My family and I were very happy to be greeted by the front receptionists who were very professional and polite. The cleanings were done perfectly by the very skilled dentists who also gave us special dental supplies and not just the standard dental bag with a toothbrush and floss. Overall, the staff were very professional and polite and it’s the best dentistry I’ve been to in the valley!

On a Friday morning they were able to get me seen (as a new patient) because I was having tooth pain.Everyone in the office was very friendly which makes you feel a bit better about being at the dentist.When I arrived I was sure I’d have to wait a while, but they got me right back. I had a consultation where I was referred to a specialist nearby. Instead of giving me the paper work and number of the specialist they called them on my behalf and got me seen within two hours. Before I left I knew how much I would owe for them for finishing the root canal (in a couple weeks) and how much I would owe the specialist that morning for performing the actual root canal.I hate to admit it, but I am one of those people who absolutely hate the dentist. As a child I had a extremely traumatic experience at the dentist so, I am always anxious AF going to the dentist.My experience with First Impression Dentistry has given me peace of mind! I highly recommend them and will be back for all my dentistry needs!Thank you!

I called at 8 AM to make an appointment to have a veneer replaced. I was seated at 9:45 and within an hour had a temporary put on. They were very accommodating and made follow up appoints that day.I have been a patient of Dr. Brads 38 years and have confidence in him and his staff. They are very professional and friendly.I dont know what Ill do when Brad retires. No other dentist will match his expertise.Im honored and thankful to be his friend.

FIrst Impressions last forever! LOl kicking myself for not finding this practice 4 years ago as they are nearly on my doorstep. SUPER friendly, professional, very safe (re covid) and everyone I spoke with or encountered seemed genuine and there was no PUSHY sell sell sell that can come with some dental practices. Every suggestion for what was needed was supplied with a why (and a picture) making me feel like there wa sa genuine desire to assist with my oral health. Also i am a bit of a neurotic when it comes to sitting in the dental chair and i was made to feel comfortable and the hygienist was skilled and gentle. Sending my family & friends for sure. When I went in for my initial visit to see Dr. Christensen I was very apprehensive. I have a long history of dental woes and feared pain and indifference. But from the front desk. The DA, Dr. CHRISTENSEN, and his associates, I was treated with respect and great care. I have to travel from the far west valley to Mesa to see this dentist. But the trip is well worth it.

My husband started going here years ago through a recommendation of a friend and has been very happy. How many dentists call you at home the evening of having a crown to see how you are doing? Dr. J does? I (the wife) just went Jan. 27 for a second opinion on a couple of issues. The entire office was very welcoming, understanding and helpful. Should have made this change a long time ago.

My mom is 93 and wears dentures. Its hard to find a dentist these days that works with dentures. From the front desk, to the assistant, to Dr. Christensen, they did a most excellent job. In fact, next month Im going to go see them too! (Well see how they do with 14 crowns.)

Dr Christensen is the best dentist in the valley. He knows exactly what he is doing. Always asking if your in pain or if you uncomfortable and it almost makes me laugh because he is the most gentle dentist Ive been too. First time seeing the Doc (Christensen) and so far so good. All went well with tooth extraction. A much better experience than the last raggedy dentist (unger @ smiles on broadway) I saw. He pretty much almost made me bleed to death. Anywho, Everyone at First Impression Dentistry are so nice and friendly and have a genuine concerns for your wellbeing. I dont normally give great reviews but most my encounters arent so great. However this crew is on the ball. Two Thumbs Up.

This office is so nice and friendly and professional! I just got a crown and had popped off the temporary (totally my fault) and the doc stayed there after they closed so I could run over after I got off work and then fixed me right up. Dr. Christensen is also SO NICE and happy, I now look forward to going to the dentist to chat with him :)

Dr. Baker and Amanda are awesome. I got a same day crown and a filling and I feel great. They are gentle and help throughout to let you know what’s happening. They are friendly and make you comfortable throughout the procedure.

Ive been seeing Dr. J for at least the last 35 years!! No thats not a typo : )I wasnt lucky enough to have had perfect teeth, so I saw Dr. J pretty often for fillings & crowns as a kid. I still have some of the silver fillings he did more than 25 years ago!!Of all the work Ive ever had done, & trust me its a lot, Ive never had his work fail. Not a single crown or filling has ever leaked requiring a root canal. Not a single filling has ever fallen out. Not one time was I ever unhappy with the work he did. Not once!Dr. J is hands down THE BEST!! He is very professional & he shows great care for his patients comfort level. He also has a staff chalked full of amazing people! Theyre all very kind, professional, & understanding of all your concerns & anxieties. Dr. J & his team are truly exceptional!!

I would like to give a big shout out to one of our FAVORITE dentists of ALL TIME! Dr. Patrick Christensen is one of the kindest, gentlest dentists youll ever meet! I LOVE their practice and how they treat each patient with kindness and how they would want to receive treatment. They take time with each patient adjusting treatments and procedures to fit YOU. You arent just a number to these guys... they treat you like family! They work with both of my kiddos who are high functioning end of the autism spectrum and are absolutely wonderful with them. They are patient and make sure the kids know exactly whats coming next. You cant go wrong with this practice. They have my rock solid referral!

Best routine cleaning ever!

Dr. Christensen made my smile beautiful again, I had a lot of work done and was not in any pain at all during or after. He is the kindest and most caring dentist and not only takes care of me but my whole family! I have known Dr. Justesen basically my whole life, he is always kind and caring! Will never go anywhere else.

I switched to this dental office after having multiple horrible occurrences the last few visits w another place I had gone to for at least 10+ years. I am so happy I just so happened to picked this office out of all the others around this area. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. They are just good people all around, seriously. The doctors explain if you have any problems going on, answer any questions you may have, and personally follow up with you in certain situations (I had received a call within a couple days making sure my crown was holding and adjusted perfectly after it was set about a year ago). I highly recommend this office. I never leave reviews, but this place deserves the praise for all their hard work!! Thank you for being such an awesome group!

Dr is awesome! Staff is not. They are very rude. I only go because I like the Dr. The manager is rude. Ive heard her complaining about a patient on the phone. I think she forgot I was in the waiting room. If I wasnt in the middle of having work done I would go elsewhere.

I cannot express how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE DR. CHRISTENSEN and the ENTIRE staff! I have had “dental anxiety” my whole life and Dr. Christensen and his staff have given me the best and least painful visits I have ever experienced. I also take my young children and they love it too :) It is because of Dr. Christensen, Dr. Justensen and their staff that I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned and am no longer extremely stressed if a problem is found. I also found out today I have some decay on a filling they did awhile back and Dr. Christensen is going to redo it for me. Honest to goodness people and excellent care are what you will find at First Impressions Dentistry. I am so thankful to have been recommended here.
