The WORST place ive ever been to. I have been trying to get an important referral for the past 3 weeks and no one knows whats going in. The doctors are incompetent, front desk people have no idea whats going on and the process to get anything done in a timely manner is impossible. I would give this place a negative 100 stars out of 5. Literal trash dont waste your time here.

No stars....negative stars. Been going to Cima for years. This new doctor and staff that has taken over is rude, unprofessional, un knowledgeable and is not there to help but take ur money and leave you with unanswered questions.

Horrible office staff. Unorganized, inconsiderate and incapable of keeping records straight. Have had to contact numerous times in order to get medication also wait times are usually 2-3 hours even with an appointment. Was told after arrival that primary needed to be changed rather than being told b4 hand. Had to wait an additional 30min due to trying to change primary. Using antiquated and falling apart equipment. Had to hold arm cuff while getting blood pressure so it doesnt come off. Recently everything done takes 3 or more people, since no one is sure what they are doing when asked, reply is its so we make that everything is done correctly. Worst medical center staff...

I WAS looking forward to take someone there as a new patient but that changed when contacting them a 2nd time to reschedule BUT they didnt respond back by message through the site after giving them personal information for no reason by doing paper work for nothing. What I did like about the other part of their scheduling through phone is if they didnt pick up its set easy to message through a site by text to your phone.I also called 3 times that day to let it ring for a while to see if I can get through to tell them that I had to reschedule but no answer. Thats a sign that its Not a good location to go to because they hired some staffs that dont want to do their jobs right. If the Dr gives good service they will have good Drs lose customers because some want to act a fool and just only there for the money.

Wish there was a zero! Called last week got appointment for my other half and was excited as other places were months out for new patient. He has a bone spur that is too close to his spinal cord for surgery until it starts paralyzing him. We moved to Henderson so had to establish new PCP to get back to be monitored. Here are 7 reasons not to go to CIMA Medical Center!1. The Dr. was telling his coworkers how his medical teacher was sleeping when he was in training.2. Every time my other half would tell him of an issue he would one up him, example my other half has been having issues with his hands (as a result of the bone spur and early sign of it pinching the nerves) and the Dr said every morning his hands cramp up for multiple minutes (and moved on to next issue)3. My other half has a testicular issue (dont know what it is as drs cant find out what happened) and he told Dr about issue and he straight up told him well you have 4 kids you dont really need it anyways.4. Talking about depression the Dr said if my other half had suicidal thoughts he would hit him in the head with the clipboard because he has children.5. The Dr was having a conversation with his 8 year old daughter during the entire visit. And telling my other half how she is his whole world and blah blah blah.6. Told everyone in the hallway my other halves mental health evaluation results.7. Came in for Orthodox and Neuro referrals and left with a referral to a shrink and waiting for records from previous Dr to even get a referral for others. No MRI or CT nothing.

Had an appointment set up this morning at 9am. They pushed my appointment back to 2pm without notifying me so I come back at 2 and I wait in the lobby for an hour before asking the front desk how much longer they take me to a room where I wait 30 minutes. Another assistant comes in and takes me to a different room and tells me to wait there. After waiting another 30 minutes in that room and 2 hours total I decided to walk out. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at any doctors office by far. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait two hoursOn another note they were not checking temps for patients and didnt seem to follow capacity guidelines either. Enter this place at your own risk

I wish i could give this place a ZERO! Worst experience in a DR office ever, and I have been to 2nd world doctor offices .... STRONGLY ADVISE YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE ! Completely useless operations. Money grab

New patient to Cima and soon to be former patient. Simply put, this place is awful. Never on time. I have waited for almost two hours for each of the two appointments Ive had with them and each time they never spend any longer than 2 or 3 minutes with me. Dr. Webb doesnt take any time to even let you know what he is prescribing or give any follow up. Truly the worst. If your time and health are important to you, avoid this place.

I read the reviews prior to coming here and didn’t want to believe it until I saw it and experienced myself but unfortunately it’s all true.Had an appointment at 2:15pm as a brand new patient and showed up fifteen minutes early to fill out the paperwork and check in. After giving all the information needed, I looked around the waiting room and saw approximately eight people waiting. When I asked the front desk person if things are running on time, I was told that there are other people ahead of me and that after I’m put into the system that they would let me know the approximate wait time.After sitting down and overhearing some other people saying that they had appointments (one of them at 1:30pm) and hadn’t been seen yet, I went back to the window and asked what to expect. I was then told there’s only one doctor and five people ahead of me. I asked them what the point of having an appointment is if it’s not anywhere close to being honored and didn’t have any real answer for it (of course). No responsibility was taken and said it might take an hour to be seen (more or less). I am going to school and left an important class early only to be left hanging out to dry.This place has no integrity and takes no accountability for they way they are doing business. If you plan on coming here even with an appointment, you might as well either clear the rest of your day to wait or bring a sleeping bag, tent and something to keep you busy and occupied while you wait. I’ve gotten better service from a McDonalds drive through worker who’s worked seven days in a row and already worked over 70 hours that week then this place.If I were you, find another doctors office unless you are that desperate or maybe happen to live a block away. This place is depressing.

The doctor from new York is unprofessional and a big mouth that shouldnt even have a license to practice medicine. He walked into the hallway after giving me mental health exam and announced to entire doctors office the results of my test. And before leaving the room threatened to hit me in head with clipboard if I had certain thoughts. He should be FIRED!

Dr.Webb is a good doctor, I personally think they overbook him because he is always late!I had a 4:45 telephone visit! He wasnt ready until 5:30! Thats not the only time! Stop overbooking him!

I’ve been here numerous times, and each time, regardless of if I have a scheduled appointment or I’m there for a walk-in, I have to wait for at least an hour and a half. I have waited an upwards of five hours before. The staff are sweet for the most part, but there’s a couple people (whose names I won’t mention) that seem incompetent.I would not recommend this place to anyone.Here’s a Snapchat picture from a few months ago lol.

Dr. Webb is a good dr. He is trust worthy he is a good dr. He knows how to treat patients.

I would honestly give them -1000 stars if i could the worst medical office in Nevada hands down I literally brought my inhaler to them to get a prescription and they still prescribed the wrong NOT COVERED inhaler i have severe asthma and been having the toughest time breathing because they won’t fix their mistake it’s been a week and i still don’t have a inhaler DO NOT COME HERE they suck wish i could call someone to make a formal complaint

I do not agree with the above review. Personnel of the clinic is great! They are very courteous and pleasant. The waiting period is like any doctors office. I was very happy with the physician that help me. My referrals were given on a timely manner. Very satisfactory experience.

New rude doctor

The wait is a bit silly after around 10 am, but for good reason. These doctors, nurses, and staff are all incredibly caring and helpful. They genuinely want to help you, and this is made apparent in every interaction conducted between themselves and their clients. Ive been going to them for the last five years, and have never been let down. Highly recommended, if you value a health care provider that cares.-ash

I will rate this place 0 star if I could. Had an appointment set up for physical exam, waited over an hour for us to be called in. Once you get inside, there are more waiting to be done, since they dont have enough room. I fasted over 10 hrs for the blood work, it was never done. Instead, when the glucose level is not normal. They literally called 911 and claimed that I fainted. I was perfectly fine and they told my daughter I was dying. The 911 got here, everything was fine, the glucose was low cause of the fasting. THIS PLACE HAS NO PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND IMPOLITE. ESPECIALLY THE BALD GUY, WHO IS NOT EVEN A DOCTOR. If you wanna pretend you know something about my health, be a real responsible doctor first. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU WANT REAL CARE!!!!!

On June 12th I had an appointment with a lady doctor that works there. She comes in the room and right behind her is a nurse who asks what she wants for lunch. Which is rude. She sat at the computer looking at my file and never touched me nor looked at me. She being asking me why I was there. I explain to her that by contract I have to be seen every three months to get my inhaler which I get to every 16 days which will make two per month. She then tells me that in her system it shows that I only get one in Inhalers per month I politely told her ma’am Your system is in accurate and every time I come here is in accurate every since I’ve had my son which is now two years old who was in the room for the visit my asthma has gotten worse she then turns around and tells me I am the provider I am telling you what I see and that is what I’m going to give you and walked out of the room. They are so unprofessional and rude and just because I have assistance through Medicaid I will not be miss treated I have still a human being at the end of the day Please think before going here.

This place is terrible! I had an appointment for 2:30 and didn’t get to see the doctor until 4:30. And it wasn’t really busy in there and that’s the bad part. The process works like this...you sit in the main lobby for over an hour, they call you to the back and you wait another half hour. They tell you ”we’re just waiting for a room to open up”, so You wait another 15 minutes, they take you to a room and you wait another 20 minutes and then the doctor comes in. It was like that both times I was there. I had labs done the first time and the only reason I returned was for the results. Mostly a mexican staff so of course you get preferential treatment if you’re hispanic. I would only recommend this place to someone who has hours of their life to waste away.

Like everyone else if I can give a negative star I would..my PCP is good and efficient for five minutes, but I and any other person should NOT have to wait 4 to 5 hours(yes this has happened more than twice) to see the doctor for a simple presception refill...now their phone system sucks you can never get in contact with them to make an appointment, the answering service is unreliable, no one at that facility is ever on the same page at all. Ive called them twice to in from them of my new number and still waiting on the call...if you do not have a life and wanna stop by Wendysor do some shopping while you wait and yes one of the receptionist told me this while I asked for an approximate wait time,this place is for you, if not avoid this place if you value your time...

I would give this place zero stars if possible. The only upside is you can get a same day appointment, usually.Staff is rude and ignores the patients. They are more interested in talking to each other and gossiping than providing customer service.The clientele is pretty ghetto too. But like I said— same day appointments.I won’t be coming back here unless I am desperate and in need of quick medical care- like this time I came in.

Front office very friendly and efficient! All staff great! Ivan remembered me and I dont come in very often, everyone was so professional. I was really scared about what i had to do, bit I didnt mention it. They all were wonderful, I didnt worry. Everything went really well.

Absolutely the worst Ive ever experience. I scheduled my daughter apt (new pt. Apt) i was given the apt in the wrong location and even dough i called the office to verify (the same day) i was placed on hold for 20 minutes and my appointment was confirmed. I show up to the apt and i was advised, i was at the wrong location. we had to reschedule. Forward to today, apt scheduled at 10 am. While i wait for my turn, two diferent women left this office crying an very upset because the office had made a mistakes with there referrals. One waited for a week with a broken rib. Horrible. I was finally called for vitals at 12pm, i thought okay, two hour...not so bad wrong!!! I waited another hour in the Dr.s room waiting. At 1pm i decided this was NOT going to be something i can endure for any future follow-up apt. I told the nurse i will be leaving. The office staff was very nice, but i cant wait 5 hour to see a provider. So sad about this, since this is only 4 minutes away from me. I will changing my provider and healthcare center.

The staff is great and very caring. Yes, the wait times are long, but its understandable. I know how it is being in there position and all it takes to do what they do. So a great big thumbs up to you all and how hard you work.

Maria is nice but the office caused me a lot of grief for my surgery and my prescription.. didnt send the correct info and wrote wrong medicine dosage.

Love the fact that they are convenient they draw blood, ultrasounds, and many more things however the wait is ridiculously long. I have waited up to 2 hours with an appointment at both locations Rainbow and Eastern. I also went without and appt and waited for 3 1/2 hours.The people all know me and the kiddos and they are very nice however when the doctors go in they also want to get out real quick.

I went once for my physical but turned it into a sick visit because of how I was feeling. Appointment was meant to be for 1030, didnt get seen until 1230. No real exam just requestedblood labs and meds, however the meds were never sent to my pharmacy.I was also told that they are only open 2 times a week and and understaffed. Are there any doctors Vegas that take care of you as they should????

This place is perfect if you want to see a doctor 2 hours AFTER your scheduled appointment.

Wait times are ridiculously long. Takes hours to be seen. Very inconvient. They will make you come back several times for the one thing you came for in the first place. They should not be taking on as many patients as they have. I would not recommend coming here.

Robert Webb is a fraud. He isnt a doctor in Costa Rica as he has claimed. I find it comical that the only good review has come from Patricia Romero, who coincidentally is also the name of his wife.I wouldnt trust this guy with my health!

This place is the worst! Never go here! Id give them zero stars if I could. Ive always had problems with this place, but this is the worst. Visiting family out of state and wont be back for a while. Broke my wrist Sunday and need a cast on. The orthopedics office needs a referral from my PCP which is them. They REFUSE to send a referral so I can get a cast put on unless I see them first, I repeated that I was out of state, but they didnt care. Even if I wasnt they would take longer than the heal time of my wrist to send it to them. You would have better luck winning the lottery five times in a row than getting anything done here.

Save yourself and don’t come to any of Cima location. Made appointment at 11:45am and wouldn’t be seen until 1:30pm, now its 2:16 and I’m still waiting for our referral pp works to be done. And btw, the place isn’t busy at all. I’m changing doctor today

Thank you for the reviews, Im beginning to wonder if there are any more caring and compassionate Doctors left on my insurance plan (HPN). I wont be going here.

After showing up early to an appointment for paperwork I then waited over an hour to actually see the doctor. When I did finally get called in, Dr. Garcia was rude and interrupted just about every sentence I tried to speak, even when it was a direct answer to a question he asked. He explained what he thought was wrong with me almost as if he was angry at me for it, then abruptly left the examination room. I had no idea what was then happening as Dr. Garcia left without an explanation. I sat waiting in the examination room for fifteen minutes until I heard the receptionist calling me, thinking I was in the waiting room. I received prescriptions for sleeping and anxiety. When my prescriptions were ready I went to pick them up but was shocked when I learned that one would not be covered by my insurance and was over a thousand dollars. Furthermore, when I asked which it was, the pharmacist told me it was a pain medication, not a sleep aid. Please avoid this incompetent doctor.

The staff was friendly and helpful but three hours and fifteen minutes was an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a medical clearance letter.

I have appointments last Friday , I guess it was worted waiting for 4 hours . I have seen Cedric Ojeda APRN. I would say he is good , he cares his patients. And he cares the welfare of his patients. If only the schedulers would do there job properly. Patients would not be waiting for 4 hours.

I have been seeing Dr. Webb for nearly 15 years, Great Doctor and Great person.

This is the second time I be come to this place and I have my apoimen, and still have to wait more than 1:50h + the 15 to 20min waiting inside. The personal is good and the attention, but the waiting time is so bad

0 Stars, Staff is inconsiderate /rude/lazy/lacluster.I have called four time a day for three days and still get put on hold for medical records to no avil .I went in with a clearly broken finger and couldnt even get a finger splint.Now my finger is permenently disfigured.

The waiting is long but the service is good they take care of you good. Its not an in and out place.

Doctor Kevin bailey and doctor Jay Jay are the best doctors I have had in long time Im actually bed bound they come to my house for home visits I have a terminal illness and they make sure I get all my prescriptions I need and actually care about your best interest and when I need x-rays or blood work done send specialist to my home because it is difficult for me to get around to see these other providers and Ben the receptionist is very helpful and friendly, professional everytime Ive had a problem he has gotten it worked out and fixed so I dont know about the other doctors but these 2 are very interested in your care and listen to what you want and are just wonderful doctors because I went through about 30 different doctors and practices before I found them and they were able to fill my list of meds I been on when other doctors wouldnt even try nor care but I hope everyone has a wonderful blessed amazing day and find the help they need these doctors will help you if you really need a good doctor and meet the criteria for the medication you need

Do not go here!!! Incompetent front desk staff not to mention ill mannered and outright rude!!! I went 3 times and every time I was early but had to wait 45 minutes to an hour after my appt! In fact I am sitting in the doctors office waiting for my discharge papers to bring to my new doctor. I have been here so long waiting that I already found a new doctor, made an appt at that office, spoke to the office manager about the entire operation and incompetence of the staff, I also had to look up how to do a google review then made a gmail account and Im still here waiting its comical at this point!I would give this doctors office zero stars if I could!They have no follow-through they make things more complicated than they need to be, lost my medical records more than twice! When I called them I was going to get a new primary physician the front office clerks smirked shrugged and looked at each other and didnt care. On top of incompetence they lie and take no responsibility. When you call if they put you on hold they have no idea who is on what line.This has been the worst experience ever!I could tell you so many more details but just dont go there and find another office!!!

If you ever need to go here think twice & dont come. Ive been waiting 2 hrs from my appt time & still havent seen a dr. I still have 3 patients in front of me & they call in one patient every 30 mins. The staff doesnt even have the common courtesy to inform you that the dr is running late so it might take longer than expected. I couldve gone to the er & been out within the same amount of time. This is really ridiculous & I will never recommend this practice to anyone! Jessica one of the staff just came to inform me that since Im writing this review I can not be seen in their practice & thats coming from the owner! Wow the owner knows whats going on & still allows it to go but instead of fixing it to make his patients happy he refuses to see them!!

This place doesnt even deserve a star very unprofessional MA ..they lost my doctors results papers I had to remind them them about it.. they make you wait 3-4 hours just to go in a room and after you still have to wait another hour for the doctor to come see you..basically you have to be hear most of the day just for a doctor visit of 29 min or less its very unorganized and no attention is to the patient .. very bad experience at this place

Today was my 3rd visit to cimas medical clinic, & like the previous times, the waiting time was AWFUL !!!whats the point of making an appointment if its gonna take them 2 LONG HOURS just to roomed you inside & once your inside wait another hour and a half just for the doctor to see you for 5 mins.that clinic seems to be busy all the time but its really not; i think the staff is really slow & unorganized;this is definately the last time i go to this medical clinic.i wouldnt recommend nobody to go there. i give it a -3/10. thats how bad it was.

Long wait time. My appointment was at 1030am and 1.5 hours later, i havent seen a doctor. So i finally asked how long the wait time is as i have errands in an hour. The front desk told me there was one patient ahead of me and they couldnt guarantee that ill see a doctor in an hour. What a waste of time going there.

They take too long to meet people I had two appointments at 12 pm and they saw me at 2 in the afternoon. I did some tests 15 days ago and still they have not given me an answer or an appointment for my results very poor attention
