I felt so important.starting at the front desk to the whole experience. I can’t stop talking about how professional everyone was. I loved the dentist and her nurse. So attentive to me and my feelings. I had gone to Jefferson dentist a few years ago. And I swore I would never go back. But this is where my insurance sent me. I was impressed as soon as I walked in. Jefferson is my dentist place. Thank you for the great customer service.

The best treatment I have received in terms of kindness, painless treatment and totally satisfactory result. I have always had problems with my palate cause its very sensitive but this time I didnt have any discomfort and the attention was very good. I know where I will bring my children when they have a problem with their teeth, I am very grateful to Jefferson and I totally recommend them.

Pleasant staff, very nice with my 7 year old. He has small cavity, didn’t need to numb him. They explained to me what needs to be done, then explained it to my son too. Dental assistant Bera was great - I have strong gagging reflex but it was the smoothest x-rays with her.

I would like to thank Dr. Stubblefield, Mariel, Giselle, and Melanie. I went in for a root canal. I told them about a bad past experience that I had with getting a root canal at a total different dental office years ago. I almost didn’t want to get the procedure done due to the drama. However Mariel was so so sweet and made me feel more comfortable about getting it done. She told me many times that I wouldn’t feel anything and how great the team was. Giselle and Melanie were very professional and knew what they were doing. They continuously checked to make sure that I felt no pain whatsoever, exactly like Mariel was telling me before I went through with it. At the end of the procedure, I walked away pain free and I would highly recommend anyone to put their trust in Jefferson Dental & Orthopedics. The most horrific dentistry Ive ever come across the dentist Was not well trained I have major anxiety there I finally had to get up and leave after they offered the 3rd round of shots in my mouth which totaled to be around 25 top and bottom just to do a cleaning. If you plan on going to jephson denel you need to have your head examined their 3rd right dentistry I dont care about their patients all they care about the mighty dollar as most the United States citizens do. I do not recommend this place.

Outstanding performance! I was treated very kindly and Dr Heidi is the absolute best! Shes very knowledgeable and skilled in her trade. I had two teeth pulled with relatively no pain at all and it was over before I knew it. Ill never use another dentist for the rest of my life. Thank you so much!

Went for my sons 1st check up ever. He was really upset and cranky but I highly appreciate the staffs help in calming him down and checking his teeth out. Due to the fact of him being a toddler and upset, we weren’t able to get much done but they recommended a specialist. I really appreciate their gentleness and help.

After consulting four different dentists about a 15 year old implant that was in need of repair, I found Dr. Narang at Jefferson Dental. I had three crowns that had come off due to my night clenching and grinding. Dr. Narang immediately discussed the problem with me and made recommendations that would be necessary to be able to get new crowns. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough in the examination as well as his recommendations . In addition to repairing the one implant, I needed two additional implants to be able to have a functioning set of teeth. Dr Narang went above and beyond to repair the old implant. He even located the manufacturer and found the right tools to be able to remove a part of the implant so that I didn’t need surgery to completely remove the bone and the entire implant! I was very pleased with the expertise of Dr. Narang as well as his assistants and everybody who worked at the office. They did a fabulous job and the price was better than any other office that I have visited.

They took care of me in a quick and professional fashion.

Highly recommend this place for all of your dental needs. Everyone here was super polite, patient, and professional when myself, my husband, and my son came in for a checkup and cleaning. We were very pleased. They took great care of my 7 year old son who was all smiles and happy afterwards. Thank you for a great experience and your professionalism. I really hate dentists but I promise you that Dr. Hubblefield and her stuff is amazing. I got 3 extractions, 1 was a wisdom tooth extraction and I felt NO PAIN! Even when she numbed my gums with the needle the pain I did feel was very very minimal and quick. She talked to me the whole time and kept asking was I okay. The whole staff was wonderful and I actually cant wait to finish my treatment plan!!!!

I arrived with pain in my tooth and honestly I was amazed with the speed and good procedures of Dr. Stubblefield, specially with Bera who took my X rays, she did it in less of 5 minutes! I got an extraction and I was back in my car in less than 20 minutes!

This was my first time going to Jefferson Dental in Lewisville and it was a very great experience. I was well taken care of by Dr. Stubblefield with my exam and fillings. I accidently showed up a week early. I mixed up my appointment dates. The staff fit us in and was very accommodating. I had all three of my teens needing exray, cleaning, fillings. 3 kids took Jefferson Dental only two hours. They were fast. Very nice staff! This was my kids first time here. I am impressed that they were not mean to me for showing up a week early. They made a accidental lemon into lemonade! Love them!

I must say this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. No only was I suffering with a damaged wisdom tooth that needed to come out ASAP , I also did not have dental insurance. I called this specific location on Tuesday & the receptionist scheduled me an appointment on Wednesday. Thank god for her! The manager was also very helpful at explaining everything to me. Joseline made me feel right at home , she’s the sweetest! If you are in the North Texas area I definitely recommend Dr Shaw as your family dentist. She performed a quick & painless removal.As you can conclude already I recommend the specific location if you are looking for Affordable prices & great customer service.

My sister woke up Christmas Eve morning with a killer toothache that made it impossible to eat. We were so glad that Jefferson was open on Christmas Eve as she would have been unable to eat for who knows how many days.While it did take over an hour after our appointment time to actually see a doctor we cant complain because again it was Christmas Eve and they were actually pretty busy, Im just glad they were open!The techs were all very nice and understanding about both my sisters extreme pain and her major apprehension about being at a Dentists office because her last visit at a different practice was nightmare inducing.When they examined her tooth they recommended a root canal which they said they could do same day (which is awesome since Ive always seen a root canal have to be scheduled for a later date) but being strapped for cash it was out of our price range even with their finance options because the finance company requires %30 up front. However they worked with us and said we could get the tooth pulled today with an offer to take off $100 so we could afford it with our Care Credit card, and after she recovers and we have another paycheck to help cover the costs, we can get her an implant.Ive never had a dentists office that actually works with you and understands that dental work is bloody expensive but necessary if you want to actually be able to eat, and on a bloody holiday of all times. Typically you have to go anywhere on a holiday, all youll get is the stink eye.The actual procedure was pretty quick, and she was still safe to drive after.While I loved both Stubblefield and Melanie (the two who did the actual procedure) and their calm nature and quick work, I most appreciated Mariel who practically bent over backwards in order to help us figure out the price options and what we could do to get my sisters pain taken care of that day with what little money we had, all the while being very nice and understanding. What can usually be an extremely stressful thing to figure out, she made it easy and as relaxing as possible, considering no one likes the idea of getting a tooth pulled.My sister and I look forward to seeing them in a few weeks again to get the implant, and I cant express just how grateful I am that they were even open, let alone willing to work with us so cheerfully on a holiday! Our Christmas would have probably been ruined if she was still in so much pain and unable to eat anything if it hadnt been for them!

Jocelyn was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable the entire time and explained everything that was happening. She made me feel like family and one of the biggest reasons I will never go anywhere else. I usually hate the dentist, but this clinic is one I will return to just because of how awesome they are! Dr. Stubblefield is the most gentle and calm dentist Ive ever encountered. Ive had tremendous work done, that require a lot, and never have I had an issue.
