My teenage daughter, Mary, was recently fitted for contacts at Acuity Eye Center. We received excellent service from start to finish. We appreciate how patient and kind Nicole was when she helped Mary. Nicole is a terrific teacher and Mary loves wearing contacts because of her. Robin, Leah, and Johna were professional and respectful each time we went back to make adjustments. They helped me save money too! I highly recommend Dr. Betsko and her entire staff!

My second visit to acuity! Dr. and staff are all very welcoming, nice and professional! I was in and out in 45 minutes including choosing my new pair of glasses with help from an assistant to tell me which one looked best within, style size and price range i was looking for! It really is a nice experience when i usually dread appointments. I appreciate this facility!!

This is the best place to visit to take care of all your eye exams thoroughly. I have been going to Acuity Eye Center for the past nine years. In between once I changed my provider due to the change of my insurance, but I realized what I am missing...the people working here takes care of your needs patiently and the place is kept very clean and the Doctor is very good at taking care of your needs.

As Ive grown older (and wiser of course), my eyes have lost their super sharp, eagle eye edge. Thankfully Dr. Betsko has been there for me as Ive needed super cool frames to clear up my view of the world! Between her and her friendly staff, its actually fun to get squared away with specs.

They did not know me from Adam, but they treated me like i have been going there for years. I have never experienced great service like that. I loved the attention and care they gave me from start to finish. The assistant that preformed most of the tests was very kind and considerate. Another staff member made suggestions about my eye wear selection based on the types of glasses i continued to try on (without me prompting him). The thing that really made me want to come back was the Doctor. I have a unusual eye disease that I go to a retina specialist to address. The doctor wanted to take expensive pictures of my eyes at no cost to me. She stated she wanted to monitor the progress of the disease next time I came in. WOW! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone! The environment is so inviting... if I didnt like my current job so much.... I would of asked if they were hiring :)

I deleted my original review because what I had was a specific sort of experience that had as much to do with me as it did them, I think. they could have handled it better. As could I. obviously I won’t go back but there is no reason to believe other people don’t have fabulous experiences.

I switched to Dr. Betsko last year and I absolutely have no regrets!! Absolutely love her and her down to earth personality that makes you feel welcome. Shes no nonsense and gets in and gets your exam done and answers your questions. Her staff is very helpful, friendly and have the same approach. I will definitely be recommending her to family, friends and my own clients.

Best eye doctor in the south west!

It was my first visit to an optician. The only thing I knew was I am not able to read far and also fine prints from near. Few tests were done and a prescribtion written and was informed I needed reading glasses. To a person who has visited first time would not know what ‘reading ‘ glasses meant.After e week I got my glasses but was only able to read fine prints clearly but I still could not read what was written far. When I called acuity eye center they said that I was prescribed only reading glasses and to see far I should move to progressive, which would cost me $90 extra.I would not recommend any first timer to this place.

Acuity has a great staff and Dr. Betsko listens to her patients. Im grateful for this place.

Ive been going here for a few years now. Its been a good experience every time. They dont up-sale you and they are always friendly. Its an easy process from scheduling the appointment to ordering glasses.

I loved this eye center. They are professional and friendly. They were able to squeeze me and my husband and at the very last minute before insurance expired. Dr Betsko was awesome and very knowledgeable. I have been struggling with my eye sight for the past six months and she was able to get me a more precise lens to help me with my sight. Robin was the best imo. She made the process after the exam very swift and an easy one. Robin made it easy to find the right pair of glasses that complimented us the best and would be back for our next pair. Thanks

What a great place to go for eye vision needs. They worked with me and my insurance company to get the best and cheapest out of pocket copay for me. The receptionist was really full of energy and it just radiated everywhere. Great place

Having moved recently from Los Angeles to Mesa I needed to find a good Optometrist to take care of my aging eyes. My Optometrist in LA highly recommended Dr. Heather Betsko with the Acuity Eye Center in Mesa. Dr. Betsko and her staff are fantastic. My appointment was handled on time; I was put through a complete series of tests; I had a wonderful and pleasant consultation with the doctor; and the staff scheduled a follow up including some sample contacts to see how my eyes adjust to my new prescription. All in all terrific and friendly care.

Terrible experience. Looks like they dont want to sell glasses. Very limited offer and close to no interest in supporting a client find what they like. Made me feel really uncomfortable.

They were especially accommodating when I was placed on a time crunch for a two week trip to Europe. They went above and beyond to make sure I could see and enjoy the trip! Thank you!!

Dr. Heather Betsko is the most wonderful, kind and helpful person. I had been putting off getting glasses for 10+ years because of insurance and income, I just couldnt afford it. I didnt realize how bad my vision had gotten. When I put on the my new glasses it was an amazing experience. Dr. Betsko and her office staff went above and beyond to put me in a frame that worked on my face and were totally understanding when I burst into tears when I could see the first time I put them on. I highly recommend Acuity Eye Center!!!

I am so pleased with Dr. Heather Betsko and her staff, my girlfriend had a misfortunate accident and broke her only pair of glasses. Upon calling several optometrists in the area, Acuity was the only one able to give us an appt...and within an hour! The visit was quick, the lobby is bright and clean and the staff are wonderful!

Very good place to go, fast, friendly and they have some really cool equipment that makes the whole experience that makes for a really great visit!

When I lived in Vegas, we made a special trip just to come back to have our eyes checked out here. Now, were moving to Dallas, and even when we should have been packing, we scheduled an appointment at Acuity just so we could get some good service before we head off.

Check with your insurance before paying. They screwed me big time and I didnt realize until I moved a couple weeks later.

They were professional, curteous, and knew their business.I will go back to them and would refer friends to them.
