I am a retired dentist (after 38 years) and I love this office! The staff, Doctors and hygienists are all very personable and professional. They have never kept me waiting and explain everything - even to a retired dentist! So...I highly recommend this office - where a retired dentist and his family get their teeth treated!

I visited this practice when I was in college. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple years because I didn’t have insurance - but had never had dental issues before that. They proceeded to tell me that I had severe gum disease that required a lengthy procedure to treat, along with THIRTEEN cavities. It was thousands of dollars of treatment that I couldn’t dream of affording. My parents encouraged me to get a second opinion and to not tell the next dentist about the diagnosis. I went and got a healthy check up.Zero issues. Not a single filling required.It’s now been many years since I was seen at Antelope and since that time I’ve had three dentists. Have had ONE filling and no mention of gum disease.Please do not let these people rip you off.

Ive been going here for years. They always spend a good amount of time cleaning my teethe. I have gotten my teethe whitened, filled, and touched up. Services provided are always efficient and they take the time to ensure you are happy with the end result. I havent had a bad experience here.

I have suffered with migraines since I was a teenager. I also am a jaw clencher and teeth grinder when I sleep. Dr Svoboda did a Botox treatment on me a couple weeks back for these issues. I haven’t had a migraine since and I no longer wake up with a sore jaw. This has been a game changer for me!

I just received a completely unexpected $663 bill for a procedure I had done there. Before I had everything done, I asked them to talk through all of the expenses with me and looking at the invoice, they failed to mention a $663 part of an overall $1600 procedure. It feels predatory and irresponsible. I feel blind-sighted. Bad business.

My experience with Dr. Kirkland was amazing. I went in for a simple cleaning and the check in process was quick and easy to start. Leaving after everything was done was amazing my teeth and mouth felt like it was brand new. Very professional and will talk with you through everything whether you need it or not, he wouldn’t lead you down the wrong path.

Others may have better experience than me but this was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I went in for a few fillings and every filling chipped out in less than a week so i got them fixed then those ones have slowly worn away leaving my teeth exposed and in extreme pain. Will never go back.

I gave been going to Dr Hedlund and Lisa, my hygienist for 36 years. That speaks volumes for them. The whole staff there has always been kind, curtious and welcoming. I have had a lot of dental work done and Dr Hedlund puts you at ease through out procedure and Lisa makes cleaning my teeth just as comfortable! So glad they are my dental group!

Went in with toothache, they suggested either root canal or removal. 80 some dollars for the removal or 400+ after insurance for rc and I would have to pay same day. I ended up removing my tooth as they wouldn’t let me pay the following day which is when I was getting paid from work. I was in horrific pain over the weekend, tried to call the doc that was on call, left vm never heard back till Monday that the office called to see “how I’m doing”. I explained I was in a ton of pain but they couldn’t get me in till Wednesday. Whatever dude! You go there, make sure you got at least 500 bucks ready to go and hope you don’t need to reach a doc during off hours!

I called in to make an appointment to have my teeth checked on. Everything was going fine untill they found that I have a muslim name. They told me that they will send me a confirmation by phone prior to the appointment. Now I asked what date was it going to be and they said they dont know yet. Two days passed without receiving the text message so I decided to call back; The lady who answered told me that my insurance is not accepted and she hung up on me.I was shoked because the first thing they asked on my first phone call for was my insurance and I told them that I dont have one and that I am paying with cash. I called again and I said what are you talking about, I dont have coverage and they kept telling me that I have one and it is not accepted by the clinic. Frankly I asked which company I am enrolled in since I personally have no idea and the lady said she cant disclose it to me. They kept arguing with me until she lost her mind and told me to go to a muslim clinic or to try out east campus. According to law, they cant deny a patient based on his/her religion and/or backround. I certainly have no clue how this place has good reviews...

Best dental office in Lincoln. Over the years Ive been with them, these dentists have handled emergencies (on a holiday!), normal checkups, fillings, crowns, and everything else. Tried this office today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I had a wire retainer break and my regular dentist could not work me in for two weeks (with holidays). These guys could fit me in and provide a first time consultation the next day. My entire visit was easily completed all within an hour. Im going back next week for a routine cleaning. The doctor addressed all my concerns and provided a schedule for fixing everything that I may want in the future during the consultation (with pictures and x-rays).The staff was great on the phone and in person. All my insurance questions and costs were easily answered by the staff. You can tell everyone wants to ensure your comfortable and that you have an enjoyable experience. As a busy parent with 3 boys, I love that theyve embraced technology. I can email to set up appointments, they remind me via text, phone and/or email.Ive had the opportunity to work with several hygienists and theyve all been wonderful. Caring and professional. Ive also met with both doctors and theyve both been great, too.As Ive had to coordinate multiple kid schedules, the office staff has been responsive, easy to work with and understanding as to the out of pocket expense that could be incurred.Oh! And I love their office hours. They start appointments at 7:00 am. My youngest was able to get cavities filled and to school before the first bell rang!Highly recommend.

I have been going to Antelope Creek Family Dentistry for about two years now, Dr. Svoboda is quick and friendly. I have never had any issues with a single staff member and they are fast to help me with checking my insurance, explaining my options, and doing whatever I need done. One time they were able to squeeze me in last minute after a cleaning to fix a filling and the whole team jumped right in and made it quick and painless.Check in has been quick and they get me back to my room pretty fast. All my billing and insurance questions are answered thoroughly as well. I plan on returning here far into the future.

There was a time I was very impressed with how detailed and thorough they were in examining my teeth. I was told I would need several teeth fixed or get Dentures. I was spending a lot of time thinking about which to do. Finally deciding on getting the teeth fixed not replace.Then my son-in-law got one of his teeth fixed. Cost him about $3700 dollars........... almost 4 thousand. Even with my insurance fixing 8 teeth would probably make me go broke. Somewhere around $16,000. I think my insurance would only cover 50% so yeah broke. So have to find some other dentist.

Antelope Creek Family Dentistry is the best dental office in Lincoln for several reasons! #1. The office is always running on time. The office has a very nice waiting room and childrens play area, but Ive never had to wait more than a minute or two because they are so prompt about seeing patients. #2 GREAT DENTAL HYGIENISTS! The hygienists do a very thorough job cleaning my teeth but also have gentle hands and I have never experienced pain or discomfort during a cleaning. #3. Dr. Hedlund is a great communicator and helps me understand what is going on with my teeth. He also explains issues of concern or treatment alternatives very clearly. #4. Well run administrative and business office. Bills are mailed out promptly and accurately. The monthly newsletter, website, and email reminders are helpful in learning what is going on at the office and how to maintain good dental health between appointments. It is a nice office and there are lots of amenities offered during a cleaning. If you are looking for a dental office, give Antelope Creek Family Dentistry a try!

The folks at Antelope Creek Family Dentistry are so good that I don’t mind going even though I’ve had a fear of dental offices since childhood. Dr. Svoboda is a great, truly painless dentist. The hygienists are wonderful. And, the very professional front office deals with my complicated insurance without any problems (thank you, Joanie!).

They are gentle with cleaning the teeth, the staff is super friendly, and we LOVE the extended hours! Front desk person very courteous. Hygenist Khali (sp?) also very friendly and did a great job on cleaning my teeth. Only issue I have is that this office charged me $12 for their use of PPE. Really! The doctors office did not charge me. My wife had a hair style, a pedicure/manicure by staff wearing PPE (gloves, mask, face shield) and they did not charge her extra for this.

I’ve been going to this dentist office for a few years now and I can say that they do a really good job of not just listening to their customers, but they also connect with them on a more personal level. They have gone over and beyond numerous times to work around my busy schedule in order to provide great dental services, and thats something that Im truly appreciative of. Their services really make you feel like family and I don’t think I’d ever switch to any other dentist provider in Lincoln.

I have issues with my jaw that makes it difficult to have open for long without pain during dental procedures. Dr. Svoboda and his staff are really good about giving me breaks when needed so that I can rest my jaw during cleanings/fillings/etc. Patient comfort is definitely a priority for them. I can honestly say that I no longer experience anxiety when going to the dentist!
