I love Dr. Sydney and the staff. Before Southpointe Dental, I HATED going to the dentist. However, the staff at Southpointe Dental are always very gentle and listen to my concerns. They are supportive, listen to me, empathize with me, and always walk me through what I can expect during an appointment or procedure.

I went through 3 dentist until I found a dentist establishment I was comfortable with. The quote for finishing my tooth implant, replace filling and deep clean was cheaper by $1000 than a large chain dentist. Everyone was so kind. Never felt rushed and having people genuinely interested in chatting and interested in you was part of the reason I chose this dentist. Everything done and painless. Thank you

I hadnt been to the dentist in 7 years. I was pretty nervous at first but everyone was so accommodating and patient.Theyre hyper aware of any concerns/dental issues like gum sensitivity or anxiety and make sure to do as much as possible to keep you comfortable.The entire staff is very professional and enjoyable to talk to. This is now the official dentist office of the family.

Just had my first filling ever. I was so nervous, but Dr. Christine Bergman and her assistant put me at ease. They even gave me a blanket! The injection didnt hurt, drilling didnt hurt, no pain at all! 1 hour later and Im back to normal. Dr. Christine was very patient and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

Nebraska Family Dentistry is the best! I highly recommend them for adults and kiddos. The staff is always friendly and takes time to explain everything. They also are super efficient. I never have to sit in the waiting room long. I also love that I can schedule online and that they always seem to keep up with new technology that makes my visit as stress and pain free as possible.

Dr. Kathryn Alderman & the hygienist were friendly and patient while answering my plethora of questions. The office staff were pleasant and friendly as well. They were knowledgeable about my insurance benefits and told me exactly what I should expect to pay. I switched dentist offices because I was interested in a different perspective in dentistry. My routine cleaning was wonderful. My teeth felt nice and clean, even weeks after the cleaning my teeth still feel cleaner than my former dental office I was going to.

All the staff was very knowledgeable. Im new to the area, and I found them through my business dental plan website. So happy I chose them! The office is a nice size that isnt overwhelming. From beginning to end everyone there knew what they were talking about. They have a great x-ray set that looks at your teeth from root to tip instead of the small four. It was a great experience through and through. Highly recommend this group of professionals!

I have been a patient of Southpointe Dental for years and would not recommend any other dental office with more confidence than I would for Southpointe Dental.  Over the past several years, I have come to value the team at Southpointe Dental as friendly and professional group that genuinely care about me.  They are thorough and take time to educate me and answer all of my questions.  I have never felt rushed at Southpointe Dental.  They take time to show me my X-rays and have sent me to a specialist several times when they knew that a specialist would be better at handling my specific needs.  Im sure everyone has a little different experience than I have at Southpointe Dental, but Im sure that most appreciate the care and concern that you are given there.

Love this dentist office and its flexibility! Its so close to my house and they have several locations around town so when I moved to the south side, it was very easy to transfer... I didnt have to do a thing. Theyre really great with reminders and the staff is always really friendly and personable. They stay on top of things and are genuine - not out to get you! They really want whats best for their patients and will get you in and out in no time. You wont be disappointed.

I recently moved to Lincoln and Southpointe Dental was my first experience with a dentist in the area. I currently dont have insurance and Southpointe Dental was very understanding of my situation. They didnt push any unnecessary costs on me and did what they could to lower costs on top of that. I had a very large filling done and were very attentive and kind through the process.Unfortunately, the cavity and tooth were in the back of my mouth and hard to get reach. Because of the difficulty to access and see the tooth, there was some roughness and a lot of soreness following the procedure. A few days later, a jagged edge on the filling felt like a cavity or a chip. I called their office and they were able to fit me in almost immediately (just a couple of hours). They were very courteous and professional and assured me there would be no charge for work on the same tooth. They polished the filling and removed the jagged edge, while making it a very comfortable experience.I would highly recommend Southpointe Dental to anyone looking for a dentist on the south side of Lincoln.

This Dental Group truly is the best I have ever been to. Doctors Brad and Katheryn Alderman are a great team and truly care and work with their clients. Brad says so himself that every time he works on a tooth it is like a piece of art that he wants to be a masterpiece. Katheryn is extremely patient. Earlier this year I had to have a root canal on an infected tooth. She worked on it over a couple months due to an infection that ended up needing to be surgically removed. We almost lost hope in saving the tooth. But today I have a successful root canal and no infection. And I was only charged for the root canal. Not the 4 or 5 other visits that were unsuccessful due to the infected tooth.

I wrecked my bike earlier this month and busted a few teeth. From the moment I walked in the staff made sure I was taken care of. They got me through every step of the process and did a great job of helping me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Great experience during a really hard time.

Ive never liked going to the dentist, but as I was going for my six-month check up yesterday I actually looked forward to the visit as I knew I would be cared for with compassion, gentleness and excellence. Everyone at SouthPointe Dental makes you feel welcome and I always have excellent quality cleanings and dental care in a relaxed atmosphere. Im an habitual flosser, so that keeps my teeth and gums in good shape. Nevertheless, I would recommend these dentists to friends and family any day. I go to Dr. Brad, but my interactions with the other DDSs in the office have been outstanding! Quality from beginning to end!

My sister told me that dr.Brad Alderman is the only person that should handle my dental implants. I just finished a year long process of placing multiple dental implants and I have nothing but positive feedback for the expertise of this excellent dentist. Dr.Brad Alderman is a dental magician and a brilliant dentist. He works with a speed and precision that I have never seen before. I never experienced any significant pain throughout the entire process and I credit this to his quickness and skillfulness in the mastery of his work. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are going to have to endure this lengthy dental process anyway, make sure its an expert handling it. You absolutely will not regret going to this amazing Lincoln dentist.

Had to take my boyfriend for an emergency extraction and they took him in quick! Every other place we tried said they took emergencies but wanted to schedule appointments, what kind of crap is that? Friendly staff clean place and great service. After spending two hours finding a place that was able to take him in right away without insurance this place was a relief. Keeping this place in mind in case of a next time. I was so happy with this place a put in a review...what does that tell you? I dont do reviews, until now.

I dont need Huskers tickets to leave a 5 star review here. It was 15 years before I went to a dentist because I couldnt afford to and really didnt like dentists because of past experiences. I finally bit the bullet and went and couldnt have been happier. I knew I would need extensive cleaning done since I havent been for ages. They made me extremely comfortable and as pain free as could be expected. Since I have periodontal disease because of bad genes I get cleanings done four times a year. The staff has always been nice and very welcoming.

It had been quite some time since I had been to a dentist. Mainly because of horrible experiences that I have had in the past with numerous other Dentists. Dr. Kathryn Alderman and ALL her staff at Southpointe are just absolutely the best. They actually take the time to go over your concerns and fears and they listen to what you are saying. I had to have the deep cleaning done and 6 cavities filled. This was done in 2 visits. The gal who did the deep cleaning is crazy good at what she does (I cannot believe I cant remember her name because she is awesome). I live over an hour away (one way), and coming to Southpointe Dental is completely worth the drive.

Very nice staff. I was billed much more than I was quoted and they did not submit the correct findings to dental insurance. Told me I need extensive dental work. I had deep cleaning late March and still have a lot of tartar. I had a crown which the 2nd dentist thought was good. I decided to get a second opinion and asked and filled out form to have x-rays transferred and even called the day before and they were not transferred when I got to my appointment. Dentist had to call for xrays and wait. When xrays arrived they were of such poor quality they had to be redone. The recommended work to have done from Dentist #2 was 2 elective procedures and one small cosmetic.

The staff and Dentists are always very friendly and you can see that they really care about your dental health and how you are doing overall. I highly recommend them!
