I am a caregiver and I have worked for loyal care assisted living. And I really enjoy working there. The residents are well taken care of and it feels like a family there. Ive worked in other agencies before and this one by far is my favorite place to work. The owner Deanna is very easy to work with and she actually cares for the residents. A lot of facilities make themselves look good on the outside but its a completely different story on the inside. Loyalty care actually lives up to their name. Never in my.career have I seen a more dedicated hard working nurse care so much for their residents.

When I found out my father needed a higher level of care, I was lost for what to do. An agency recommended a group home and gave me several to choose from. I visited each one and asked many questions. After leaving Loyal Care, I knew this was the one. The staff was kind, honest, and went way above and beyond what I ever expected during my fathers stay. Everything about Loyal Care was great. My father routinely let me know much he liked it there. Thank you for the great service!

I worked for my sister for a year and I would definitely recommend Loyal Care . The home was a great environment and the residents are a gem. I cooked my best meals for them. The house is always clean and residents are happy. Family members are always happy to see there loved ones are being taken care of. Deanna is the nurse and truly cares for all the residents.

My Mom was a resident at Loyal Care Assisted Living for more than 2 years up until her recent passing. I cannot speak highly enough of Loyal Care and DeAnna. My Mom was lucid and able to advocate for herself for the duration of her stay there, so I frequently asked her if she was happy at Loyal Care and if she wanted to stay. She always said yes. She felt safe, cared for, and listened to. I even offered for her to move in with me if she wanted to, but she wanted to stay at Loyal Care. As a family member to a resident, I was always treated with kindness, care, and respect. Loyal Care and DeAnna will always have my respect and gratitude, and I will never be able to thank them enough for the peace of mind and care that they provided not only to my Mom, but our family as a whole.

DeAna who is the new owner of this business is a really mean person. She made it almost impossible for us to visit my grandfather when we were in town because she was so rude and controlling. We had to stay in the back yard and she yelled at us every time we crossed paths. The only saving grace was when she wasnt there and her employee was around, but a week ago we found out she fired her and called her a racist slur. She ended up threatening to leave my grandfather at the ER so we had to find a new home for him. Please dont move your loved ones here!

My father was a resident at Loyal Care for about five months and not only did he love his time there, but I was also very pleased with his experience, AND especially his continued healing and success following his stay. DeAnna is very passionate about her work and not only do I recommend her and Loyal Care for your familys assisted living care, but be blessed to know that DeAnna is great at communicating with you and your loved ones. DeAnna wears her passion on her sleeves, and in my experience I prefer an honest and open care giver for me and my loved ones. Highly recommended!!!

She threatened to drop our grandpa off at the ER because she did not want do take care of him. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!!!!!!!

Please do not support this home, the owner is a horrible person and has no business taking care of the elderly. DeAnna has caused nothing but stress and heartache.
