I’ve had the hardest time finding a dental practice that I can trust and feel comfortable at. I am so happy to have found Southbridge! Truly the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The front desk staff is so friendly, Dr. Hoover was very warm and genuine, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with every step as I have super sensitive teeth. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a genuine review!!!! I had been there due to gum bleeding in my second trimester pregnancy. My gums were very sore. I was taken really good care especially noteworthy to mention about “Carrrie”, who is a dental hygienist. She was so warm and kind and dealt my situation with lot of care. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I very much appreciate her friendly and caring attitude. Doctors and staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

I had boding done to a front tooth and the color match and shape look exactly like a tooth should. They were quick too! I had two other fillings to repair that day and they knocked out all three in no time. They are honest about what you need and give a true and accurate account of is necessary to keep your mouth healthy. I would recommend this Dentist office to anyone who wants quality work.

My appointment was thorough and professional. The dental assistant (or whatever they are called) had to tell me that my teeth needed a bit more work which is not what you want to hear. She did so professionally in a knowledgable way.

Today was my first visit. Dr. Barker and his assistant..Loomar, were absolutely wonderful. I am a long time dentist anxious lady. I felt no fear and anxiety issues were handled with care and understanding. I feel very fortunate and thankful to now be a patient of Dr. Barker. The Front desk team and Jamey were so friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied...also had a phone visit with Ashley while do she could explain my costs and treatment plan. Very helpful!!! 3-12-21..so I spent 2 hours today with Erin while she completed phase 1 of doing a very needed deep cleaning of my gums. Erin is fantastic..very efficient in her work but also concerned about my comfort. She explained everything to me task by task. Very professional..

I have been seeing Dr. Barker at Southbridge since 2002. Should your goal be a perfect smile (which I have had for years now ) or just need a gentle cleaning and dental treatment consulting, he and his staff are bar none the BEST!! Fitting you in for an emergency due to a chip or general tooth pain is usually no problem and they use the newest technologies to achieve perfect results with minimum discomfort. They also now have 2 convenient locations. I would never trust my smile to any other dental facility. I could give so many more positive accolades for Southbridge but google only gives you so much space !!

The entire office from check-in to check-out was a great experience. The office itself is beautiful and I felt safe seeing that they are following Covid protocol in every aspect of their office. Amanda and Jasmine were so friendly and accommodating at the front desk. Brittany and Dr. Hoover took great care of me. They made me feel at ease and were very gentle and reassuring. They explained my plan for treatment and told me what was needed right away and what could wait. And then at check-out, Taylor, Jamie, and Marissa were all so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed and was satisfied with my visit. Had to wait MUCH longer than usual for the doc to come in, and then he took a quick peek and was fine in about 2min. That’s not typical for Southbridge. Hopefully it will be back to good next time. Dental hygienist was great though. They never get enough credit. She definitely deserved the full payment for my visit, not the doc.

I have a mixed opinion for Southbridge Dentistry. The dentists are great, if I could only grade them this would be a 5 star rating. But my issue started with a normal annual cleaning. The dental hygienist first off was horrible, never had someone be so rough and still never clean my teeth, he told me that I have to go thru a different procedure that included gum scraping called deep cleaning. This is a controversial procedure that has possible long lasting, negative side effects and is rarely if ever needed, but dentist offices push it because it dramatically boosts revenue as the procedure is quite expensive.I explained to the hygientist that I’m not interested in that procedure which is when he became forceful saying that “I must have the deep cleaning”, I said no (again) I’m not going to do that and that he can proceed with the normal cleaning, he insisted yet again, two or three more times and never cleaned my teeth. The dentist, unaware of this confrontation came in to look at my teeth and his first comments were “your teeth look great”. The pressure didn’t stop there though, once the dentist was done, the hygienist escorted me to the billing person and explained to her that I need a deep cleaning but you can talk to him about that! I quickly explained that I was not going to have that procedure and she said that Southbridge may not be able to serve me because they have standards and the patients basically must follow what they tell them.Wow... last I checked this is my mouth, my body and my decision! I’m finished with them and hope this rating will help them change their policies and get rid of their practice of trying to strong-arm their patients into procedures that are both unnecessary and potentially dangerous and focus on the true health and welfare of their patients.

Dr. Swavoda is always on top of our complex and technical needs, and I seem to have hit the age where crowns and root canals occur too frequently. He tempers them with the right, cost effective treatments each time. Im happy to support this entire team. Thank You.

I went to this Dentistry 2018, I has my insurance with company, Im not sure whats going on, I received collection on April 2021. I ever had balance due with them. Today I received the collection was freak me out!ALL stars ALL reviews are LIE!!!!THE WORST ONE !!!!!NEVER GO AGAIN!!!!

Im from out of state & the porcelain cap on my bridge broke off while I was in Littleton CO visiting family. Southbridge Dentistry fit me into their schedule and took great care of me! Dr. Barker explained the treatment options in a very understandable way and I was very pleased with the work he & his assistant performed. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the entire office. Very friendly staff and they take great care to follow covid precautions.

I moved to CO a year ago from TN. If you’re like me, you have a dentist you’re comfortable with and go to for years. Finding a dentist that I’d feel that way with in CO was a bit scary to me. I am so happy I found Southbridge Dentistry. Everyone on staff is super professional and courteous, and the office is well done. There’s even a coffee bar where you can take coffee to go after your cleaning. I had a new hygienist today, and I can’t recall his name, but he was the sweetest and most accommodating one I’ve ever had. If the office staff is reading this, please give kudos to the sweet guy who has a bit of an accent and is newer to the practice!

I had a front tooth removed by Dr Bowen (hope I spelled that right) and I was terrified going in but the experience was so expertly done that I found myself thanking him for the positive experience. Which sounds a little nuts since I have spent way too many miserable hours in the dentist chair. But between him and Dr Hoover, I would highly recommend Southbridge.

So glad I’m keeping up with my dental cleaning at SouthBridge and not delaying due to The COVID. Since I purchased their dental plan that covers dental cleaning, there was no charge today. The dental assistant found an old filling that was starting to fail, so I can get that repaired right away and avoid bigger problems down the road. I get a discount on that too! The front office does thorough COVID screening and temp check, and the whole office is fitted with special air filters.
