These guys are really great. I can appreciate the patience required to keep up with a schedule but also take the time to explain the procedures in a way a child can understand. My daughter was very anxious about having a filling done, and both the hygienist and the dentist were perceptive of this and took time to ease her into a more comfortable state. Not to mention, we were almost 10 minutes late due to icy roads, and while I was sure I was walking in to be rescheduled, they didnt mention a word about it and took us right in.The waiting area had a separate room for smaller children and seems very clean. It is apparent that someone, or maybe everyone, cares about the cleanliness here.They are currently implementing pretty basic procedures to prevent COVID-19 spread: a short questionnaire, mandatory mask wearing, temperature check, and (anti)social distancing are observed.Overall a pleasant experience for my daughter and therefore me as well.

We transferred from our local area dentist one day for an emergency extraction. They were the last on the is because it is such a haul for us to drive one way (1hour). Upon entry, I was in complete awe! What a wonderful and awesome environment! The staff were prompt to welcome us and assured us up and down that this would be perfectly fine, as I thought to myself, “ yeah right! I would hate to be my kid right now! This is going to hurt!”They took us back to the room, checked everything quickly and before I knew it, she had her tooth out! No tears, shock, or even a flinch! She was perfectly fine!I went to check out and it was then I knew I was going to fill out the new patient paperwork.The staff are a precious asset to this business and you can tell they take pride in what they do! Not only are they completely kid-friendly, they are by far the most professional, compassionate and down-to -earth people! I recommend everyone to them!

My son has been a patient here for years, we hadnt heard anything from them in quite a while so I called to make an appointment (no reminders, no communication from them whatsoever) today, I was told that my son is no longer a patient there because it has been over a year since he has been seen he is now consideres a new patient and they arent accepting patients over the age of 10, you are a childrens dentist, and you dont accept children over the age of 10. All of the sudden? No recommendations for other local dentists just good luck in finding another dentist that deals with children in an area with one childrens dentistry, YOU. Super disappointed with the absolute lack of communication and the insanity that a childrens dentist maxes out at 10 years old.

Couldnt have found a better dentist for my kids!

If I could give more than 5 starts I would! Dr. Tim went above and beyond to help us in an emergency. We were camping in the White Mountains when my daughter hit her face on a boulder and knocked out her front adult tooth. We were 3 hours from home and our dentist. Dr. Tim told us to come right in. He stayed late and took such great care of my daughter. He made her feel safe and comfortable the entire time. I really feel so grateful for Dr. Tim. Without him my daughter may have lost her tooth. Highly highly recommend. If we lived nearby we would certainly be regular patients of Childrens Dentistry of North Country. Also, in addition to Dr. Tim his nurses were equally as wonderful!

Both my children love going to this dentist and I always feel completely safe with every visit! Definitely recommend for any child in the area! Best dentist 🦷

I couldn’t say enough good. After getting his fillings, my son said he wished he could have a dentist appointment every day. He didn’t experience even a moment of discomfort. It is wonderful to find people so great at what they do. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and excellent with kids.

My daughter and grandson absolutely love Childrens Dentistry. The playroom is a huge bonus when bringing small children and having to fill out new paper forms. keeps kids busy and happy and their mind at ease. also all the staff is wonderful and friendly and all of the dentists make the kids feel very calm throughout any procedure. my daughter had crowns and was not nervous at all because dr. Matt kept her busy by telling jokes and also letting her know as well as us exactly what he was doing how he was going to do it and approximately how it would feel. we highly recommend Childrens Dentistry north country!!!

The environment is awesome, facility is beautiful, and the staff is awesome. My 4year old had to have some dental work done and he was a rock star!! I think that was partly because hes a tough little boy, but also because he felt confident and comfortable at the childrens dentistry office. I travel about an hour to get there and I wouldnt trade it for a closer office.

Best place in the north country to bring your kids, theyre amazing and I couldnt be happier with how comfortable my daughters were with the staff. From the scheduling to the dental work everyone was amazing and theyve made it so easy on me and my kids

We are so thankful to have discovered Childrens Dentistry of the North Country. Everyone has been incredibly kind, caring, knowledgeable and supportive. We are happy to travel over an hour to visit, knowing that our daughter is getting such wonderful care. The atmosphere is also so welcoming and family friendly. This is the most amazing dentist office I have ever brought my children to. They all love the dentists and all of the staff and of course the play area/waiting room. They have I think six or seven difference game stations that have Xbox or like a huge tablet on the wall. They have walls that have water and air bubbles and many other cool things for the kids to look at and play with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone 😃

Have only been there once, but my kids begged to make it our new dentist! Atmosphere is child friendly, staff very good with the children. So far, highly recommended, and Im hard to impress.

I gladly travel over an hour to bring my four children to see Dr Matt and Dr Tim and their staff. They are all truly wonderful at what they do and absolutely understand how to work with children. They help to reduce children and parent anxiety and I cant thank them enough every time we go!!

This is the only place I can take my son to get his dental work. Everyone is so nice, considerate and very friendly. They make my son’s experience the best!!! Thank you Children’s Dentistry of the North Country

Wanted to say that I am very happy we were referred to children’s dentistry.. they did an amazing job and there staff are awesome and there office is just for kids you just have to see for yourself I won’t take my son anywhere else thank you to all the staff at Littleton dentistry!

This place is awesome from the second you walk in. The staff is equally if not more awesome. Everyone is super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

As the other reviews said, the atmosphere is great & totally oriented towards keeping kids happy & relaxed. Not mentioned as much & just as important, the quality of care is very good also. The hygienists are gentle & the dentists are right on top of things. The only thing stopping that 5th star is the admin/ office area is a little below par. A few years ago it was quite bad- misscheduled appointments, never get a human on the phone, wrong info on file, etc. I do think they know this though & have seen them working to improve the situation. I would say admin is not bad now (2018) & probably continue to improve. & everything else about this place is Excellent!

My son unfortunately had his first cavity at age 4 but he had his first filling today and childrens dentistry helped him feel so calm and relaxed! He loves going to the dentist 😁He has requested the sticky hands be refilled so he can get that as a prize next visit 😂

Fantastic place to go. My two year old is as uncooperative as it gets, but they were great with her at both the Plymouth and Littleton offices. I won’t bring her elsewhere.

OMG..love this place!! It looks like a kids playshop there! Not only is it very child feiendly...they do great with the kids and are very nice to everyone. Dianna, the assistant i think, was very good with my son and talked to him at his level! The dentist was also very nice as well!
