Not bad for a Navy Dentist. Dr. Scheidel and team are super friendly, efficient and professional. They make you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed while in the chair. On top of that, they use the latest and greatest technology which helps to educate the patient and make you feel like you are part of the process. Highly recommended.

I got a 2and opinion from comfort dental and found out that this unprofessional company lied to me,and treated my 9 year old son awful and made us stay 2 hours in the waiting room almost making us lose our ride home through nemt Medicaid transportation services. Dont go here. They denied my insurance coverage with Medicare and lied about it.

I had not been to a dentist in over 35 years. I was absolutely terrified about going in for the first time in a very long while.Everyone at this office was extremely polite, professional and were very accommodating to my apprehension about seeing a dentist.I would highly recommend South Broadway Dental to anyone who is fearful of seeing a dentist as I was. I received the most amazing, quality service and treatment from Dr. Scheidel and his assistant Toni. I had 2 crowns and a filling done, but that was not what I was worrying about. I had to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. They contacted me on Wednesday 04/29 in the afternoon and they said they could do the procedure in one go the next morning.They were able to do all of the procedures and send me on my way in just over 1 hour. Very clear post-op instructions and to my surprise hardly any swelling or pain from the 2 pulled teeth areas.Thank you South Broadway Dental. I dread going to the dentist, but feel confident to continue to use your services and recommend you to friends and family going forward.Many thanks.

I had Dr. Andrei and Zareen help me out today and they were awesome! Thought I had to get a root canal but they were able to save my tooth! Very efficient and friendly. Was in and out in no time. Stephanie at the front was very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this Dental office!

Absolutely amazing people and service from this location. Called in an emergency for my fiance on a Wednesday and they stayed open for us to drive the 40 minutes down and have an emergency tooth extraction performed. Found out that it was worse than anticipated and was informed due to the complications we would need to return that following Saturday. Doing so they had a chair open and ready to go to have the tooth extracted and had it done pain free for him and within a timely manner. Thank you all over at this location!!

Zareen made me feel very comfortable. The whole dental staff took care of me and made going to the dentist easy. I highly recommended this office to anybody be who is looking for a new dentist or maybe you’re not so sure about the one you have now 😂😂😂, Dr Jensen made sure that when I said I was nervous for my root canal that he addressed any concerns before getting started. That’s something I really appreciate in any provider of care.

My 5 star rating begins when you first walk in the door. You immediately feel welcomed as youre greeted by smiling faces and positive and helpful attitudes. Its easy to tell, everyone who works there, loves what they do and wants to help you. The two professionals who helped me directly were Eric and Zareen. Fast, professional and generally interested in getting to know you. I could not recommend this office high enough. I just wish there were more stars!

This is the best dental clinic you’ll find . Stephanie was very helpful as I was lost and having trouble with my navigation. She assured me that I could still make my appointment and guided me to the right location . Zarine was friendly and enthusiastic. I am so impressed with Dr. Jensen and his team. I have not been blessed with good teeth and have had some pretty bad experiences as a child and growing up. As a consequence I have anxiety in the dentist chair. I had just obtained new insurance after putting off the dentist for 4 years. One of my porcelain crowns broke in January so I couldnt put it off any longer. I found Dr. Jensen on my insurance website and looked at the reviews before calling for an appointment. Stephanie is so nice and patient in dealing with all my questions and concerns. Zareen was a calming presence and excellent at what she does. Dr. Jensen tells you what he is doing as he is working. He was gentle and calming. The new crown color matched perfectly even though its a newer material than the others. They also took care of some fillings and a long overdue cleaning. They even offer Saturday appointments. The location is nice and easy to find too.

Absolutely fabulous experience and I got a lot of big work done today. They didnt treat me differently because I was a Medicaid patient and helped me come up with a long term plan that Im actually excited for and would pay out of pocket gladly for such amazing treatment by amazing people. This was the first time Ive ever felt comfortable discussing my oral care inadequacies without excuses or shame. From first phone call to mouth surgery & aftercare and education, A+ experience all around.

The staff at South Broadway Dental are incredibly friendly and efficient. I asked about teeth whitening and was given the details, but it was pointed out that my teeth are already pretty white. What a refreshing experience to have someone reassure me, pay me a compliment and NOT try to push the upgrade.

Like many, I have never been a fan of the dentist. I can genuinely say, however, that I like coming to South Broadway. Stephanie is so helpful and always finds time for my family. Zareen and Dr. Andrei do such a wonderful job on my teeth, but more importantly, they make my 5 year old son feel comfortable (and he always leaves with a prize). This was my first visit and Zareen made me feel very comfortable. She visited with me and was extremely helpful. She showed and explained the xrays to me so I understood better what I was looking at. The Dr. was great too. He explained everything to me in simple terms and he told me why he thought the work should be done. And it all made sense. I will be coming back.

If you don’t love going to the dentist then I suggest switching to South Broadway to relax yourself and see that dental offices do not need to be traumatic and can be a very pleasant experience!

My family and I are glad we found this practice. Everyone there, from the doctor, Dr. Larsen, to the other staff, Zareem and Steph, are extremely professional, accommodating, and friendly. My first cleaning was quick, and they didn’t use the scraping tools. I’m not sure what the cleaning tool they use, but it’s much more comfortable.The facility is nice and comfortable. The dentist can be a very stressful experience, and they’ve clearly been very thoughtful towards patients. There are windows in front of the chairs. The windows face a street, but it can be calming watching traffic.

This dental office is the best! I went in first time a few days ago for a toothache. I told them my wisdom tooth has been bothering me for the longest time. Dr. Jensen suggested to extract this tooth and so I agreed. In less than 30 mins, my wisdom tooth was gone and it wasnt that bad like I always imagined. Zareen, Sara and Dr. Jensen were all amazing and they did this around 8:30 pm on a weekday! I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone.
