Office is so clean and everyone is so friendly and helpful! They took care of my sons sealants after his cleaning so that we wouldnt have to miss work and school. We were very happy with the great job Lauren did on his sealants and cleaning. The smiles on everyones faces definitely started my Monday morning off on a positive note!!! Very rare to see such genuinely kind people in the front office, and this place has it!!! Thank you to Dr. Lee and his AMAZING team!! You guys will be my families forever dental home! My family and I have been going to Desert Family Dental for many years. Dr. Lee and his team take excellent care of us! Annie is my dental hygienist and she always does an amazing, thorough job cleaning my teeth. She’s so friendly and I really enjoy visiting with her every time I come in. Dr Lee is a fantastic dentist and we trust him completely. He is truly the nicest man! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Love this place!! I came to them because I had a bad experience with a Root Canal I received from another Dental office. When I say they took very good care of me. Literally I feel very comfortable! My dental hygienist is awesome, she is relatable, she is friendly, she is kind, she is funny , and she has a great personality and professional. I don’t remember her name but she has black hair. I would refer anyone to their office and location! Owner/ Dentist is awesome, the entire staff. Great work! I’ve been going to them about a year now.

Friendly staff, very professional, Lauren explains everything she does before doing it. She is very kind and cares about me in every way. Love that while I was getting numbed up she held my hand. That really helped. That is so caring. They show they truly care about your overall health and especially what’s involved with your teeth, like your head and neck lymph nodes. They do oral screening as well. .Also, Stephanie was very kind and down to earth. She explained the financial part very well. Andrea is also very professional and kind. My experience here has always been great everyone is very friendly and kind alway help me with my anxiety with being at the dentist. However something changed once they moved to the new location the atmosphere with couple of the people there are not so friendly anymore made me feel like they didnt want to work with me. Had a appointment on a Thursday and was told they would email me the information I needed by Monday a week later nothing not heard from them yet still waiting so not sure if its just me or my imagination. All in all its a great dentist.

I have not been to the Dentist for almost 10 years. I finally have dental coverage. I was so scared about what the results of my first appointment was going to be. I was honest about my dental history and habits and they did not treat me any different. They were happy I was there and explained everything to me very clearly and are going to help me get a healthy smile in line with my goals. Everything was comfortable and quiet. I was able to relax pretty well during the xrays, exam, and cleaning. I would recommend to anyone! Especially someone like me that needs fast, comfortable, and welcoming care. I look forward to being back for my filling and my future cleanings every 6 months!

So, let me start by saying that Im scared out of my mind of the dentist! Several bad experiences as a kid and eventually as a teenager with braces. Lots of pain etc.Today, I was pleasantly surprised with MY NEW dentist and with her assistant and finally with the office manager! They made sure that I was comfortable and explained everything! Ive got dental work coming up but I am so thankful that I found this office in my search!

Awesome place. Came in last week for an X-ray/cleaning. The hygienist took her time and did not rush at all. She went over every tooth with the X-ray on the screen and even gave some pointers on how to floss better. Their equipment is definitely state of the art with all the X-ray and pictures they take of every tooth. Dr Gibbons was also very nice and answered any questions I had.

I loveeee this place! Beth and Dr.Gibbons are my favorite but the whole team is amazing. Thank you all for everything you do!

As a Patient Care Technician, who is on the front line every single day. I expected better from this office. Instead I was belittled and ostracized over time. I arrive to my appointment 10 minutes late mainly due to the interrupting phone call from this office, (making me miss my terrific turn)Sat down filled out paperwork, then told that my appointment will now be rushed and all the services could not be provided for me today ( 24 minutes later after the fact). Thats 14 minutes after I arrived. I spoke with the office manager Stephanie whos nonchalant response & demeaning undertone made me even more ostracized for being a few minutes late. Outside looking in there were no patients waiting room, except staff gathered in a group chit-chatting (Dr. Gibbons include with her arms folded sitting on a desk) and not at all focused on patient care. Stephanies (the office manager) focus was more on the defensive side for her staff, had nothing to offer me as a new patient but an empty apology with fake promises to do better. I wonder if the dentist the person who owns the practice knows that his potential new patients are being treated this way. Maybe if I had blond hair and blue eyes, I would have been treated better. Its sad that Im writing this but thank you Desert Family Dentistry for wasting my time and degrading me in the process. I will not be going back here

I absolutely highly recommend this place! I was seen right away when arrived, I probably sat in the waiting room for 5-8 mins. I came in for dental cleaning and LAUREN was my dental hygienists and I had the best dental cleaning service ever with Lauren! Like she examined my teeth, mouth, lips and tongue careful and thoroughly, she also gave me helpful tips. When she was cleaning my teeth, she wasn’t rushing or trying to get me out quickly, but she did the whole process in depth but didn’t waste anytime either. She was very nice and there was zero pain! The dentist and staff were all nice and the office was very clean! I will be coming back for sure!

I must have received a mailer for this dental group at least 3 times before scheduling an appointment for my husband and myself. I had put off dental work due to the pandemic and decided one day just to go for it. We just left our appointments, and we were both SO pleased with our experiences. I was nervous about needing a lot of dental work, but Dr. Lee was reassuring that it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it was haha. Looking forward to my future appointments!
