So, I have been a patient at the clinic for 6 years..I was there today and had xrays and a cleaning. Everyone was top notch..a great cleaning, good job overall..I like how you are seen by the hygenist and their teacher and the dentist too. They really take an interest in your mouth health..and its free/well worth the time spent and they learn from my mouth.Was in today for a cleaning and exam, so pleased, great people and great cleaning..cant say enough good things about this place.In today for my cleaning and saw the dentist too..what can I say, everyone is so professional, they teach me good habits, the cleaning was very thorough and I am happy to get to see them..My mouth helps them learn and I get a nice cleaning with no fee.

Dental care was professional. Disappointed office doesnt work with other dental offices to share x-rays when additional dental work has been brought to a patients attention.

What a beautiful experience. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I loved how the staff and students worked well together, like a family.My dental hygienist was Alyssa and she was the best!! Alyssa was confident, a great listener, compassionate, down to earth and proficient. She even followed up with me to make sure I was healing properly. Professional during every visit!

When I tell you this place is horrible I mean it. I went there some months ago and the treatment I got was horrific my tongue feels like its been stripped and put on sandpaper after that day. I called up the place to check it out, the women working the phone was so rude. I couldnt even get a word in all she kept saying was its not their problem. Well its that dentists fault for what happened. I dont know what else to do. But that lady needs to go and this establishment needs to hire better staff. Wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Ive been going to Carrington College for a while and they depend on the patrons to show up on time and you have to call 3 days in advance to cancel because the students are depending on it for their grade. I recommend that if you are a late person to not make an appointment; also if you arent good about calling ahead to cancel your appointment, dont bother to make an appointment. I think that the free service that they offer is priceless and that it comes down to understanding that these students count on you to be on time to get their grade for the day. Just think about it you are getting this service for free! How can you not be respectful and appreciative of what a great service that it is?

I would recommend anyone who is wanting to pursue Dental Hygiene to apply to here. The atmosphere and the instructors are amazing.

Bad costumer service I called and asked if they spoke Spanish they said no and hung up on me I try calling again and they didn’t answer anymore

I cant believe how well theyve taken care of me. After an embarrassingly long gap between cleanings I think it might have cost a thousand dollars to get the kind of care theyve offered simply for my time. Im guessing the young lady that worked on me is about to graduate at the top of her class

If I was able to give this place a zero star I would. Rude people everywhere, have no respect for patients. Disgusting I hope this place ends gets their work ethics right.

I typically only review when I have nice things to say. So Ill start with that. A few months ago I had 2 separate appointments for a deep tissue cleaning. Both times were good, the student in both cases & instructor were great.Now for my present experience. I called to reschedule a maintainance cleaning (only for some exceptional circumstances). The gal I spoke with put a manager on the phone. Sorry I didnt get her name, but this was 11/2/20, election day. Bottom line not to get caught up in the entire dialog...it comes down to one thing...RUDE! You can deliver information in a kind and professional manner. This lady was just flat out dismissive, condessending, and rude! I wonder how many good people shes chased away for students. Such a shame that the college management is desperate enough to let that be okay! Really a further shame that is the role model for students. Ive been in customer service for decades...even when you have to say something a customer doesnt want to hear...you represent and your professional. Theres really no excuse for less. Based on a few reviews I read, Im clearly not the only one shes chased away. No need to respond...It obviously doesnt matter.

I went in and Alicia was my hygienist. Let me tell you she was AMAZING! I never had such a nice hygienist before. She was super gentle, patient, and very careful and extremely knowledgeable. I throughly enjoyed my time here because she made sure not to put me in pain. Thank you so so so much Alicia!! -Maddison

Can’t even explain how bad the service is here. The woman on call was majorly rude had no decency laughed at the fact that my appointment went bad then told me it’s my fault for being defective.

Very unprofessional staff. Not helpful, more damaging than helpful. Do not go here.

WORST PLACE TO GET A CLEANING EVER. The staff is the most inexperienced I have ever met. They have the audacity to laugh at ruining a patients dental work. Continued to act like they were the victim when the patient isnt even able to talk after they had a student mess up the entire appointment.

I was late for an appointment. I understood the issues with this and the importance of being there on time for the students and their hours. I tried calling and came in to be sure that I had missed my appointment. The receptionist is the rudest person in customer service I have ever encountered. She was rude in the voicemail telling me I was late, didn’t answer while I called on my way, and was extremely rude on my coming. She proceeded to scold me. I assumed I wouldn’t be seen I just wanted to make sure. When I let her know I thought she was rude she continued to scold me like her child. I’ve worked customer service for 20 years and to have someone talk down on a free service is mind blowing!!! A simple we’re sorry we can’t see you would have been effective!! I’m sure Carrington is an amazing option for some but be careful of any encounters with the receptionist with short blonde hair!

Those ladies on the phone need to be fired. Called to ask a question and they were beyond rude. Cant believe an establishment like this is freely running.

Reason for the low rating is because they said my appointment was confirmed when all they did was leave a voicemail. How does that confirm anything when I didnt agree to the time, date etc. that they said in the voicemail. Stupid.I still showed up and the girls are amazing!The person that confirms the appointments, not so much. (Lady with the short blonde hair)

Every Student Hygienists worked very hard and their best with me considering Im diabetic and Ive had some bad experiences with dentists in Texas and when you dont have funds to pay for expensive care usually people dont care, But these Students DO AND THE DENTIST THAT TEACHES THEM. Wow just moved to phoenix from flagstaffI thought a filling fell out of one of my teeth that i had just kind of ignored because there was no pain.Since I was new to town and have. O insurance I read about this place online that they will give you free X-rays and opinion then do a deep clean for FREE. Since they dont do any dental work onsite there is no reason For them to mark up or suggest additional work that may not be necessary.The dentist took a look and said it was not a filling that fell out but a chip in my tooth that I also have a couple cavities that I should take care of.Then the student gave me a deep clean that took 2 sessions but was very thorough.Bring a USB drive so you can get copies of your dental X-rays to take to the next dentist.FREE ALL FREE
