The staff here are so kind and thoughtful. They addressed all my financial concerns and provided me options for dental work. They got me in for my procedure quickly, were professionals and kind all along the way!! Wouldnt want to go anywhere else and so glad I was referred to them!! Thank you Dr. Lorin!!

My wife has been bothering me to go here and get my teeth cleaned since I stopped going to the dentist in 2018. I really like this place. The people are friendly and the overall experience is inviting. I had a bunch of x-rays, a cleaning and a couple fillings the following week. These guys are quite gentle. I didnt have dental hygienists hurting my gums, the cleaning was mostly painless except a few sensitive teeth. Filling was painless and fast. Plenty of anesthetic, didnt feel a thing. Numbness over about 5 hours later, no pain following day. Like a lot of things in life, the people make the difference, and the people here are considerate and professional.

I honestly dont review things ever, but wanted to share my experience with Dr. Creer Family Dentistry . I had to have a double tooth extraction ( yippee) of two back molars, performed by Dr. Creer on 2/10/2021. Oddly enough, it was a pleasant experience! Seriously!Mario, Simon, and the other young lady ( sorry but cant remember her name) were extremely friendly and reassuring. Ashley, my Dental Hygienist, was equally friendly and informative, and tolerated my nervous jokes.Dr. Creer was, in every way, excellent. Very friendly, taking the time to make sure I was numb and ready, and made the procedure seem easy.Haha, and no, Im not a friend or relative.I stumbled on them via Google when I developed a bad toothache.Very cool that folks like this are out there, Pandemic or not, taking care of us!Thanks guys!Mike Ray

I decided to switch my dentist to a location that was closer to me and that had good reviews and offered sedation when necessary due to my anxiety and trauma with past dentists as a child. I have to say that after 2 visits, I am very impressed with the staff & the dentist Dr Creer. The staff welcomed me in saying hi and remembered my name and was very helpful and the Dr Creer spent the time to go over what was needed for my teeth. I can tell he is extremely knowledgeable and I feel I can trust him. I havent had any dental work done yet, just a cleaning but I am do for some procedures coming up so hoping all goes well! P.S. the ambiance is very soothing and love the fishtank and art decorations on the walls and music they play. Just an overall great vibe.

This was my first time at Creer Family Dentistry. I had a really positive experience; my dental hygienist was ready for me right on time (even a bit early!) the hygienist was very thorough and attentive while doing my cleaning, and Dr. Creer was a very friendly and honest. Both the hygienist and Dr. Creer were really helpful in explaining everything they were doing. The facility was calming and relaxing. I highly recommend Dr. Creer and his team!

I have gone to several different dentists over the course of the five years Ive lived in Denver, but none have stuck out as exceptional until todays appointment at Creer Family Dentistry. The gentleman handling the reception duties, my dental hygienist, and the dentist were all very kind and efficient. I am definitely going to make this my home for all my future dentistry needs!

Great experience, the office personnel, the hygienist, the dentist, all make you feel very comfortable. Ive had a lot of dental work and am always worried an aggressive cleaning will hurt something but it was the best cleaning Ive had. Then Dr. Creer came in and hes so friendly and explains, and shows you, what is needed with no pressure at all. Then at the end I find out the price was very reasonable. I left very happy that I picked Creer Dental and they will definitely be my permanent dental office going forward. For once Im actually excited to go back to the dentist.

I just had my teeth cleaned and Kristin is incredible! This is the first time where I actually felt comfortable at the dentist. She was very professional and personable! Mario at the front desk is great too, no issues setting up my appointment. No wait time, and the doctor came in as soon as my cleaning was done. Everyone at the office is fantastic.

I enjoy this office’s friendly staff and great dental care. This was my first appointment during COVID. They screened me when I arrived and took my temperature — great start. But then staff were only wearing paper masks, no K-95, N-95 or face shield. After my exam while my mask was off, the dentist took off his own mask to speak to me — about 3 feet away — which was unnecessary and made me uncomfortable. This behavior, even if unintentional, puts staff and clients at risk; I won’t be going back until the level of risk is lower.Update: Dr. Creer personally called and apologized. Thanks!

When somebody fails to listen to you as a patient, how can you trust them to avoid hurting you when theyre obviously too busy? Worst professional manner ever.

Dr. Creer is a great dentist. Not that anyone enjoys gong to the dentist; but Dr. Creer lets you know whats going on with your situation and makes the best recommendations for long lasting results. He has a great office staff. Mario does a great job communicating with patients and explaining their financial responsibility so theres no unwelcome surprises.

I have not used Creer in approx 2-3 years now. Initially when I went everyone was friendly. I was told I needed a deep cleaning which I agreed to because I did have an effected gum that was bothering me. The procedure went very smooth and my gums felt much better. After that I was told I would most likely need one every 6-12 months which I found odd because I had never heard of this. I researched this and noticed some dentist recommend this because its an easy way to make some money. Im not sure if thats what they were doing but I have been to 2 additional dentist since and advised this is NOT needed. Creer also wanted to put 2 fillings/caps on 2 of my back teeth. I was told after insurance it would be nearly 1300$ and they tried talking me into their credit card. I refused this and thought the price was astronomical. I have since completed that procedure with a different dentist with the same exact dental coverage for $100. While I think the dental work they did was great I do feel that they try to make a profit on some individuals. Clean and friendly place but something is severely wrong with their billing and the unnecessary recommendations of deep cleanings.

Best dentist I have ever been to and I have seen quite a few over the years!! Unfortunately, I had to have two teeth taken out and Dr. Creer did an amazing job; he made me feel totally comfortable and it was quick and painless. He called me later on that evening to make sure I was doing well and that was very kind of him. I would recommend Creer Dental to anyone looking for a family dentist. His staff is very kind as well!

I’ve lived in the Denver area for 5 years, and this is the first dental practice I’ve been to that truly made me feel that they cared for me personally and I’m not just another patient! From making an appointment, dealing with insurance, my office visit, and checking out, I felt like part of the Creer family. All of the staff are down to earth, inviting, and definitely know their stuff! I just recently started going to Creer Family Dentistry in December. I have been to many dentists in the past and I can truly say that I have found my landing spot!! What an incredible group of people Dr. Creer has working with him! Dr. Creers lab tech, Kevin, brought me into their own personal lab on site and showed me how he makes a gold crown for somebody. I thought that was so neat because I never knew how the process was done. They are all very kind and they go out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Great office! Very happy!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Creer Family Dentistry. For starters, I called on a Sunday and they had an after hours phone you could call. I called this number and a women named Bren answered the phone. I told her the issues I was having and I needed to find a good dentist because I really didn’t want to go to an ER Dentist. Bren proceeded to tell me that she was the office manager (really awesome it’s not an after hours phone company) and she would be happy to get me in as soon as 10am Monday since the office is not open Sundays. So, I took the offer of 10am. When I got to the office I was greeted with smiles and friendly staff. Dr Creer had a great personality and made me feel extremely comfortable with my situation. When I met Bren she looked exactly as I imagined after her kindness on the phone. She presented to me what my estimated portion would be after helping me figure out what company my dental plan was under and the price was much better then I had originally thought. I love that they make their crowns in the office too so that it’s not a long wait and you know who’s making it. I’ve been to other offices before that seem to have a 2 to 3 week wait on getting the crown you pay for due to mailing it out. Thank you Bren for getting me in on such short notice on your day off and thank you to Dr. Creer and all his staff for making me feel so welcome. I will definitely follow through and continue coming to Creer Family Dentistry.

I have only seen Dr. Lorin Creer at the Arvada location. Wish I could afford a billboard to tell everyone how awesome this office is; front desk, the assistants, technicians, hygienists, and of course the Doc himself, are all deserving of way more than 5 stars. I have terrible teeth, because Im (USED TO BE) too scared to go to the dentist. My phobia came to be after an experience with a very BAD dentist as a teenager and since Im really not very bright, I never bothered to look for a good dentist. I was so so sooooooooo freaked out the day of my appt for SIX extractions. I had just finished up my antibiotics from the ER. I had to go to ER cuz the abscess swelled so big it made my vision real blurry out of that eye. They actually READ your answers on the paperwork and make your concerns a priority. Never ever been to any dentist without having extreme anxiety for like a week prior. My 2nd visit was no big deal to me since he showed me how simple, fast, and painless the procedure is when the dentist actually knows what hes doing. I simply cannot thank the whole team enough. If youre scared of dental care, go to Dr. Creer. I owe the whole team serious gratitude.

Ive had a lot of experience in dental offices over the years, unfortunately, and this one is by far the best. Not only is the office itself extremely nice and comfortable, but the dentist and his staff are all wonderful. The front desk guy was so helpful with helping me understand my insurance, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. Dr. Creers hygienist is very sweet and thorough. Hands down, this is my new dentist office for life.

My husband and I are very happy with the service we receive with Dr.Creer! His staff is wonderful and we are very thankful to have him taking care of our dental needs. My husband recently had to have a tooth extracted and needless to say, he was quite a bit nervous. Dr. Creer is so nice and calming . He made sure that my husband would have some valium before the extraction as long as I was driving him to the appointment. The procedure was very quick and my husband had no issues. Dr. Creer called that evening around seven to check on my husband and I thought that was very professional. My husband will have Dr.Creer put an implant where the tooth is missing but we have to wait some time for things to heal up. I have my teeth cleaned every six months and Kristin is just delightful. Dr. Creer and his staff have created a very peaceful environment in their clinic. It generally is not very enjoyable going to the dentist, as we have had issues in the past, but Creer Family Dentistry is quite special.

If you are looking for good ol fashion dental care, then this is where you want to be! I have been with Creer dentistry for three years now and they are like family. I just met Mario the other day and what a nice young man. It is not easy getting my husband to the dentist but he really likes Dr. Creer. We are very happy to have a dentist we trust.

I trust Dr. Creer to do the right things to my teeth. He is very knowledgeable. I have been going to him since I had to have a tooth pulled and he needed to put a double cap over two teeth! It has been about 3 years, and its good.

I have been going to Creer family Dentistry for almost 15 years; I would guess. I have received nothing but the most absolute best care I could ask for when it comes to taking care of my teeth. I have quite a few friends who go the cheaper route and head over to the big corporate dental chains you see on every corner, and they continually complain about their experiences. I guess that would be the mentality that many people have these days. Super quick but not really sure what youre gonna get....Dr. Creer treats me like a real person as well as the rest of his staff. They are all very kind when I walk in the door until I leave the office. They serve me coffee If I care for it and I actually feel like Im in a spa. I have had numerous procedures over the years and it is really nice that he does not send me to other specialty dentists to get them all done; he does them all for me right there in his office. He has his own dental lab so I know where my work gets made. His hygenist Kristin is awesome! She is very thorough but gentle. I actually like getting my teeth cleaned with her. I use to go to Chris but she retired. I am very happy with her replacement. Dr. Lorins dad who started the practice 50 some years ago rolls through occasionally and he always has a good joke for me and its funny to see his son sometimes get a little embarrassed. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Creer Family Dentistry. If you have to have work done in your mouth, you might as well go somewhere where you can get quality care in a in a spectacular dental office.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Dr Creer’s office and staff are so pleasant and competent that it makes the experience way more comfortable. Dr Creer himself has a 1000-watt smile that sets the tone for his whole practice, and he works efficiently and gently. Went to this place because they were accepting new Medicaid patients, hoping to get an infection addressed. Could the dentist hello with it nope, because I didnt have my dental funds from Medicaid. Dr. Lorin is only in this profession to make money. Not help people. No antibiotics nothing. Only told to come back when Im able to afford getting a tooth pulled that holds my partial denture in place. To top it off my bones break easily so every time I get a tooth pulled my bone breaks and shards into my gums... Do not go to this dentist. Find one that actually cares about their patients.

Loren Creer is a very talented Dentist. His office staff are somewhat incompetent. His hygienists are con artists and kept Insisting that I need deep cleanings every six months. I know that I don’t need deep cleaning’s as I floss every day my gum health is in good shape. She kept on telling me how concerned she was with my gum health and that I desperately need deep cleaning and the special fluoride treatment that I can buy from them. She also jabbed my tooth under the crown , I think she damaged the remainder of the tooth under the crown it was fine until she jabbed that tooth. It bled for weeks after that. Throbbing tooth pain and within 8 months of suffering I needed a root canal. Had a hairline crackIn a tooth in the back and it was not bothering me at all, he insisted on a crown for that tooth. Got the work done and my insurance company said this work was unnecessary so they would not cover any of it. On this note I won’t go back because I think they are a bunch of scammers.

I have been going to Dr. Creer for about a year... super glad I found this office. Everybody is way cool, my teeth always feel great after I get them cleaned, thank god I dont have major work that needs to be done. I have referred him to other friends of mine and they all love him too. Plus everyone there is easy on the eyes ;-)

I moved here about a year ago and was recommended to this dentist by a friend. What great service and professional staff. I would definitely choose them if you are looking for a long term dentist in the area.

Im sure they are good dentists, wouldnt know since I could never get an appointment. Called a week prior looking for a morning exam and cleaning. Of course, no morning appointments were available until sometime in November (according to the receptionist). So, I bit the bullet and scheduled for a Tuesday at 1pm appointment. I work downtown and take the train to work, so a 1pm appointment doesnt really work, and really just means I am taking the day off for what would be a 1hour vist.The office called me the day prior to inform me the Dentist for new patients is out of the office all week, and wanted to reschedule a week later, (of course, no mornings available). So at this time, I just cancelled my appointment altogether and called a few other offices.I found an office literally down the street that has equally great reviews. I was able to get scheduled the next day at 9:30AM for an exam and cleaning, all of which being $35 less than what Creer had quoted me ($109).Sure, Ill take the blame, as I could have just called around the first time to find a better appointment time. But I went off the fact this office had some of the highest reviews nearby and I was really looking forward to going here. Maybe it was the fact I was paying out of pocket for my visits or something, (not fair to speculate) but they really didnt seem all too interested in having me as a patient. Especially when I have read reviews of them getting people in the next day for dental work that was far more intrusive than a cleaning.

I have always despised dentist visits. The tools alone give me shudders when I think about it a little too long. Thankfully, I made an appointment with Dr. Creer and the staff at Creer Family Dentistry and it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Creer Family Dentistry is a hidden gem in Littleton. Housed in this dental office are some of the most caring, dedicated individuals youll ever meet. Dr. Creer especially proves that doctors who care really exist. Ive been going to this dental office for a year now and I dont plan on changing dentists any time soon.

Dr. Creer is a great dentist, Kristen and Chau are very nice, however, the front office staff are horrible and bad enough for people to stop going to him. Bren is so rude and makes many mistakes with billing. Be sure to always double check after her! I’ve witnessed her treat a patient poorly while I was sitting in the waiting room, then as soon as the patient walked out of the building, she looked at me and started saying that the man was crazy and had issue and proceeded to tell me about the balance on his account. Bren is so unprofessional and her behavior is disgusting. I can’t believe that she was openly talking about another patient’s business! I ended up letting her know that she was the one that was in the wrong. She is inaccurate on billing. Somehow when my fiancé left after his last appointment, she verbally confirmed that his balance was $0 and everything was taking care of and that he actually had a $50 dollar credit for future appointments. Then we get a bill in the mail for over $200. I called and talked to Kelli (who is nice to your face in person, but so rude and inconsiderate on the phone.) She told me that they neglected to bill insurance for one portion and that she will start working on it. We will see how they handle the issue. These ladies are the worst and I sure hope Dr. Creer is reading these reviews and will do something about it. He definitely lost a client and a referral.

Creer Family Dentistry has been there for my family for many years. Its been great to be going to a dentist that genuinely cares about its patients. My family definitely has been fortunate to be going to such an experienced and professional dentist like Dr. Creer.

I receive nothing but the best from Dr. Creer and his team here. Teeth are strong and healthy once I get a cleaning from here.

If you live in Littleton, Colorado, you must go to Creer Family Dentistry. Dr. Creer is a dentist Ive been going to for years and without fail, this dental office has been great. Teeth are white and healthy under their care.

I truly have never been this happy with any other dentist. Dr. Creer has provided excellent care with my teeth.

So I have never actually taken the time to write a review before, I usually just let the experience pass and move on. I guess what makes this time different is the fact that it greatly affected my 8 yr old child. We have been going to Dr. Creer for a little while now and each time we go we only see him for a very short time, as soon as the hygienist is done she hits a little button that buzzes him, he comes out of his office looks you over and thats about it. That I can handle but today I took my daughter in to get two teeth extracted. She was very apprehensive as one would be when having to get two teeth pulled! She was not being very cooperative, she is 8! We got her in there and got the gas put on her, in the mean time the nurse asked me to step outside the room to sign the consent and at that time was told to go sit in the waiting room. About five minutes later my daughter came running out crying, I thought she had escaped the chair! She told me they told her to come out here! I was dumbfounded! The next thing I knew the nurse was giving me a business card and telling me that they really dont have the time on their schedule to be dealing with this and they are already running behind as it is. I could not believe my ears!!!!!! I asked my daughter, what happened in there? She told me, he told his nurse to get me out of here. Needless to say, things were not handled professionally and my daughter took the brunt of it. We will not be returning.

Ive been lucky to no end that I am a patient of Dr. Creers for as long as I have. I have never felt shorted out by any of the visits that Ive gone to. Ive always felt like a priority every single time.

Needs to have negative stars. Worst customer service EVER! Made an appointment on Monday and they didnt attempt to verify insurance until in sitting in office today then they tell me Im sorry we dont except your insurance.SHOULD HAVE BEEN VERIFIED YESTERDAY. So now Im in pain with an infected tooth my face is swollen and Im left scrambling to find another dentist that can see me NOW. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Not sure how you won all those awards.

Truly the best dentist in Littleton! Dr. Creer is why I got the healthiest, clean teeth that I do.

Ive been going to Creer Family Dentistry since about 1984 when I started highschool. I previously saw Dr. David and now I see Dr. Lorin, his son. I guess there are five dentists in there family so Thanksgiving dinner must be quite a blast. HaHa.. If they see this review then I will for sure hear about it. My wife, son and I live in Steamboat for 6 months out of the year and Sitka, Alaska the other half of the year. We only trust our teeth work to be done right there in Littleton with the Creers. My son who will start driving soon has been going to Creer family since he was 3 or so. Its great because he never had any issues with the dentist probably because he knew that if he was good then he could dive into the giant toy treasure box at the front desk. Bribery big time.,but it worked. Great experiences for everyone. They have a wonderful staff with a low turnover which is nice because we can all catch up after our 3 hour drive from the mountains. We have referred many of our friends over the years because we can trust that they will be treated just the same way we are treated at the office. Our friends always thank us for the referral. My uncle is actually a dentist in Denver and he was a little perturbed when I switched to Creer Dentistry, but he got over it. Its nice because we as a family do not really need a great amount of dental work done , but I did have to have a back tooth taken out a few years back and I was happy because Dr. Lorin did the extraction and I didnt have to go anywhere else. I like that I do not have to be sent around the city for different procedures. Its great to know that my family is in great hands at Creer Family Dentistry...highly recommended!!!!!!!

My teeth are as strong as can be since Ive started seeing Dr. Creer almost 2 years ago. I dont find great customer service like I do at Creer Family Dentistry.

Thanks to Dr. Creer, my teeth have never been healthier. I am so glad I go to this dentist for my yearly cleanings as I never find myself dissatisfied after every visit!
