The software program is user friendly. support is ok but we barely upgraded to the digital system so dont know about that. We have a lot of HMO contracts printing utilization report is very easy

“Fabulous product and supporting staff. The DentiMax software serves our practice well. It is solid and stable. The software allows us to create our own reports. This made our transition from paper to computer very comfortable. I know if our practice needs change, we can always have DentiMax write a new report template for us. We have been using this software for many years and are very satisfied. I am very satisfied with this product and its staff.”

Very positive experience. I just bought new DentiMax software and digital sensors and next week I will start to use it , my experience with the person who explained me everything about software and sensors, and promotional packages before my purchase is simply wonderful. Very customer oriented, helpful, kind, prompt with replying email and answering all questions. Very positive experience with her definitely made positive impact and made contribution for me to proceed with purchase of this software. I hope my future experience with this company will be as wonderful as experience with her.

The only mistake I made was not buying these sooner! The images are phenomenal and the patients as well as staff love the slim sensor design. I also love how images bridge over to virtually any practice software. The company remoted in and set everything up for us. Customer support has been fast and efficient with both phone calls and emails. Definitely one of the best purchase decisions Ive made in a very long time!

I used Dentimax practice management software for 2 years at my previous dental practice. For the most part it is very user-friendly. I like the look of the appointment books, charting, etc. - it was not overwhelming and difficult to navigate like some software programs. The support team is very nice but being central time zone, there were some issues with timely resolution of problems, thats why Im giving 4 stars.

I have had the software onsite training experience, and it was fantastic! The trainers have worked in the dental industry for years, and theyre really knowledgeable in the field. The training was fun, engaging, and really helpful. DentiMax support has been fantastic, post training. I love this software, and I am so happy we have upgraded using DentiMax!

DentiMax has exceeded our high expectations.: We interviewed and evaluated several organizations in our search for a turn key efficient, reliable, & user friendly system that would empower our staff to become more proficient in their business responsibilities in the shortest time frame. Just as important to us was having a Customer Care support team that would be sensitive to our needs as well as have a thorough knowledge of our industry. Too often vendors in general offer no help through their Customer No Service Dept. which is not the case with DentiMax. Shop no longer call DentiMax and ask for Alicia Dieujuste or Laurel Englund

I have experience with other dental practice management software, but Dentimax is my favorite. I did my research before buying and even contacted some other dentists before making a decision to ask them about their experience with it. All of them had good things to say about Dentimax. I have been using it for about a year now and have no complaints.

I have ordered a sensor last year. The company wrongly invoice another dentist although charged my credit card. Sensor on dispute, still with dentimax. Waiting times to talk to someone in support over 5 hours. Sales personnel aggressive and very rude. Always refused to let me talk to the owner. Product questionable quality. I was also charged 2000 over the price they advertised same product the following week. Will have to escalate this with the board and even start a law suit, although I hate doing this, as I am a patient and peaceful person. I wish they were more customer oriented, as we are the ones that keep this guys going. Anyway my worst experience in my 16 years of practice. I would caution anyone who wants to start business with them.

Switch from EZ2000. Customer representative on the data conversions team has been very helpful with our staff too. My staff and I are very happy with the software compared to EZ2000, the difference is like night and day.

I have worked with Dentrix, Windent and Curve, and I have to say DentiMax has been the easiest to learn and use by far. There are multiple ways to navigate the software dependent on what you are comfortable with. DentiMax was built smart- it is so easy to get right to where you want with all the hyperlinks built in. There is also a vast amount of info available right from the charting screen, so no more screen hopping for Doctors- especially if you get their imaging software too- You can see the xrays, view what was charted and work on your clinical note all at the same time, on the same screen! They also have and AMAZING sensor, it is so thin, I know it is the thinnest Ive ever seen. The DentiMax team is very supportive and responsive to any needs or requests. Overall, I love the program and wish I had been introduced to it sooner.

Love my DentimaxProsDentimax has all the features of much more expensive practice management systems, very user friendly and doesnt have the constant fees for upgrades and maintenance. Its good value for the money and the sales and support staff have always been very helpful.ConsIts not as widely known with staff as software like Eaglesoft or Dentrix so theres always training for new staff. But its easy!Comments (Benefits)I have used Dentimax software for 8 years and wouldnt use anything else. I love how easy it is to use. The latest upgrade did have some glitches, some of which we are still working with Dentimax support to figure out. One of these glitches I consider an important issue that must be fixed, but Im convinced we will solve the issue and overall have had a good experience while working on it.
