I absolutely love this office! They are kind and gentle and loving stoned to my concerns. The are extremely helpful with insurance which is very difficult to navigate. I don’t recall having this type of care ever with a dental office! I would highly recommend them!

I called the office for a first time emergency appointment because my dentist had retired. The phone was answered by a very kind and courteous young woman. She quickly made an appointment for me and made sure I knew which office to go to. I saw Dr. Sudman in Bethany and the staff was fantastic! Dr. Sudman did my exam and offered two options. I opted to have the tooth pulled and have an implant so he referred me to another office (which was equally great). The receptionist made my appointment for me which I reallyappreciated. Later that evening Dr. Sudman texted me to check on how I was doing!I was so impressed with everyone at the office, I’m making it my new dental ‘home.’ Thank you to Dr. Sudman and his awesome staff!

I have been through the ringer with Dentist, Orthodontists, Hygienists and the full spectrum of oral care in my life. I HATED going to the dentist, as it was ALWAYS a horrible experience for me. Even the folks who claimed to be gentle and knowledgeable never were. I happened upon Williamsburg Dental as they were the closest reputable place to my home, and I was cared for by their Hygienist, Lauren.I can not say enough about my experience. Lauren is extremely skilled and steady handed. In two separate appointments now, there was not a time where I was even slightly uncomfortable, much less in any pain. She has the gift of making you feel comfortable in conversation as well as being under her care with your mouth. I generally am not one to take time to write recommendations, especially positive ones, but I am here to tell you, if you have ever been the least bit hesitant to go in for cleanings, you have had the wrong people cleaning your teeth. I followed Lauren from the initial office by my house to the North location, and hope she doesnt away, as I will have to travel to make my scheduled cleanings.Equally as skilled is Dr. Mimi! I was very impressed that she talked through what she was looking at inside my mouth as she was checking. Just a little information as to what she was doing make me feel more at ease, and you get the relationship piece, not just some cold person poking and prodding inside your mouth. I have found my Dental Office for life, and am so appreciative of the positive experience!

At Williamsburg Dental they never tried to tell me how I was feeling instead they made the experience super easy, I felt like family. Thats why my entire family including baby now goes here. After losing our longtime dentist due to his retirement, we were in the market for a new dentist, who had the same caring nature as our previous, and we feel as though we found that with Dr. Mimi. She goes out of her way to make sure we are comfortable with any procedure were having done, and always thoroughly answers any questions we may have about it. Her receptionist, dental assistants and hygienists are wonderful, very welcoming, also have the same caring nature. I would highly recommend their office, my family and I are quite pleased with their services.

I have worked at Williamsburg Dental for over 3 years as a dental assistant. I have assisted many of the doctors and they are all great! I now work at the Northeast location with Dr. Mimi, she is caring and compassionate with her staff and her patients. She does an awesome job explaining to her patients the treatment needed and making sure they are comfortable in the chair. Dr. Mimi is very knowledgeable and up to date in the Dental field to give the best care to her patients.

Great dentist. if he dont take the cheapest way he probably has a good reason. I say this, when he did some diagnosis of a crown needing replacement, for financial reasons I referred to dental college, they were able to successfully rebuild my old crown. I dont know the lasting life of this repair, but it has lasted about 3 yrs and is going strong so far. now dont get me wrong, yes I do think DR REichenbach is one of the best there is. just that I can no longer afford a full market dentist, so I use dental college, as long as they will continue to take me. which they have so far.

When I got married in 1984, I needed a dentist in Lincoln, and I started seeing George Reichenbach. When he retired, I continued at Northeast Family Dental with Rich, and I couldnt be happier. Ive always gotten excellent treatment from everyone in the office, my mouth is very healthy, and Rich makes the most beautiful crowns. Hes incredibly gentle, too.

Our family (four generations) have gone to see Dr. Reichenbach and his team for years. When I was out of town, I even drove back to Lincoln to go there part of the time, because I trust him/them. They make you feel very welcomed, but also maintain a tight professional service you can trust. I have always been especially happy that Dr. R does not recommend procedures just to recommend them (and make his money). He knows dental care is expensive and sometimes difficult to get into the budget--and hes honest about what is really necessary. He also works to keep up with new procedures and equipment, and does a great job of it. Hes practical, knowledgeable and Ia valued member of my familys body maintenance team.
