The staff is very compassionate and extremely dedicated to meet all the needs of each resident. They call all residents and family by their first names and truly care about the residents. The Executive Director and his management staff all go above and beyond with such patience and concern for the residents. The dinning room and meals are really outstanding Dinning room director Brandon and Chef Bruno with there staff prepares special entrées for Lunch and dinner each day in addition to decadent desserts. The activities Director is outstanding she plans numerous activities for each day including classes, games, special lectures, concerts on site, field trips to interesting places and events, parties, and movies in the theater. There are plenty of Town Hall meeting opportunities for residents to provide feedback to the administrative staff and the Chef. They are always responsive to each resident’s individual needs. I highly recommend living at Brookdale Spring Mesa.

This is NOT the place for a a Hospice patient. If your loved one needs to go on hospice find a specialty Hospice facility. They don’t know what they are doing here. Can take as long as 4O minutes to respond to a call.It’s a fine place for more independent living, but do your loved ones, that need more care , a favor and put them in a more experienced facility.

Attended an event at this community and everyone was so friendly. We thought the place was very clean and Mary a resident told us how much she loved it here and will recommend it to everyone. Great experience.

Waffle Love was wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The residents definitely seem very happy to be living here. I am considering Brookdale for my husband in the future .

My great grandma lived here and couldnt have been happier. She loved the formal dining, the staff and the events planned throughout the week. Its a truly special place that treats people how they should be treated.
