Hands down the best dentist office Ive ever been to! My 11 year old had 2 teeth pulled and the dentist was AMAZING at distracting him, making him laugh, making him comfortable, etc. Extremely knowledgeable and professional!

I love going to Old Town Dental. Everyone is kind and friendly as well as professional. I have been going to them for at least a decade and have never once had a bad experience. It was actually a review like this that said the staff had fun in the office that made me want to come to Old Town. Staff doesnt have the freedom of good humor when stressed with a poorly run office. That was important to me. Dr. Mike Miller is a really good dentist.

Incredible practice! A family business and it shows. They truly care about their patients. They are very thorough and gentle and do incredible work. They have state of the art equipment that make going to the dentist as easy as possible. I highly recommend them!

I have to say I truly appreciate reviews that state the facts not the subjective, emotion-riddled fluff that often fills Google reviews. So I will offer that benefit to you and give, “Just the facts, ma’am.”Fact: Old Town Dental performed a root canal to my previously crowned tooth #30. (First molar, lower right). The dentist was kind during my two visits as were the office staff.Fact: The procedure occurred 10+ years ago (I know, not recent but stay with me).Fact: Fast-forward to July 2021, current X-rays indicates that RCT (Root Canal Therapy) procedure performed by Old Town Dental was incomplete. In layman’s terms, the root was not entirely removed which, in my case, became a silent bacterial breeding haven.Fact: Tooth #30 had become the source of referred pain that extended all the way up into my right TMJ to the point that the following was expensively offered by various providers: several courses of antibiotics for “ear infections”, night guard for “grinding”, relaxation therapy to “relax” mandibular “tension”, diagnosis of fibromyalgia (seriously?), diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome (what?!!!), psychosomatic response to anxiety regarding COVID-19 (are you kidding me?!!!!), and finally, a referral to a local endodontist for possible “crown failure”.Fact: That endodontic referral more than likely saved me years of further seemingly “unexplained” medical needs as well as overwhelming frustration. A second (and hopefully last!), RCT procedure was fully completed by the endodontist.The rationale behind the three star rating? Old Town Dental staff was indeed kind and helpful in my time of need. I was a stay-at-home Mom then and they offered a cash discount with a payment plan option that suited our one-income family’s needs. Unfortunately, the subsequent time, energy, and ultimately additional money that tooth #30 has cost me is unfortunate. Human error does happen and the full cost of that error may not be fully recognized until years later.

The place would be okay if I didnt have to interact with the incredibly ill mannered, rude office staff. Ive gone there for cleanings several times and the hygienists have been great but having to interact with the rude office staff is not worth it! I would not go back or recommend this place.

Choosing Old Town Dental is one of the the best decisions I ever made. I have jumped from many Dental Offices, as I tired of all the up sale and constant suggestions that I needed expensive procedures even though I wasnt in pain. I just wanted my teeth cleaned! Not once has Old Town Dental recommended any unnecessary procedure, assuring me my teeth are in in great shape. Trust is everything and they have gained my trust and I will never go anywhere else! Their staff is the best!!

Dr. Miller is amazing! Saw me for a consult and 2nd opinion on some crowns and root canals that my other dentist said I needed. He saved me so much money and was able to bring me back in a couple hours later to get that root canal I needed! The hygienist was amazing, the front staff was so friendly and welcoming! They completely relieved me of my anxieties about going to the dentist. I wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, but I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr. Michael Miller isnt just a 5-star dentist, hes probably a 5-star guy in every chamber of his life. He speaks plainly and transparently about our care needs, and recommends doing the work that apparently and obviously must be done, while waiting to see what the body is capable of handling from there. If he starts a procedure and finds that something more significant must be done - and he already would have explained this possibility - you can be confident that he knows and is being forthright about it. It is as if the truth is his only option, uses great skill and digital tools to be thorough, and he spends your dental dollars as if they were his own. He will blush if he sees this, but our family (self, wife, 5 kids) is thankful for this professional and his practice. Not surprisingly, he attracts and keeps fantastic people around him, so honorable mention here to them, also.

Dr. Evans is absolutely wonderful! I have major dental anxiety, and needed to have a cavity filled. He was patient and the whole process was pain free. I was in and out within 45 minutes and he really eased my anxiety. I highly recommend this practice, and especially Dr. Evans

Ive been seeing this dentist for a few years now. His staff are very friendly and comforting. The one time I needed a filling, the operation was quick and painless. I came back a little later when I noticed the filling bothering me a bit and he touched it up free of charge. Excellent service , very friendly, great atmosphere. I couldnt ask for more.

It is hard finding businesses that dont look to find a reason to make every nickel from their clients. This is a rare place that does the right thing and the staff is very nice. Im a new patient at this practice and had my first appointment - a crown - two weeks ago. I waited less than 5 minutes before being taken into Dr. Evans office. He and his assistant are very personable and were concerned with my comfort every step of the way. The entire procedure was completed in about an hour and a half. No pain, no discomfort - I would highly recommend this practice!

I love this dental office! Theyre really professional and nice and Dr. Maloy is a great dentist. Ive been going here since I was a teenager and theyve always been consistently great.Had a bit of a dental emergency lately and they were extremely accommodating and compassionate about my issue. I went to Old Town Dental on the recommendation of a co-worker many years ago. I have found the staff in all areas to be friendly, efficient, caring and professional. I have recommended Old Town Dental to many of my family, friends and co-workers. The facility is in a former residence on a bluff overlooking the Platte river in Old Town Littleton thus the name. The reception/waiting area is the former living room with a fireplace. There are wood floors throughout and large picture windows looking to the west behind the reception area and the exam rooms on the west side. It retains a homey feel. It is clean and well maintained, the equipment is the latest technology which gives it a very professional feel.

Not surprised to be beaten for a five star review :). Took my four kids in for a check up and was extremely satisfied. No mysterious diagnosis requiring thousands of dollars. I was told that I did need some work done, but it could wait until my next appointment. I learned that they offer facial aesthetics also. Might be a good gift idea for my wife!

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I havent been to a dentist in about 10 years or so which made me a little nervous to go. I setup an appointment and was surprised how professional and clean the office is. The staff are very nice and work to get you in and out. Would recommend this place to anyone.

No one loves going to the dentist. But for something I dont always wanna do, Old Town Dental makes it the best. Dr Maloy has been great to me. A friend suggested them and I have been going here for the past couple years. Ive had fillings done and the one time my bite wasnt exactly right, they got me in immediately to fix the issue. Recently I needed a crown done, the whole process took less than an hour, all done in house, walked out finished. Not only can they do everything you need in house, but the Drs, hygienists and all the front staff are friendly and easy to deal with. They have taken care of me at every turn no matter what the issue! I have been very pleased with all of my dealings with them.

Wow. Can’t believe this place has such a high reviews. I went there because the reviews were awesome. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a dental chair. I went for a simple tooth extraction and left in so much pain I couldn’t talk for 2 days. When I was finally able to open my mouth it looked like a horror movie. I told the dentist that I could still feel the pain so he stuck me so many times with the needle that it looks like he cut the tooth out. He shoved it so deep that I couldn’t open my mouth for two days. It took him 7 attempts to remove the tooth. Not only that I was told it would be $127 dollars and they changed me $480!!!!!! The only thing that was nice was the cute assistant with the nose ring. She was super nice and sweet. I’m terrified of dentist and she was the only thing keeping me calm enough to stay. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I should have gone to comfort dental

These guys are great, plain and simple. Ive had a few emergency issues come up, and theyve always managed to find time for me on short notice. Additionally theyve been very helpful working with me on payment when its been an issue. Best dentist I have ever been to. Fairly priced and does not try to sell you something you dont need. I went in there needing a lot of work and after being quoted some outrageous prices for a bridge, crown, and fillings elsewhere I gave them a shot. I told them I was on a tight budget. They quoted me the bear minimum of serves I would need to fix my teeth. I ended up getting everything done because the price was so low.Great people, place, atmosphere.

This has been our dentist for years. We drive all the way from Castle Rock, because it is worth it. The personalized service from everyone - from the front desk, the technicians and the dentist, is the best.

Dr Miller did an implant for me which Ive been putting off for years. I was surprised at how simple it seemed; much easier than getting a root canal. Hes very personable, friendly, and concerned. I had other issues going on, a blood clot in my leg for which Im taking Warfarin. He and my medical staff at Kaiser worked together to make sure everything was safe for me to do the procedure. Dr Miller did the procedure in probably 45 minutes and everything went great and Ive had no pain to speak of since the surgery. Katie did a great job of getting all of this set up for me. She gave me an estimate, showed me how my HSA account would work along with my insurance and what it would cover. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I really like this place.

I hate finding new dentists when I move--I have sensitive gums, terrible teeth (thanks Mom!)--so I get anxious about finding someone who is nice, caring and knows what s/he is doing. Dr. Maloy has been great--professional, courteous, but not too serious (I hate medical pros who wont joke around with you). I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been going here for years and it is the best dentist ever. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. All of their staff is friendly and attentative. I had to bring my mother in for an emergency tooth pull and they took great care of her. They saw she was a little shaky afterwards because she was due to have surgery and couldnt take any medication and they gave her 2 bottles of ensure to be able to eat since her teeth hurt. They are so wonderful. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone that asks!

I have been going to this office since I was 8 or 9 years old. I recently turned 25. They are just THE best. Super welcoming, friendly, helpful, and dedicated.

They hold very well in place without having to add denture cream, they are not painful and they look so natural. What a great team - keep up the Great Job!

They are the best dentists in Denver! They are great, honest, funny, easy going, and they dont ever shame you. They also give out chapstick (a huge perk after having your teeth cleaned and getting cotton mouth) and play my favorite radio station (KBCO). Their office is super clean, open, friendly, and inviting. Going to the dentist is no fun but this is never a bad experience. I recommend them to everybody and I have always gotten great feedback about them.

Our oral health helps protect our overall physical health - and it is pretty hit and miss to find a dental practice that does things right. My wife and I are new patients at Old Town Dental, and our first experiences there exceeded our expectations.We had been using another local dental practice, but had a few issues in insurance billing so we decided to change. The on-line reviews of Old Town looked good, so we gave it a try, and we are glad that we did! Shawn Malloy is an excellent dentist. Ive been going to him for over 12 years and he has done wonderful work.I would have given Old Town Dental 5 stars but it is getting very difficult to make an appointment. I am on a 3 month cleaning schedule but when I call for an appointment it is usually 4 plus months out.Old Town also has one hygienist that is incompetent, Ive told them never to schedule an appointment with her but everytime I call they try to set me up with her (Maria).

Never did I think I would love going to the Dentist, but I do! I have found the greatest hygenist and Dentist at Old Town Dental.Jamie, my hygneist, is much like a friend; we catch up every six months, show each other pictures and exchange info about our lives--shes the bomb! I never leave with sore teeth or gums.Then I see Dr. Malloy, who somewhat inspects Jamies work, asks me a few questions and is on his way. Hes never done any real work on my teeth, so I cant say much about his professionalism, but he too is very kind.If youre on the fence about which Dentist to go to, or going at all, give Old Town Dental a try...you wont regret it!
