I absolutely love this place! They have guided me honestly and in the best way possible to continue to care for my teeth. I love that I can get in and out with my daughter in under an hour. Plus, shout out to Brandon who is so good at including my inquisitive daughter.

We went to Ideal Dentistry today. We had a good first impression with Brandon, the dental assistant. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The dentist came in and tried to clean our teeth in record timing (it took less than 10 minutes) with no attention if she was causing pain. My 13 year old son has complained for the last 3 hours of pain. My husband also complained and said they were trying to sell him on everything. I had high hopes this would be our new dentist, but the search continues. Buyer beware.

Best dental office I’ve been to! They let me know everything there about to do before they do it. Super job about explaining to me what was going on! Very friendly and caring environment! As someone who hates going to the dentist, this was the best dental visit I’ve had in my adult life. I appreciate all of the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The dentist was very nice, efficient, and informative. I’m glad I found this place! Highly recommended.

Due to Covid and moving ( from NC to TX) I was unable to take care of some much needed dental work. I decided on Dr. Ayyash and I’m so glad I did. She was so nice, courteous, and made sure she explained everything to me in detail. She showed my X-rays to me and showed me what needed to be fixed and explained how she would do it. She checked in with me continuously to make sure I was okay while she worked AND a plus, we watched “The Fresh Price of Bel-Air” while she worked on me. Best decision I’ve made, 5 STARS.

Had 2 wisdom teeth removed that Ive been putting off because an experience I had at another dentist a few years ago..I have to say she made this experience a breeze and COMPLETELY painless. Was only going to get one but went ahead and asked her to take the other since she did it so fast and easy. She has also worked on my mom and daughter which experienced no pain at all either for root canal and other work. Highly recommend!

The staff was polite, the office was clean. I had an appointment on Saturday and was in and out in 40 minutes.

Dr. Ayyash was excellent.I was wary as my last dentist singed a quarter of my gums while doing fillings in my teeth.( black gums bruised that took forever to heal)I came in for a checkup and left with a cleaning and five fillings. She is very steady especially so with numbing. Easiest injections I have had in awhile.Definitely recommend her and her kind staff.

Wonderful staff! Took really good care of my 98 year old mother who has dementia. They were very patient and kind. I would highly recommend this dentist off of Hwy 121 to anyone especially with senior loved ones!!! You will be in very good hands!

I’ve been terrible about going to the dentist regularly but back in February I decided to get on top of my oral care and glad I came to Ideal Dental in Castle Hills. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Ayyash is the best!

They were all so kind an competant and were able to get me in quickly. I have a bad tooth with an abscess that needed attention. I have every confidence of a great outcome.

Ive went to dentist two times in the past 15 years (not the most fun experience for me, historically) and today I went in for my invisalign consultation visit. I had braces 23 years ago, but I stopped wearing my retainers since.Dr. Ayyash and her assistant made it very easy for me. They took these really cool 3D scans of my teeth, which created a 3D model of how my teeth look now and how they will look once the invisalign treatment is completed in about a year. Im excited for the results!The best part was - I didnt have to have those gross sticky molds taken of my teeth. It was strictly a 3D scan, their equipment is high-tech.Afterwards, I had a cleaning done (much needed) and my teeth feel great. Dr. Ayyash is nice, easy to work with, and explains everything very well - I definitely recommend her and her team!

I had to come in for a same day emergency visit and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They got me in very quickly and were extremely nice. Will definitely keep coming back!

For a person who hasnt been to the dentist in over 10 years I was expecting the worst: the drills, the nagging dentist who drills into your teeth while talking your ear off about how you dont floss enough, and of course CAVITIES. After visiting this place, those fears went out the window with my tooth pain. The dentist is super nice which definitely helps alleviate a lot of the anxiety, and she will inform you of everything you need to have a healthy smile. The assistants are chill, and they genuinely look like they at least dont hate everybody walking through the door which is a huge plus in my opinion.If youre reading this and youre on the fence about going to the dentist for any reason you can put those doubts to rest. Take it from me your mouth will definitely thank you. Literally; youll look in a mirror with your great teeth and smile and your mouth will just start thanking you like it suddenly developed a mind of its own for the sole purpose of thanking you. Dont miss that opportunity.Also get room 3 they play food network in room 3

I cannot say enough good things about Ideal Dental. The Office Manager, Kate, is so warm and welcoming and immediately makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. She is kind and understating and treats you like youre more than just a patient. Dr. Artille is also phenomenal. She is patient and kind and actually listens to her patients. I have severe dental anxiety and she has made me feel so comfortable throughout all of my dental work. I also love my dental assistant, Mia. I was able to call and get an appointment very easily! After initial X-rays and consult with the doctor, I was able to get the work I needed done in the same day! I typically have to ask a dentist to give me more numbing as I have a very fast metabolism and the numbing tends to wear off quickly, but Doctor Ayyash proactively gave more numbing throughout the process! I am thoroughly impressed by how quick and efficient she worked on my teeth. Doctor Ayyash also spoke to me at my level and didn’t make me feel horrible or guilty for allowing my teeth to get so bad. She also spoke to me realistically when it came to the financial aspect of my treatment, which I appreciate more than anything. All in all, Doctor Ayyash was very courteous, professional, and made me feel like I was in control of my treatment options.

First time going to Ideal Dental. Very pleased with everyone there!

My wife and I fell for all of the good reviews.First off our appointment was on Saturday which may explain why the experience was not great, but it still should have been way better than it was.When we scheduled our appointment we filled out the questionnaire and noted that my wife was pregnant. Then when we got to the office they said she could not get x-rays or a cleaning until her OB signed off. It would have been nice to know before hand so we wouldn’t have to schedule another visit.The assistants did not seem trained in dental work at all. One guy kept getting distracted watching TV and the other who did the polishing was very timid as if it were his first time.Finally the dentist was rough and acted as if she was trying to beat a timer. It was painful and not in a “deep clean” way, it just hurt.Lastly, it was our first visit and after mere moments of meeting the dentist we were both solicited for additional services that were cosmetic, or precautionary. With all of the other experiences it felt like this place was all about get as many patients in and out and see how much money you could get out of them.You could not pay us to go back.

My experience here was good, which is not really something you say about a dentist. Dr. Artille is kind and gentle. Kate at the front desk is warm and welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable, flexible and willing to look something up to double confirm information they were providing (I had concerns about items being BF safe?) Ive already recommended the office to coworkers. And will continue to do so.

My daughter and I both had our first dental appointment in 4 years at Ideal Dental of Castle Hills this last week. I was a little worried, but we both had a great visit! I had a few teeth that needed a deeper cleaning, and Kristen was able to do so without causing any pain-- I didnt even need an anesthetic. My daughter (4) loved her visit and was able to sit through an entire cleaning because she knew she would be able to pick from the treasure box she saw upon entering the office. I cant recommend this office enough and will definitely be returning in 6 months for my next cleaning!

This office has made me look forward to visiting the dentist. I have been a patient here for 2 years and they have worked with me every step of the way to achieve my smile goals. They are very good at explaining your dental and finance options and even have in house options to help you get the work done. The staff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! They are the friendliest people I have ever met in a medical office. They really care about their patients and every time I go in they know who I am and remember little things about my life that we talked about in the midst of waiting. Don’t be fooled by the warranty they offer. They tell you your root canal or fillings are guaranteed for 3 years, but if this work gets infected they don’t do anything about it. My daughter had both a baby root canal and a filling completed, on two different molars that I paid for in order to save the tooth and not have to have it removed. Turns out after less than a year after having this completed I called and set up an appointment due to one of those molars having developed gum boils. I went into the appointment and they did X-rays and let me know that one of the molars had developed an infection and they had to refer me to a specialist pediatric dentist due to it needing to be removed. So I set up an appointment with the pediatric dentist. Come to find out after my visit with the pediatric dentist, not only one but both of the molars these people (Ideal Dental) had worked on need to be removed because of infection that has reached the bone. Very frustrating situation for me as I didn’t only pay to have work done to preserve the molar, but now due to the poor quality of work performed now I have to pay to have these molars and infection removed. When I emailed Ideal Dental to inquire about what this warranty entails they let me know that the work they did was to get her out of pain at the time........ First off my daughter was not in any sort of pain when we first went into the consultation. I agreed to have the work done, because they let me know it needed to be done due to cavities and in order to avoid the cavity from growing and having to remove those molars. Due to this incident I have decided not to visit their facility any more. When I asked to have all mine and daughters prior visit information emailed to me the only thing they could think of is trying to pull in the last bit of money from me by telling me that I still had a balance due and they could not release the information until this was paid....... First off I have never owed them any money that I have been told I owe and their audacity of trying to reel in the last bit of money from me really just blew my mind. Won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

I visited this office for the first time for me and my family, and I was very disappointed. I went in for my yearly cleaning. After they examined me, they informed me that I needed a deep cleaning. What is up with the deep cleaning these days. I told them to only do my normal cleaning and they refused. Per my plan, I get two cleanings per year. I am going back to my previous dentist and change my plan to PPO.

I have had a very big fear of the dentist for a long time. This plus bad experiences in the past have kept me from going as I should, but Ideal Dental of Castle Hills changed that. They did not judge me for not getting the work done they simply helped me get a plan together. They made sure through everything they were doing that I was doing okay and listened when I said I wasnt. I cannot think the staff here enough for everything they have done so far and for once Im not dreading my next appointment.

I have been with this ideal dental for a couple of years. They help me do cleaning and crowns. The stuff are nice!

Dr. Artille was not only professional, but exceptionally knowledgeable in her field of work. She listened to all of my concerns, did everything possible to help me figure out what plan worked best for me, and then did remarkable work on my teeth. I not only have healthy teeth now, but they are whiter than they have been in a long time. I will most definitely be going back; not only because of Dr. Artille, but also because of the staff. Everyone was so sweet and attentive to my every need. If you are scared or dislike going to the dentist, then this is the place for you. They actually made me feel comfortable; which is something I’ve never experienced at a dental office, so I highly commend them on that and will be recommending them for a long time to come!😊

Do not go to this office. They are not efficiently following Covid-19 procedures. The original treatment plan was changed and Dr. Artille the original treating doctor is not currently at this location. Front office gave misinformation about transferring to another provider stating I would have to stay within Ideal Dental, after speaking with a different provider I was informed a transfer is possible.

I will give this dentist 5+ stars for being just amazing, I had to do a root canal and crow, I felt zero pain and they were very patience and kind with me throughout the procedure. I like their culture of treating patience and I loved how diverse they are. I will definitely go back to them for my future dental needs. PS Im not local and I drove from Plano. Thank you everyone for making my experience pain free.

Cavron and Dr. Bui at Ideal Dental were great! Took my 8 year old son to have his teeth cleaned. They were friendly and fun which calmed his nerves right away. They went over brushing techniques with him and quickly cleaned his teeth. Front desk ladies were welcoming and nice. Love that they don’t waste paper when it comes to filling out the quick forms.

In all my years of going to the dentist, I have never met such a kind and caring staff. I have an irrational fear of the dentist but finally has to go in for an extraction due to excruciating pain and headaches. Hands down one of the best dental experiences I have had in a long time. I recently relocated to the DFW area and finding a new dental office for my family was a bit nerve wrecking, I chose Ideal Dental Castle Hills, located in The Colony, TX. The staff was very welcoming and the office itself was very family friendly. The dentist was actually able to complete same day dental work in addition to our cleaning which prevented us from having to schedule a second appointment. I feel that Ideal dental and their staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Just walked out of the office due to one hour wait time, no apologies and when I questioned how long it will take the receptionist said not too sure the doctor is with another patient. Well dont give me an apt time if I cant be seen at my apt time. Very unhappy, walked out and no work done and waste of my day.

I havent been to the dentist in 3 years. I needed a lot of work and Dr. Vu upon my request completed all the work that I needed in great timing. Staff was very nice and took care of me like I was at their home. I dont remember Dentist offices being like this. I got this weird feeling like I didnt mind coming back. Awesome people. Gave me clear and concise directions when leaving the office. I have nothing bad to say at all. Brand new office is beautiful and simple.

This is by far the BEST dentist I have ever been to. Dr.Vu and her team took care of my teeth and me and were so caring and sensitive to me at a very traumatic time in my life. I dont like things in my mouth, especially pointy things, so going to the dentist has always been problematic. The staff at ideal dental made me feel way less anxious from the moment I walked in.Reception was super friendly, and the manager quickly assuaged any fears I had about dental nightmares. Hygienist was friendly and gentle but thorough. Dentist examined my teeth and was friendly as well.So glad I was able to get my teeth taken care of before the end of the year to take advantage of insurance!
