I am here the first time the best dentist experience I’ve ever received! Dr. Champsi and entire staff is patient, polite and respectful. I normally nervous to visit dental care due to my previous experience however this place is wonderful.

As a brand new patient, and having not seen a dentist in a long time due to COVID, I knew I needed a LOT of work done to catch up. From the front office to the chair, I was treated as though I was the only patient they had. They were attentive, caring, listening, and focused on my needs and my health entirely. I could not be happier with the services provided by CareWay Dental.

AMAZING!!! I needed a supernumerary tooth extracted, due to the location of the tooth I was unable to properly keep it cleaned and the position it was in was scraping against my gums and inside cheek. Dr. Champsi couldnt have been more PERFECT! He was able to remove my tooth within 20 seconds (yes I counted lol) and I never felt pain! The extraction was 9/14, it is now 9/16 and Ive had ZERO healing pain!! I will certainly make Careway my dentist for all dental needs!

To be real, I have never liked any dentist. Dr. Champsi and his staff have changed my mind. I was treated like a person instead of another mouth from the time I walked in to the time that I left, by all of the staff. Every detail was explained to me and my husband. I actually left the visit with excitement and relief.Compassion was beyond belief!

Great service I went in with horrible toothpain and needed an emergency root canal. I was really grateful they did it the same day. Thank you so much for giving me the relief I needed and I will be going back to them for all my services for now on.

From the very moment I walked in the door I knew I was at the right place! Very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly, professional and very efficient. The office manager Wanel explained the process to me, checked to see what my insurance covered (and didnt cover) before moving forward and explained the difference between services. I received great care at this place. I was a walk-in and was able to be seen relatively soon. The dentist was fantastic and very professional. He didnt make me feel bad about my teeth but instead spoke on a plan to correct them. He also made me feel confident he knew what he was doing and I never felt uneasy. I went in with tooth pain and left without it. For billing it was clearly explained by the staff what Id be paying for and why. So a positive experience at every level.

Went about a year ago, told me I needed about $1,000 in work. One of the hygienists went to assist the girl helping me and her hand smelt like cigarettes and the other hand didn’t have a glove. Went to get a second opinion at Dental Depot and they were way more professional and told me I didn’t need anything close to what this place said. Be cautious and get a second opinion.

I’ve been taking my daughter here for a while but never made it a priority to make an appointment for myself. The lady taking the x-rays told me it would be uncomfortable to get the x-rays and she was right. I didn’t like that part. When the dentist came in she explained everything thoroughly. I’m happy with my experience and will be returning in the future.

Worst experience at a dentist ever. They broke off a cap, worked on the wrong tooth and destroyed part of the tooth. All on the wrong side of the mouth. They filled me with so much local anesthetic that I had large lumps going down my neck, all because they kept on messing up. My neck and throat completely numb and my mouth could feel everything. While in tears from pain and trying to get them to stop, the assistant held me down saying it was almost done. Again. Worst. Experience. Ever. I had a great dentist my whole life and never had a single problem. This place should be closed down. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Truly love my experience with Doctor Mo and Brandy! Not only are they masters of their crafts but they also know how to make a customer feel welcomed by being down to earth! It’s true, you do business with people you like...and I drive all the way from Dallas just because of the relationships I’ve made with them. They truly transformed my teeth with veneers and I couldn’t feel more confident! I had braces as a teenager which helped me feel confident with straight teeth, however the stains on my teeth had stuck with me since a toddler. I always felt insecure smiling in front of people, especially up close. Veneers was one of the best investments I’ve ever made with them and so worth it! Thank you so much!

Careway Dental is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I live 30 minutes away from them, and it is well worth the drive. I had an emergency when my bridged tooth broke, and they got me in the very next morning and completely took care of me, even set me up with a temporary bridge until my new one came in. They are the kindest people, and are also great about making sure you don’t experience any unexpected procedures or costs, and will completely talk you through anything you’re about to do. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I still stand by my review for the work done, but Dr. MO and Brandy are no longer there, and the business office has owed me a refund in excess of $400.00, which they have repeatedly ignored my requests. Unfortunately, this refund issue has left sour taste.What a great team and experience. I am always super nervous and full of anxiety when going to the dentist - probably why I havent been in years, but CareWay their staff really put me at ease. Doctor Mo, was awesome...very quick, very through, and did an excellent job. I had to have deep cleaning done on both sides and many cavities filled ( am ashamed to say). During the 2nd deep cleaning and cavity fillings, Doctor Mo discovered that I needed a root canal on one of the teeth he was attempting to fill. He and his assistant, Brandy full explained what was about to happen, and eased my anxiety. The root canal procedure was very quick, and I only had little amount of soreness in my jaw the next day. I would highly recommend CareWay Dental, Doctor Mo, and his team.Great job, and thanks for restoring not only my teeth, but my faith in dentist.

My visit on 5/21/2019 to Care Way was unbelievable. The staff was very courteous and attentive, and Dr Campsi conducted the best and most comprehensive examination I have ever had. All in all the visit was a very good experience.

Dr. Verma is awesome! Ive had some terrible dental experiences in the past and she is very sensitive to this. I can honestly say that she has never caused me any pain. Also, the office is great about helping finance any procedures that you need but cant afford out of pocket. Will definitely be coming back for any future dental work.

The office staff is so amazing and wonderful to deal with. The doctor was one of the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with, even though I believe I was the first to EVER break a porcelain crown.

I wouldt recommend this clinic to anyone based upon my experience here. I did see some negative reviews online but decided Id give it a try as I do live pretty close by. I called ahead of time to make sure they took my insurance and to schedule a cleaning. The male that picked up said that a check up is recommended and that they were doing a special offer and I could come in right away. I thought this was awesome since some dental offices have a long wait time but they said there had been some cancellations. I came in with my wife and 6 month old daughter and at first no one was behind the front desk for about 10 minutes. A lady (Moh?) came and when I mentioned the phone call she said that the doctor stepped out and they would have to close up for the day. I get it, emergencies happen so I rescheduled. I should have listened to my gut that something was weird about this office because I came by myself to my rescheduled apt and they told me that there was a schedule mix up and that there was only one doctor so they couldnt see me (YET AGAIN!). I ended up going down the street in flower mound to a dentist that was able to service me. What a joke!!!!!

After avoiding the dentist for 15 years due to a bad experience, Im glad I found CareWay! The whole team from front office to back office was exceptional! They were all friendly, informative, didnt pass judgment on me for my dental problems. The dentist gave me a thorough exam with a thorough treatment plan that can be done in phases. I went in expecting to get 2 wisdom teeth removed (one had broken in half) and they removed them both the same day. They didnt pressure me into committing to the whole treatment plan before treating what was bothering me today. I will definitely be back to complete the treatment plan & start preventative care.

I had the worst experience ever going to this office. First of all, I was looking for a new dentist in this area. I have a dental discount plan and not dental insurance and I thought this office was listed under my plan. When I called to make an appointment, I kept trying to give the office attendant my plan to see if they accepted. She kept putting me off and said just to bring my card in as they probably will accept it. They had a special on first time visits and then I was going to have my teeth cleaned so I went ahead and booked. The regular dentist wasnt in so I had an appointment with Dr. Alegre. Well guess what, they didnt accept my plan but I thought it was reasonable enough so I would get a check-up and then get my teeth cleaned. After getting my check-up and an estimate for $9,300 and then a referral to his golfing budding to having skin grafting done, Dr. Alegre refused to clean my teeth and said it wouldnt do any good since I needed more of a deep cleaning. Needless to say, I was rather shocked and have since found another dentist who did clean my teeth and didnt provide me with an outrageous quote as the one I received here. I almost felt like they didnt really want my business. Well guess what, they wont be getting it!

All the reviews are so high, this is the first place I called. Im in a lot of pain because of my wisdom teeth and I need them out asap. I called to make an appointment and the first lady I spoke to was really nice! She got all my information and told me what they had available. I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth out a while back, but chickened out because the office I was going to didnt take care of me during a cavity fill and I felt everything (not this place). The original place didnt use sedation and told me I could drive myself home after, this place requires someone to take you home. I wasnt prepared for this so I had to call them back. I called back and spoke to a guy that called me sir (my voice isnt that low at all) and told me they could possibly get me in a 2 but wasnt sure so hed call me back by the end of the day although he could for sure get me in at 3:30. I never received a call. I called the next morning (today) and asked if they still had afternoon appointments available and told them I never received a call. This lady said she couldnt access the schedule and someone would call me back. After about 45mintues someone actually called me back but said they only had a morning appointment when I was told the day before there was for sure a 3:30. I asked about a later time and was asked if I wouldnt mind waiting because theyd be double booking. I dont understand this as the day before, really close to closing time, I was told differently. Then I said that would have been nice to know yesterday so I could call other places and the lady tells me 2 people from the office say they called. I NEVER received a call and my phone has never had an issue dropping or missing calls. I also have no voicemails and if a place is calling someone to make an emergency appointment, youd think Id get at least a voicemail. So the lady says do you want to come in or do you want to go somewhere else in kind of a rude way...Im in a LOT of pain and dealing with this nightmare is not something people who are in pain want to deal with. I had high hopes for this place, but after speaking with the last three people and getting this crazy runaround from them I wont be giving them a try. First impressions are everything.

I had a crown come off at 2:00 p.m. on a Friday, and after calling several dentists who couldnt see me until the following week, I was able to make an appointment with CareWay Dental for 3:00 p.m. that same day. Everyone I encountered was awesome, I was seen by Dr. Verma, and had my crown recemented in no time. I dont know what I would have done if I had to go the weekend without a crown on. I also made an appointment for a week later to have my routine check-up. The staff and service are outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Its just been one thing after another with this place!!! Do not go here and waste your time when u can get taken care of by a REAL PROFESSIONAL STAFF elsewhere. They are unorganized and have messed up my account balances and charged my account wrong several times.

I went to see Dr. Verma two times over the past 18 months and had no problems with her. She goes out on maturnity leave and when I made my appointment to return no one told me I wouldnt be seeing her. A very nice latino doctor was introduced to me and all went well at first. I only went for a routine cleaning but was then told I had cavaties that needed to be filled. I have anxiety associated with dentists and stressed that all needed to be filled at once. After the work was done two days later I get a call asking when I would like to schedule the final filling. Huh? I went to another dentist and was told I HAVE NOTHING WRONG WITH MY TEETH! No fillings were needed. This on top of the hygenist that they had that was highly inapproporiate. Telling me that Dr. Verma shouldnt be having children in the first place and didnt know why she got pregnant. Very unprofessional! Its a real shame because I enjoyed and really liked Dr. Verma!

SOOOO OVER THIS PLACE! If I could give negative stars I would!! For 1, you never actually talk to the dentist office itself when calling the main number, and the customer care line doesnt know anything about how this specific office schedules or let alone their hours!! My daughter had an appointment on august 28th I asked if I could reschedul because that was the first day of school so we did for the next week of the 8th of September. I take my child out early from school only to get to the office and it be closed!! Not a courtesy call or text or anything telling me hey by the way your apt was cancelled.. I let it go.. I rescheduled again for the following Thursday sep the 14. I did get a call that Tuesday saying hey they will not be a dr in the office at the time would you like to reschedule. SO AGAIN I SAY OK so it got pushed back to today Friday the 15 at 330pm. I get all the way to the office AND ITS CLOSED AGAIN. When I just got a text this morning saying hey dont forget your apt is today! SO NO THIS IS NOT OK I AM DONE WITH CARE WAY AND I WILL BE FINDING MY DAUGHTER AND NEW AND ORGANIZED DENTIST. THANK YOU!!
