Poor service...no body pics the calls even in emergency condition...front staff is like uneducated..and the Doctors omg needs to go back to school to learn ABC of medical..not recommended.

Honestly the “care” I’ve received here is trash.I’d rather die at home then come here for so called help

Excellent service! Im a recognizable face there because I have been going to the same womens health clinic over the years. Same great staff, just new location. Its not easy to keep up with the demands of any busy doctors office, but they do their very best and that is commendable. I appreciate all of the doctors and staff that work hard to care for their patients. Keep up the excellent work! 😊👍

If you care about your health . DO NOT COME HERE! I was referred by the UNLV emergency department. Saw a different doctor then I was initially suppose to see. They prescribed me medication. After I finished the medication I was still having symptoms so I called to speak with my doctor about it. A RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THAT NO DOCTORS COULD COME TO THE PHONE AND I HAD TO WAIT 24-72 hours to get a call back. I thought that was ridiculous. I let the weekend pass by and called back Monday. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE AFTER CALLING BACK 4 DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY. FORCING ME TO GO BACK TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. I received a call back from the doctor today after 2 weeks. Like I said if you care about your health , do not trust this doctors office at all.

I am a new patient. Their signs are not accurate and the medical staff did acknowledge that names on the doors are wrong. I guess its cheaper to have a patient walk around and ask questions instead of taking some of the money UNLV makes to fix a 10 dollar sign. Makes no sense.

The doctors are IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone- been trying to reach them with a serious medical question for over a week and NO ONE CALLS ME BACK!!!!!

Be prepared to be there for more than an hour past your appointment no matter what time you arrive early or on time.

I do not recommend it. They give you the appointment very quickly but then 3 weeks go by and they do not give you the results of your exams. It seems incredible that they play like this with peoples health. I have called them many times and they say I have to keep waiting. Really?! What kind of attention is that?

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. To begin with, the first point against was, that Dr. Ryan Young had no answer to the most important question I asked for and chose to google the answer to it! (An action to distrust instantly, being he a Dr. with apparent experience, since he has his years) Later, insistent calls on my part to know the results of examinations and there was no favorable response which led to a wait of 6 MONTHS for the results, finished with the final answer: my exams were lost on the way and logically never made it to the laboratory. That lack of commitment, efficiency, professionalism and ethics towards patients. .... thats never to return.

Attention: This clinic is a fraud.
