On Friday 8/27/21 after receiving a 911 call from my sons high school ( LHS) he had a dental emergency chipped his front tooth. I called ( as a never before seen patient) and was told to bring him in. We seen Dr Stewart Lamb. He was honest with us and even taken the time to educate us. Wrote up a referral that was needed to follow an Endodontist. Now we will have his cap placed and he will be ready for his class pictures come Tuesday. The office staff are so amazing. The comfort I felt when leaving is priceless. Please don’t hesitate to give them a call

Like most people, I cant stand going to the dentist. Many of the procedures give me anxiety and I will avoid going as much as I can. I needed a new dentist and was lucky enough to find Lewisville Dental. The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and personable and they did all they could to make me comfortable as soon as I expressed my concerns. Still hate the dentist, but love Lewisville Dental! I cant recommend them enough.

This place was great. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, they were extremely punctual which is hard to get with a DR. , the facility was very clean you could tell they were doing frequent cleanings, they didnt overly pressure me about how much I had neglected my teeth, finally they helped me put an honest quote together with the best path to take with insurance. They insisted I push things back to help save money with insurance, they show alot of Integrity and I will be back.

Let me start by saying Dr Lam is an amazing and competent doctor. I had to get dentures and extractions are a harrowing experience for anyone. Dr Lam goes to great lengths to make it as pain less as possible and Id trust him with all my future dental care.

Dr. Lam is an Honest and Upstanding Dentist.Ive had the worst luck with other dentist from root canals to crowns and fillings, its been a real nightmare from the beginning. I found Dr. Lam flipping through the internet and when I called his office, he answered the phone and talked to me about my issue! I was really impressed that the Doctor himself had time to actually talk to a patient on the phone!He did an over the top job on my crown, and it fit perfect with no adjustment what so ever.If your looking for an HONEST DENTIST at a reasonable WORKING MANS PRICE then you MUST go see Dr. Lam!Thanks for all your help Dr. Lam and God Bless You..

Great team at Lewisville dental implants center. Each time I come I had a warm welcome and looked at genuinely. They recently went above and beyond recently to give great care with their super friendly and professional staff. Dr. N is an absolute ray of sunshine, and both her and Dr C are impressively thorough with their customer service and most importantly dental care. The dentist explained all of my options and the plan to get my gums and teeth healthy in words that I could understand. Made me hopeful again. Reminded me that Im young and its time to take control back. Prices are as decent as they come for dental work. Very satisfied with the extractions and future plans. Cleaning and cavity procedures were done smoothly and professionally. anesthesia wasn’t painful at all and my cavity been taking care of by Dr Lam. wait time was short, and all the staffs were very friendly and helpful to questions.

I had an emergency happened today, and I found this place, just because it was closest to my house. It turns out it was the best dental treatment I ever had in the USA!!! I have been in for a root canal, a crown and a couple of fillings. Both Drs have done work on me and are very caring and gentle in my comfort during any procedure. I have had great experiences every time I have been in and will continue to have my dental cleanings and dental work here. They make it very easy to go there and have worked around my work schedule every time I have had a visit.

Amazing. We just received a courteous call from Dr. Chapala to check on my sons post op. He had all his wisdom teeth removed yesterday. Dr. Chapala was comforting throughout the process. This is merely a question not a rating. I have not been to this practice. I am a who needs braces. My question is does this practice have a BOARD CERTIFIED orthodontist on site? There is a difference between an orthodontist and a dentist who states they specialize in braces. Orthodontists went through extensive training ( two years post dentistry school) not taking a fly by night orthodontic 6 month course! Do your research before deciding and investing in your dental health or restoration. Correcting my Smile is IMPORTANT to me. I dont see anywhere on the website stating if he has training and education regarding orthodontics. It is very vague! This concerns me. I could be wrong. If I am, correct me. This is just my observation. and to others seeking orthoddontic care

I just adore Dr. Namineni, she is gentle and patient with the kids. She goes above and beyond for the little patients (children). Her assistants much have taught her some Spanish words. I kept hearing her say aqua (water) and dulce (candy). She makes me smile.

Dr Chapala has been my dentist for 2 years. Ive come to him with chipped teeth, gum problems and general dental disarray, as well as just general cleanings. This is the WORST dental experience I have ever had! They shouldn’t even be allowed to practice in Texas! The worst bedside manner and they don’t even know what they are taking about when giving dental advice. My husband also had a terrible experience so we got a second opinion. Dr. Grattafiori in Plano was amazing!!!!! He has been practicing for decades and told me that everything this dentist had told me was all wrong! He had a tooth that got chipped and the dentist fixed it and it had to be re done by another dentist. After the Rx I got at your office I was seen a couple of weeks later and had a wisdom tooth extracted and it was the worst experience at a dental off I have ever had. I have had 4 other teeth removed when I got braces in 2003 and that experience was just fine. This was more like torture.

The dentist Chapala is incredibly nice! I brung my 6 month old baby girl for her first dentist appointment. The dentist seem to enjoy his job. He was patient, happy, and continued smiling! He made sure he answered all of our questions. He was very gentle with our baby; treating her as his own. I will definitely be back! Overall a very good experience considering I absolutely hate going to the dentist, probably why my teeth are in such bad shape! I am a new customer and it only took a few minutes to fill out the paperwork and get in to see the dentist. Stephany was very friendly and even helped me out with my insurance. After a thorough examination I was given the prognosis and the options I have going forward. Rebecca did an awesome job of explaining the costs and what insurance would cover and we decided what to do for this visit. The dentist did a deep cleaning and filled two of a multitude of cavities I have collected over the years that will hopefully help with the pain I was having. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work, I have tried to avoid dentists but I believe I will keep coming back here now until all my problems have been taken care of. Thanks!!

This was our first visit here in December. My 2 daughters and I had a 4:00 appointment on a Friday and we just felt like we were rushed from the moment we arrived. The dentist and the staff were not very personable at all. We all felt like steps were skipped and that our teeth didnt really feel very clean like they normally do after leaving the dentist. We will definitely be finding a different dentist for our next cleaning.

Worst patient care, unnecessarily made my wife wait in pain for her procedures by switching between three other patients while performing her procedures as well. If you need good patient care, this clinic should be avoid, they only seem to care about money rather than their patients. Appointment was at 2pm, we got there early at 1:30pm, however we only left at 8pm. In addition, they charged us extra at the end.

Dr. Namenini & staff responded to my dental emergency quite promptly.The procedure itself was pain free. However, shed called her husband, Dr. Chapala, to perform extraction. The following day, Dr. Namenini returned my call, on her day off, in response to my message Id left 2 hours after procedure the evening before. I had extreme pain and swelling. And that was prior to anesthetic dissipating. There was not an after hours emergency line.Dr. Chapala was & is extremely aggressive, persuasive, and most importantly INSENSITIVE! Within 24 hours of his extraction I suffered a dry socket. I followed all 2 of their verbal post-op instructions: No hot food/drinks; Do not use straws.No after hours emergency number so I had to wait until next day in extreme swelling and pain. His wife sutured the following afternoon, after numbing and scraping to promote bleeding in order to create a new clot. I was to return today in order for her to check site and finish left side SRP & begin implant process I feel Dr. Chapala bullied me into. After leaving work, again, and rushing to get there he refused to see me, after waiting 30 minutes for him to finish an earlier case. Did not check suture site even with visible outer swelling to my cheek. Didnt do anything except make me feel awful and reschedule me for the following Friday, without consulting with me first. He just picked a date and time out of his hat!Now, Im stuck with uncertainty of whether or night the extraction site is ok, swelling, silk sutures in my mouth, and an unfinished cleaning. To say I am displeased, unsatisfied, frustrated, & irate is an extreme understatement.I hate that I had to include my later thoughts with what I thought was initially was going to be a positive experience with Dr. Namenini.

Such clean, hygienic and beautifully decorated clinic. The staff are amazing, polite and welcoming. They made me feel like home. I was blown away with the customer service and ladies who were taking the x-rays. They explained each and every step they were doing and the reason behind it.After getting my x-rays, Dr Chapala met me. He explained me what was needed, I then started my bassic teeth cleaning. The doctor was very caring and kept asking me if I was doing ok! Very confident doctor and I did not budge during the whole procedure. There was this wonderful music played in the treatment room and made me feel at ease. After the procedure my teeth were nice, smooth and feet polished and shiny. I could not believe how horrible my teeth were and how badly they needed a clean!There was no hidden cost surprises, everything was explained upfront and was exactly what I was told.I highly recommend Dr Chapala and there wont be any turning back.Comfort Smile Dental please keep doing your best service and I am going no where but COMFORT SMILE DENTAL all my life!

If I could put no stars I would. Very unprofessional staff. I originally made an appointment on a Saturday and they 1st kept calling to move my appointment to during the week, which I couldnt because of my hectic work schedule. (which is why I picked saturday to begin with) I kept telling the young lady I couldnt and with an attitude she replied ok thats fine and hangs up. If you approved my appointment when you shouldnt have then thats a mistake on your end. Next I get a call the day b4 saying they need to cancel my appointment because they dnt have hrs!??! (Even though Im looking at the hrs that say 9-3) And that I could go to the dallas location because the dr had an emergency. Why would i do that i picked lewisville for a reason. Which one was it? No hrs or does the dr have an emergency? Or why was only my appointment being pressured to move. Because to my understanding my partner had an appointment made as well and they were willing to keep it but not mine. Without really explaining when I called furiously I just decided to not fool with these guys. Maybe if the young lady simply just replied with Im sry maam or something it would have been a different outcome on my end. Sometimes just apologizing to the patient makes it better. Didnt understand it. Going with a different place. Highly disappointed
