, on a previously scheduled appointment before I returned to Dr. Qamar for my one-month follow-up, and Dr. Kunimoto told me that Dr. Qamar had done a great job, with which I unanimously and instantly concurred.
