Went there to get a teeth cleaning and the staff was great, so was the dentist. I hadnt gone for some time so they let me know I needed old filings replaced along with 2 new cavities to be filled, which was all fine. It took time and was uncomfortable, but the dentist was great and they worked fast and tried to make it as painless as possible. I appreciated this. Paid my bill and thought everything was fine until I got a second bill 2 months later that ended up being MORE than my first bill. I was super happy with everything until I got the second bill so I called to talk to someone who said they saw a balance and never called me back. Left a message again and still no call back. Makes me feel like they took advantage of me being young and did all this work that was unnecessary and just wanted the money.Edited: Changed my review to 4 stars because I did get a call back and explanation, which is really all I wanted. Thank you!

I actually cant tell you if this is a good dentist or not - they rescheduled my appointment 4 times. I specifically chose this location because they had hours that worked with my schedule, but apparently they really dont...? Im not sure if this is a problem hygienist (all of my reschedules were driven by a hygienist issue - called out, afraid to drive in snow, etc.) or if they really just dont want to work past 4pm. If its the former, hire better. If its the latter, change you hours. Regardless, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I am so afraid of needles and the dentist in general...Dr Soni is so amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, along with the dental assistant Marie...they were so great! And not to mention they did a great job on my fillings and were super fast and precise at the same time! Loved it! I will be doing all my future fillings here 😊

Front staff was less then pleasant when first arrived. Could hear staff speaking poorly of a patient who called to cancel with short notice. When asked why the two appts scheduled were so far apart the blonde with short hair was extremely unprofessional and confrontational when asked about her scheduling error. Daughter says the Dr is very rude. Pulled my daughter from the chair and left without being seen. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

I have been a patient at this practice for more than 2 years and my experience with the dentist and the support staff has always been pleasant. The dentist and the staff are always friendly, courteous, and always happy to see me. The dentist is amazing, she takes her time to explain and answers all my stupid questions patiently. Would recommend.

We have been with KCPT for 20 years. Some people have come and gone, but the core values have remained. We feel very confident about our level of care.

No regards to clinically diagnosed anxiety. I informed them of my mental disability several times, and wrote it on the intake forms. I was called a pain by the dental assistant but then told I was sweet so its okay. (Im a pain due to overall dental nervousness, being in pain from sensitive gums and dont like the sound of metal scraping across my teeth.) Dr. soni and her assistant kept pushing me for an exact reason/event as to why I had anxiety or dental nervousness, but I informed them yet again its a general diagnosed anxiety which does not require a reason or event. (But this is a prime example for what triggers it.)Needless to say, I wont be back and do not recommend. EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and dismissive.P.s. they dont tell you of a covid PPE charge upon sign in.

The Hygienist and Dentist here are always so nice. Im not a fan of dentists in general, but after every appointment I think to myself - Wow, that really wasnt as bad as I expected. Their genteelness and attentiveness goes a long way to make an uneasy patient like me feel calmer.

I am so pleased with the service that I was given at Perfect Teeth. I needed to get an appointment asap because I was experiencing a lot of pain from my wisdom teeth. Tia was able to schedule an appointment 2 hours from the time I called AND at the location in Centennial which is just minutes from my work. I really appreciated the urgency to my pain. Love coming to this location. My dentist is amazing. In the past I had soo much anxiety going to the Dentist but not anymore, they make you feel so comfortable and talk you through each step during your procedure. Couldnt have asked for a better dentist after moving from New York to Littleton Co. The staff was very friendly, professional, and above all they were very good with my kids. The building was clean and cozy and we did not have any problems with registration and setting up appointments that work best around our schedule. Highly recommended if you have little ones that want a kind and trustworthy dentist.

We have been going to this Perfect Teeth office for over 10 years. They have been amazing. They work with kids to teach and celebrate good dental care. They also do amazing preventative care with fluoride, sealants, and instruction of better brushing and flossing. The care is individual and genuine. I would strongly recommend this dental office.

It was frightening for me to go see a dentist since Ive had a bad experience in the past with a different dentistry. It was my third time stepping foot into a dental place for that same reason. But first at Perfect Teeth. They all took the time and most important the patience to answer all of my questions even the ones that hadnt occurred to me. So many options and steps in getting what I wanted and when it was most flexible for me. My three kids just had appointments at this Perfect Teeth location and I was impressed by the care they received as well as their efficiency and friendliness. The hygienist did a wonderful job making my four year old feel at ease with getting his teeth cleaned and with getting x-rays. I highly recommend this dentist to others.

I had to write a second review for this place. After Dr. Gupta left I felt as though I wouldnt feel as comfortable here. But I was wrong. The current staff are absolute all stars and are willing to work with you. Its nice to be treated like a human being and thats how these people treat you. Its almost surreal how pleasant of an experience it is in here..

Office manager Britney and receptionist Tia are the most joyable people that I have done business with. I am new to their office and feel we are great friends already. The dentist and his assistant are just as nice and very gentle. I travel two hours to get to their office. And I plan on just stopping by to say hello when near their area. I am impressed that the receptionist places reminder calls before appointments, and I even receive reminder text messages so that I dont forget about scheduled appointments. I have been with a different office for about a year. I have no complaints, and think the bowman staff is awesome. In this case, I did need to get some immediate work done. I filled out the urgent request, as this office was closed, and received a call back within an hour from the Littleton office. Dr. Krupa Soni was able to see me within a couple of hours, and I think it was her day off, or she was coming from another location.The front office is so nice, and personable, and without picking favorites, Id like to say, everyone is very friendly, hard working and courteous. I have been impressed by the staff here. I did need additional work from a specialist, but the referral, billing and coordination were easy. I dont mean to repeat myself, but Ive been to several doctors, and originally picked Perfect teeth due to their reviews of kind workers, who didnt judge or treat anyone in a condescending manner. They have been very nice to work with my finances as well.. Flexible, super....I highly recommend their services. I am grateful for your help with my well being.

They charged me an astronomical amount, and then routed my insurance refund to their office and never notified me. INSURANCE FRAUD! THEIR CORPORATE HAS A QUOTA, DO NOT EVER HAVE WORK DONE YOU DONT NEED!
