I dont like that it is not set up for parents to accompany the children during the visit.

My son has had issues ever getting braces. Five brackets fell off and now I’m told I have to pay 20.00 for each bracket that I was never told about, I pay 167.00 a month I shouldn’t have to pay extra. I don’t recommend anyone to go there for braces

My kids love this office! Staff is wonderful with children.

FROM 1 STAR TO 5 STARS IN 2 WEEKS!! No need to get into details, however, I did have an issue that was pretty big, something Id never dealt with before. Having said that, I reached out to upper management shortly after this incident. I got zero excuses, she owned their actions, apologized, and made it right. Customer service is very important to me, Dru is the area manager that handled my issue, she was amazing!! Not only did they recover my business, they made that wrong right, and did it without me saying a word. That is how you run a business. I have been back twice since that initial incident, 2 different locations for different reasons, and everyone has been nothing less than spectacular in those last 2 visits at each Mesa office!! My daughters appointment was at 1 p.m. we made sure that we arrived early to get the paperwork out of the way. When we arrived, I had a bad feeling because of the appearance of the place inside and out. The office was completely empty and we still waited for 30 mins. This was my daughters very first visit and i didnt want her to have a traumatizing experience but i was very surprised at how very kid friendly the staff were. My only concern was that they said she needed to be sedated and fillings would need to be done since she has 7 cavities. Shes 4. Im definitely getting a second opinion.UPDATE: went to a different dentist...My daughter had only 3 cavities and instead of suggesting to sedate her, they put her under a gas mask and stated that sedating her at 4 isnt necesary since her cavities are very minor. Far cry from this office telling me she had 7! Insurance fraud much? Id reconsider your options and research other pediatric dentists.

Payed cash balance in full at time of services and a month later sent me a bill for same amount I have receipt for. Scammers for sure

All the staff are excellent! They were very friendly and understanding. My daughter broke her front tooth and they were able to get her in to be seen the same day I called. They fixed it all in the same day and since I have no dental insurance and a cash paying patient, they gave me a great discount... very satisfied with everything

Rude and unprofessional.. No play area, just 2 arcade games, tv hard to hear for the kids. What I mostly had a problem with is them not wanting parents to go back with their children! Its never a good sign when a dentist is like that, second experience Ive had with that. Very crowded and long wait. I believe they also fabricated my son having 4 cavities. He just saw his previous dentist (who was awesome) before we moved here, that was the end of July, then we see this office at the beginning of October for pain in one tooth and a regular cleaning and he all of a sudden has 4 cavities. No thanks, taking my children elsewhere.

I have 6 children. 3 out of the 6 went here. Be warned, DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN to any of these locations!!!! They lie and say your children need all this extensive work when they dont!!!!!! Greed, Greed!!! I now take my other 3 to a different dentist the last almost 7yrs because my 3 oldest are grown and surprise, they always have a clean bill of health:) Be very mindful of who you let take care of your children and if they dont allow you in With your children,take that as a red flag!!!

One of my children was seen on their bus at school. They sent her home with a paper saying that she had 2 cavities. I took my other daughter in to their office. They gave me a paper saying that she had 2 cavities on the exact same teeth as my other daughter. This sounded a bit suspicious to me. They kept calling and calling to schedule an appointment for them to fill those cavities. I kept telling them that I would call if I decided to do so.I took my children to a completely different dentist. Neither one of them have any cavities. They are dishonest dentists who are trying anything they can to get money. Even drill into my childrens teeth unnecessarily.

BEWARE! This office overdosed my child with the kiddie cocktail and then called to check on her 2 days later after discharge from hospital and was completely rude and disrespectful acting as though my daughter was in hospital for eating mcdonalds! WRONG!! She was admitted to ER not even an hr after discharge from this dentist...after a 2 hr long treatment, being told to stop talking when my child attempted to let the dr know she couldnt breathe and being strapped tighter onto a board...she was so emotionally distraught! Not relaxed from the so called anxiety meds she had been given... My 6yr old daughter turned yellow and went limp on me...i rushed her to ER where they administered NARCAN to my child to reverse an overdose of opiates after speaking to personnel the dentist office who told them they gave her the narcotic Demerol 50mg and ATARAX...this is higher than an adult dose and when given with atarax(hydroxyzine) is supposed to be lessened...add the laughing gas and even more risky! Had i drove all the way home(base of superstition mountain) my daughter would be dead.THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE! They will hurt your child and mix up dosing...i watched the tech prepare this cocktail for my only child and asked what was in the mixture as the bottles she got from cabinet above her were unmarked. And she was eye balling the amounts she was pouring. She said, its for nervous kids and takes the edge off. ...i said,so its an anxiety med? She said,exactly!THERE WAS NEVER A MENTION OF NARCOTICS BEING GIVEN EVER!!I want to know how this mixup happens that the standard dose is 1mg NOT 50mg...DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE OR LET THEM SEE YOUR KID AT SCHOOL!!Ive notified mesa public schools and dept of education and dental board

Took my daughter here at the age of three. They said she needed some baby root canals and had a total of six cavities. I went to seek a second opinion @ NH Phoenix Dental, said they could only find one cavity and was puzzled as to why AZ Tooth Doctor for Kids would say she needed such extensive work. They said they wouldnt trust this office and would not refer their patients here. This company also goes to local schools and social events for free exams, Id stay away from the waiver and avoid unnecessary dental work on your children.
