The staff is very kind and the dr is great at explaining each problem and solution to the patients to where it’s easy to understand. They were easy to work with and helpful to make a plan to fix my smile. They also have amazing art work to look at and a nice office aesthetic that makes you feel welcome.

I just had my first Wellness Dental experience and it was great. Dr. Kenny was very professional and kinda fun. Over the decades I’ve experienced many Hygienists and Sadie is the best. Making the appointment with Pam on the phone and then in person was a breeze. They were all so nice I may go over there and just hang out.

Dentists scare me but from the initial scheduling thru the time I walked out after my appointment I never became anxious or nervous at all. The staff was so great and welcoming. The Dentist that I met was great. Very thorough and not in a rush. I am so glad that I went.

I couldnt be happier with everyone at Wellness Dental. I am a new patient and was very pleased with Sadies attention to detail during my cleaning and the extra care the ladies at the front desk took with me when needing to reschedule and work with my insurance. This place is amazing! They fit me in last minute for a cleaning turned out I needed a bigger cleaning and they waved fees to make it close to what my first time visit fee was! I bought the membership after today’s visit. And Sadie is amazing I can’t express that enough. She walked me through everything.

For those of you who have never had a positive experience with a Dental Office....the professionals at this facility will certainly change your mind!! The attention to MY needs (without trying to sell me a bill of goods I dont want), as well as the utmost care displayed by both the Doctor AND his staff really make you feel like a valued person. At nearly 68, Im glad that I have finally found a Dental Clinic like this. Case in point: I had to put my dog Polly down recently, and after my scheduled appointment later that same afternoon, upon leaving, I was given a sympathy card signed by the entire staff! Office is poorly managed. My wife and I have been coming here for 6-months and every appointment we have ever had the office has tried to reschedule. The dentists on staff keep changing (and their availability), which makes it hard to book appointments. Furthermore, I have had to book 2 appointments to fix previous work. They repaired a past cracked filling and left a gap between my teeth. I had to schedule additional appointments with a different dentist just to not have to floss after every meal.

Ive heard many good things about this place through word of mouth and decided to check it out. It is honestly the best quality for treatment and I can definitely feel the difference in my gums/teeth. I highly recommend and will come again! Thank you Wellness Dental!

I was only there for a consultation but my experience was positive. Everyone was friendly and the doctors were not in a rush to leave. They wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. They did not apply heavy pressure in asking me to make a commitment either and this to me is a huge plus in their favor. When you are talking about spending over $11k in dental work you need/want time to think about it. You dont want someone pressuring you into agreeing to proceed. So thank you Tracy. I had full All-on-4 Dental Implants procedure on August. At the Mesa office. I had absolutely no pain only swelling and slight brusing that started around day 3 and lasted maybe 8 days. For the first two weeks, I did feel a little weird chewing food because its a prosthetic, but I got used to them and it feels like these teeth were always there from the beginning. Thank you to my doctor and the entire Wellness Dental & Implant Center team!!!!

My grandfather had a problem with his teeth. I talked him into visiting Wellness Dental & Implant Centers in Mesa AZ. Dr. Han did research and recommended installing All-On-4 dental implants. Now he has new teeth. It feels like theyre natural teeth. Excellent service, very happy with the end result. Highly recommended!!!

I took my husband to the Mes office and from the time we walked in I knew my husband was going to get his smile back. The ladys in the office are so friendly and help with anything you need. Dr. Lee and T were awesome today. I have been seeing them since last August regarding a broken molar then finding an infection. The course of action included a partial jaw/sinus reconstruction and an implant. My initial visit, follow up and implant visits have all been handled friendly, quickly and professionally. The fact is, dentists (DDS and hygienist included) with their competency, really deliver the quality services for those who have the needs of dental procedures. It surely help patients reach the expectations in order to keep their part for healthy life as much as possible. The services delivered also come with affordable costs for dental procedures. I should recommend Wellness Dental & Implants Centers for those who is in need.

This is kind of difficult to rate because though technically the work performed was just fine and most of the staff was pleasant, the billing is whats really tearing into me. I had to get the work done to me financed. I was very explicit on how much this financing was straining my monthly budget. Now all work is done and surprise i get another bill that i was not warned about and told i need to pay now while Im standing there in the lobby. Not a small bill either. There was no way i could pay so they relented to allow me to make payments, along with the already large finance payments im currently making. I also had to reluctantly leave a credit card on file with them because they dont send monthly bills. I honestly dont trust them, especially since i was given no documentation in regards to the new payment agreement.

So many great things to say about this office and the team! From the friendly atmosphere and smiles from start to finish and the Team working with my schedule at short notice . Brianna the hygienist was so amazing and stopped to ask during my cleaning multiple times if I was doing okay! I am happy to have found this office.

I first came to the dentist office knowing I needed dental work desperately. I had a heart attack so my cardiologist would not allow any oral surgery for at least two years. So, my teeth only got worse. I finally got the ok.I started calling and asking questions. I felt the most comfortable talking to Wellness Dental. Then came the dreaded financial part. They got me the financing I needed and was all set.I am very pleased with the Wellness Dental facility. The oral surgeon/dentists and staff are very caring and professionals. I felt comfortable from the first day I walked into the office.I give them a thumbs up and highly recommend them.

I would recommend wellness dental to anyone seeking dental work. I’m by no means comfortable going to the dentist but it has to be done. I put it off a very long time and was very pleased after several visits to this location with Wellness Dental. The entire staff is friendly and continues to ensure you’re not in any pain during any procedure.PS: I didn’t go in for a simple cleaning a leave a review. I’m around $2K (with insurance) worth of work done, over a course of six visits when it’s all said and done.

I have to give a shout out to Wellness Dental Mesa and Dr. Kenny! Going to the dentist is NOT my favorite thing. I had a horrible experience as a child and it affected my attitude forever. I have been a patient here since early 2019, but today was a notch above their usual excellence. I went in for a crown prep and everyone was fabulous! Dr. Kenny and Beth were especially patient and kind as they prepped me for a crown. I may finally be over the terror of Dr. Stone from when I was nine. 😉

Stoped in to have simple tooth extraction was there almost 4 hours being sold into a huge “wellness “ plan about 25 thousands dollars .. they tell you one price than switch it and blame it on your insurance much better and cheaper dentists in area I recommend not to go there they maxed out my insurance of a 1000 dollars plus charged me 600 dollars out of pocket to extract some teeth very disappointed and feel lied to they just upsale you to death in there

Great Care Dr Was Excellent Staff Very Nice Would Recommend Them To Friends And Family

Classic bait and switch on their full implant procedure. Newspaper ad that I brought in to them showed 2 implants, denture with click feature for aprox $3500.00 for the bottom and $3500.00 for the top. No disclaimer in the ad about all the additional charges for extractions etc. The price quoted me was $25,000 plus upon going there. I was totally prepared to pay even as much as $10,000. I do not recommend this place at all. They need to tell the truth in their ad and when a potential customer is setting an appointment based on that written ad, which they knew I was referencing.

Was very skeptical about going to the dentist again after a really bad experience but the crew over at wellness dental did everything to make me as comfortable as possible! These guys are great!

My husband had his 8 teeth cleaned & they did a good job. They found a small filling that needed repair & gave him a price to do the work.However, the price was more than we could afford & wanted to pay a part of the cost now & pay the rest next month.They would not let him do that. They wanted him to pay a half of the bill before the work was done & then pay the rest when he had the work done.It was still beyond what we could afford to pay, so he cancelled the appointment.

Having had an implant before I was concerned about pain, bruising and bleeding. Dr. Jeffry Guelinas at Wellness Dental recently removed my tooth and put in the implant post. I was not in pain throughout the procedure, had no bruising or any bleeding. I highly recommend Dr. Guelinas and Wellness Dental. The only negative I have experienced is with post operative appointment. It seems they are trying to help everyone that requests an appointment and it took a very long time (over 3hours).

I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and I was fully awake. I actually had a great experience, because Dr. Phillips is highly trained and has many years of experience. He’s an excellent oral surgeon, he made me feel comfortable. The day of my surgery, I walked in and was greeted by the amazing staff. Treycee and Kimberly are amazing, they both offered me emotional support if I was scared. Treycee was there for me when I had my shots. The shots did not hurt like I thought it would. It was just a little discomfort. They put numbing gel on you first before they give you a shot and it makes a big difference. The room has a big TV and they give you the remote. They put on a very comfortable neck pillow and they offered me a blanket. The room temperature was perfect. Dr. Phillips is very gentle, the only thing you feel is a little pressure that doesn’t hurt at all and he turned my head only twice. If you feel a little discomfort during the surgery he immediately numbs the area more and then it’s all good. I was offered headphones to listen to music. They let you choose the music you like from I heart Radio. I chose 80’s of course because I’m 39 yrs old :) After the shots I put on my headphones and blast the music and closed my eyes the entire time, I actually almost fell asleep at one point. After the surgery, Treycee the office manager gave me her card with her cell phone number on it and she said I can call anytime if I run into problems or have any questions. She also came over to my house that day to check up on me and she gave me beautiful yellow flowers. I was also given antibiotics, medicine for inflammation, and pain killers. I drove myself home and everything went great, I got home and watched my favorite movies all day and ate delicious creamy soup. I ended up not needing the pain killers, I ended up taking Advil Migraine because the pain wasn’t bad. I also took the antibiotics, I didn’t take the medicine for inflammation, because I wasn’t badly swollen. I highly recommend this place, they care about you and they don’t leave you out in the cold. They are very honest, they only check on what you want them to check. They don’t go around looking for rotten teeth to make money from you. It’s the best Dental office I ever been to and I been to a lot of them. I highly encourage you to not be scared, because you’re in good hands.

Periodontal cleaning was OK. Want me to see a gum specialist so trying to sell extra treatment from the bridgework I already need costing $3400. I am an elderly disabled widow on social security. Whatever they are trying to sell, I cant afford.

Worst night of my life, if i could leave zero stars i would. The office was nice and the people were nice but being nice dose not mater when it comes to responsibly giving drugs. I was given Triazolam, witch is supposed to be like valium. The doctor and nurses gave me around 5 pills in the time before the surgery after i was saying that i didnt feel any different and i want asleep like most people. Eventually they gave me laughing gas like we asked for from the begging but i awoke during the surgery and they didnt fix it for me to be asleep again so i laid there paralyzed from all the drugs in my system and feeling them drill in my mouth. That was not the worst thing, because of their lack in knowledge of dosage rules with their drugs Triazolam it reacted horribly with my body, the second i got home the reaction my body had to the drugs kicked in. It caused me to be uncontrollably angry with immense pain. I was a completely different person, i punched 6 or so massive holes in my walls, i punched a metal wall breaking open my knuckles. i was unable to control my body. My mom called the place and spoke to the doctor and he didnt have much to say about what i was going through, and then he never followed up to see how i was, if i was ok, or just to check in. this shows how much they actually care about your wellness. I was suicidal unable to think or consider any other option. It was truly horrible and traumatizing. We ended up un the hospital where the true doctors there corrected the mistake that was made and i was able to calm down and not have blood pouring out of my throbbing painful mouth. Please consider someplace else, yes this place has good deals but it is not worth your life or your kids life. These people are not trained and obviously from the reaction that i had from their lack of training. Even if its more money consider someplace that will treat you correctly and not make guesses and hope for the best.I truly do not want to bash anything but i would like people to know what happened to me and consider a different option before they go to Wellness Dental.

I have been comming to wellness dental since March of 2017, and have been happy ad very satisfied with the work I had done. I first was just going to get upper denturesich I was pleased with, but later decided to go ahead and have upper and lower click tights. it is a long process, but soooo worth it. I am almost to the end of my journey, and so excited. everyone in both offices I have gone to see so pleasant. I was never afraid, but those people who r nervous or anxious, the staff is so good at making ou very comfortable. they r great and hsve great living too. love you guys
