I have been going to this office since I was young. The staff are so friendly and it is always very clean. I appreciate that they are taking precautions for covid 19.

My experience with Dobson Ranch Dental Care was a up most pleasant experience. I had a emergency and being a new patient they took me right away spending several hours on me and wonderful work. Dr. Payne and his staff made me feel like family. I would recommend them to anyone.

I always liked Dr. Payne. I had been going to him for years. I suddenly lost him. Then I just found him again. So nice to see him. He is a very good dentist. I would highly recommend.

I have been a long time patient with the Dobson Ranch Dental Care Office. Over time the staffs change and the dentists change but I have always had very courteous and expert service from all. The atmosphere in this office is welcoming and relaxed. All the dentists Ive used are particularly adept at explaining whatever procedure you about to undergo. They also take great care to manage your pain such that your anxiety level remains low. I have always had a pleasant experience with this office and highly recommend that you make Dobson Ranch Dental Care your choice for dental care!

I have some moderate trauma from 25 years ago from braces and extractions. I cannot recommend Dr Chris and his hygeine team enough for talking me through it with empathy and knowledge. Ive also never experienced cleanings this detailed and informative.I have at least 3 more visits coming up (because Ive avoided dentists: fillings, maybe a root canal, and a shorter term follow up cleaning), and frankly- its weird for me- I look forward to them.

Love this dental hygienist! Please make sure she stays! All of the hygienist over 35+ years have been xclnt but this one is definitely a winner!

Great staff and friendly professional vibe and no pressure style. I would definitely recommend. 1/29-I just had another visit with Dobson Ranch Dental and once again it was a great experience. As weird as it may sound I actually enjoy my visits there, and who ever says that about going to the dentist. We have some good laughs, some good conversation, and the clincher is they do great dental work. Dr. Payne is a great Dentist and dont let his name fool you, there was no pain involved, he and his staff put your comfort at the forefront. I highly recommend!!

This was a very good experience... I normally need nitrous to get thru a cleaning because of the noise and pain but my dental hygienist Rebecca was so good that I didn’t need to be sedated.I would definitely recommend Dobson Ranch Dental. Very friendly staff!

WOW! What a great staff!! This was our first visit. The front office staff was extremely knowledgeable about medical insurance. The dental hygienists were very informative and seemed more knowledgeable than past experiences at other dentists. The dentist himself was super nice and caring. He even put my mind to ease a bit about my 7 year old. Overall EVERYONE was very friendly/welcoming! And the office was VERY clean! Great experience! Especially for being a first time patient and not a fan of dentists in general. We will definitely be going back and would refer anyone and everyone to them.

Everyone at this dentists office is incredibly lovely, and I always feel so welcomed when I come in for a checkup. Jessica, the dental hygienist, always remembers little details of my life and Dr Payne always makes me laugh. On my first visit to them, I needed 4 fillings at once but the team was comforting, efficient, and professional - it was as good an experience as getting multiple fillings can be! And since then, my teeth have been healthy.This is not one of those dentists offices that makes you feel like a terrible person who deserves to be in prison for not flossing. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, caring and friendly. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!

Dr. Chris and his team are the BEST hands down! I had been going to him as early as my high school years (many years ago), moved away after college, came back and seen 2 other dentist for minor cleanings... the experience did not compare! One day, I’m driving down a random street and I see Dr. Christopher Payne and couldn’t believe my eyes so of course I made an appt and felt right at home from the moment I hit the door. If you’ve ever been scared to go to the dentist go to Dobson Ranch and I promise the fear will be gone. The experience, knowledge and care is there from the front desk, to the hygienist on down to dentist. Despite not seeing a dentist for a few years, my teeth are in perfect health and I truly believe it’s from the work and teachings of Dr. Chris in my early years.

Everyone in this office is caring and friendly. They listen to what I say, which is rare in my opinion. They provide education and guidance without pressure and stress. I enjoy going to the dentist for the first time in 58 years!

Also the hygienist did an excellent and pain free job at cleaning my teeth. After cleaning, Dr. Chris Payne came in for a final check. Havent been to the dentist in 3-4 yrs and was scared to death of feeling the wrath of Dr. Payne but very surprisingly they were so gentle. The hygienist was very mindful of my apprehension and gave me some numbing cream while cleaning my teeth because I am a baby. They are very thorough with their exams and I would definitely recommend them. I got to go back for fillings and already have a game plan with anesthesia making sure I am feeling nothing.

Dr. Payne is amazing as always! He was our dentist a few years ago then moved to a new location, today we reunited and are extremely greatful we made that choice. Receptionist is sweet, helpful and welcoming and the hygentists are knowledgeable and caring. Amazing team!

When I arrived in Az I experienced some dental pain. My sister raved about Dobson Ranch Dental office so I tried them out. I was so pleased, I ended up getting all dental work completed, namely a bridge, cleaning, cap and two cavities. They took care of the issues my dentist in Aurora kept avoiding. I told Dr. Payne I may have to travel back to Az for my next cleaning because this is my new dental care team! Many thanks for the care taken with my teeth.

Dr. Payne is a fantastic dentist! I have always been happy with Dobson Ranch Dental Care but it has only gotten better since hes taken the practice over. Shout out to Sonia as well, she is an awesome hygienist and is always smiling (even at 7 AM). I’ve been receiving dental care my entire 47 years and my three adult children from dentist, dental surgeons, and orthodontist from Chicago, Atlanta, and Arizona. The level of dental care and professionalism with Dr. Christopher Payne and his entire staff have exceeded my expectations. I am a lifelong patient after a year of great services.

This was my first visit. I came in for a general cleaning and check up. The office staff was very friendly and efficient. I did not wait more than 10min.The office is small and intimate which i like, reminds me of the old school family dentist. :) The dental hygienist, Grace, was excellent, friendly and gentle. I met with Dr Chris Payne. He was very friendly, personable and had a great sense of humor, which is very important to me. The only thing not great was the price. It cost quite a bit more than i am used to paying. However i am thinking that the old adage is true. You get what you pay for. All in all a very excellent experience i will be returning for some more work to be done and hope it goes just as well.

I have healthy teeth and I just require cleaning and monitoring for any issues. This office has never tried to sell me services that are not required. They are honest and do a great job. They communicate effectively using various methods including text. Appointments are always right on time. As far as expertise, I am 100% confident in the dentists that I have seen there. In fact, ALL their staff is professional and very competent. I consider that rare for any organization these days. I very highly recommend this office.

For 14 years I was a Dobson Ranch Dental patient. I moved 15 miles away and decided to try a dentist in closer proximity to my new home. Big mistake...after being pitched on getting braces for a very minor misalignment of two lower teeth and other cosmetic procedures I RAN back to Dobson Ranch Dental. Michelle was amazing, when she took my Xrays. Chris the dentist, really put my mind at ease, he talked to me for a good 30 minutes and explained everything in easy to understand terms. He was really patient, I was very nervous and emotional, but he let me vent and I really appreciate it. Katie at the front desk was very thorough with the costs and I really like that they do oral sedation, as I dont think I could get my work done without it. Im very excited to get to work and get my teeth fixed 😁

When I was there for my cleaning I met Dr. Chris for the first time. He was great fun. We talked about my ghost stories from when I worked in a mortuary. He is very professional yet very down to earth.This last time I had to have a lot of work done. I was there almost 3 hours. They made me feel relaxed. They were so nice and took great care of me.

Not only are all the staff friendly but fun to talk with as well! Dr. Payne is very personable as well, which made having to get numerous fillings not so torturous but enjoyable. I wish we would have found them sooner!!!

They are friendly, thorough and genuinely care for their patients. Ive always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner, whether routine or emergency basis. My kids grew up going to these dentists. And Ive had numerous procedures beyond routine care which have always been professionally done or referred out. Love Dr Payne, new look & new staff!

Back in the 80s I obtained 3 opinions from 3 offices for my own work when originally searching for a dentist in Phoenix. Dobson Ranch Dental was the most conservative and did not try to overcharge me for unnecessary work (as others tried to do). They do excellent dental work and treat you like you are family from the minute you step in the office.

Dr. PAYNE haha is amazing. I am so incredibly happy I found this place. The other people there are kind and fun and patient. My last procedure took 3 1/2 hours (I think) and it was a breeze, and I had next to no pain after, at all.I cant tell you what to do, but if I were in your shoes, Id check this place out.

I went to this dental office on the recommendation of my son and daughter in law and was not disappointed. The staff was kind, gental and the service was thorough. Each person explained what they were doing and why, each step if the way. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

I forgot my apt and arrived late. No problem. My hygienist was very efficient and friendly. Dr Payne was professional and informative about my dental issues and his recommendations for dealing with them. Definitely a good start to my Wednesday.

Near the end of June I had a crown put on my tooth. During the repair Dr Payne informed me the decay had been near the root and thus I might encounter sensitivity problems – but well see. I did indeed experience some issues but eventually they subsided. However, within last 4 days they arose again, thus necessitating this appointment. One call to Dobson Dental and in less than 24 hours I was in the dentist chair. In less than 15 minutes Dr Payne completed his evaluation and offered a few potential solutions. Two bottom lines here: 1) I should have obeyed my Moms instruction to brush my teeth consistently, and 2) Dobson Ranch Dental & Dr. Payne couldnt have done a better job providing me service on this dental issue.Feb 17, 2021 - visited Dobson Ranch Dental for an interim teeth cleaning due to some concerns they spotted three months ago near a tooth implant I have. Met the new dental hygienist, Chris, who did a fine job of cleaning my teeth while explaining various aspects of my current dental hygiene. Before departing the office we scheduled my next cleaning six months out. Great to have an office nearby who does a fine job of helping me take care of my teeth.
