If I could I would give it 0 stars. They dont care one bit about patients and only care about collecting money. They made me pay soon as I walked in the door and didnt even call me up until 3 hours after my appointment time. Ridiculous and the Doctor wasnt even professional and rushed through the appointment didnt even bother to answer my concerns and pushed it off as it will be taken care of at the next appointment... AS IF ... Stay for away and do not give this place your business anywhere else is better!

Had to wait 2hours past my appointment time to be seen and paid my copays then after the consultation I ask if there is anything else needed to be paid they say no and I leave. They send me a bill in the mail for 200$ showing my insurance paying a portion of it but saying I still owe them the other percent. Must be an error I think? I call the number listed on the invoice voicemail .. leave a voicemail no response 1 week later call again a couple times for the next few days all voicemail.. And this is why I hate going to the Dr. All they care about is taking your money and show no respect to their patients... Stay away!

Leaving a 1 star rating for Dr. C. Espitia is an overrated score. During my visit, I let her know that I had multiple medical concerns along with the need to have a routine physical done. Once I asked her if I could tell her of my concerns, she said “No,” and that we could “go over them during our next appointment” which we would schedule to go over my blood work. I waited weeks to see this doctor and took off work, only to be rushed out and have my issues dismissed without her so much asking for the nature of my concerns. After waiting an hour in the waiting room to be called, she failed to make me feel heard or cared for, and I ultimately wasted my time visiting the office.

This is the very 1st time I walk out of a doctors office without seeing a doctor. While waiting over an hour to go into the exam room, I could hear the nurse speaking to the insurance company saying patients very important private information. There is no social distancing in the waiting lobby. I showed up to the appt early to do paperwork because I had to be to work by a certain time. While in the exam room I let the nurse know I had to leave by a certain time. She went and got the doctor, who came in scolding me to leave ample time for a doctors appt. I replied that I got there very early. She kept on scolding me and making snide remarks. There was no way I was going to get taken care of in a respectful way. I had to collect my belongings and leave because she made me feel so attacked. I couldnt trust her with my health. She wouldnt even let me talk.

Two weeks ago I arrived at 7:30 to my 8:00 appointment. I waiting until 10 a.m. to get in and one more hour to get out.As of today I haven been unable to get my blood test results. This week I have left them a voice message every day and today I have been calling them since 7:45 only to get thier answering machine every time.

Dr. Carmen Espitia has been my doctor for over 10 years and she is the best I have known. She is a very sweet and caring person and has always taken the time to listen, not like other doctors that all the do is use their laptops while youre talking and dont even look at you at all.

I have from 10yrs bring my son to his appointment, the front office services is great, the nurses and Dr. Espidia the best. Thanks to her my mom is a survivor in cancer. I reccomend this office to take care patients.

THIEVES!!! LADRONES!! Annual physicals are FREE however they charge you an office visit to read you results of your own physical!! They STEAL from their patients and STEAL from the insurance company!! The staff there are very ignorant and do not understand how services work! I filed a complaint with the Nevada Board of Medical Examiners so they can be made aware of what is going on there! DO NOT GO THERE! They also make you wait 2 hrs to see a doctor!

I can agree sometimes the wait times are a little long, but honestly this happens at any Dr. Office. I honestly dont mind the wait because I receive quality service. Ive never had a Doctor who takes their time to talk to you in depth and you feel like they genuinely care. Dr. Carmen Espitia shows she cares for her patients and always recommends tests or alternative solutions to any problems. Most doctors will only write you a prescription In a second and rush you out. This place is not like that. They get to the root of the problem which is why I love this place.

This absolutely the worst place ever. They take for ever. Im switching my mother to a different doctor. Someone who might actually really care about not wasting peoples time. I know there are plenty more Spanish speaking doctors here in Las Vegas.

Being new to town I was in search of a family doctor to prescribe my adderall - a medication I have complete medical history with. I called adelante health care to inquire as to whether or not they were taking new patients and SPECIFICALLY asked if they would be able to prescribe/refill my adderall prescription as it does fall under controlled substance laws and some family practitioners will not prescribe it. I was assured they would be able to write my prescription. The day before my scheduled appointment I called the office to confirm my appt time and my prescription refill. I was again told yes. Today I went to appt and arrived 15 minutes early. 30 minutes after my scheduled appt time I was seen. I authorized release of my complete medical and prescription history. I was told Bc I had 2 weeks left of medication to return in 2 weeks for a physical and I would be able to pick up my prescription then. (Even though I’d had a physical sept 2018 - less than 5 months ago.) several hours later I was called by a receptionist in their office. I was told she had my referral and I could come pick it up. When I inquired as to why - she stated that their office could not prescribe adderall!!! When I asked why I was specifically told this would be no problem - I was rudely cut off and told “to ask the person that scheduled me.” This office wasted my time, charged my insurance, and took my copay - for absolutely no reason.

Today I waited 2 hours before being seen. Everyone was seen before me even though I was already there. After waiting this long for the doctor to come in she rushed me and walked out while I was talking saying hold on. A nurse came in to tell me I was done and I had said she said she would be back and I was told no shes done she went with another patient. I said she walked out while I was talking what do you mean and the nurse went to tell her to come back. I waited 5 minutes before feeling like I completely wasted my time and wasnt even treated with respect or given the time her other patients were given. I will not being going back here again.

DONT GO HERE!!! Dr Jimenez I believe was the name of the doctor who attended me.Hes the most inconsiderate person ever wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I went in because of I was GAINING 10 lbs WEEKLY!!! I told him something was definitely wrong I went from 115 - 180 and I eat super healthy to the point that I don’t even put salt in my eggs. He responded with “wELl HoW MaNY eGgS ArE YoU EaTinG” the rudest response EVER. I told him I’m always dehydrated even after drinking a gallon of water. He said well your urine is really dark meaning you’re not drinking enough. I said YES I KNOW THATS THE PROBLEM BUT I DRINK ALOT OF WATER. I mentioned having pain around my right kidney. He “felt” it and said I was fine I just needed to stop eating out and exercise... FAST FORWARD 2 years I’m dying of all these crazy symptoms and more turns out I HAVE A TUMOR ON MY RIGHT ADRENAL GLAND (ABOVE MY RIGHT KIDNEY) yea I have CUSHINGS SYNDROME.

I am soooooo disappointed in this practice. I was never listened to or taken seriously regarding my health & Im now paying for it. One year later - Im still in a great deal of pain & I blame this doctor for wasting my time misdiagnosing my problem! The medical assistant here never passed on critical information I relayed to her, so I always had to repeat myself & was STILL treated like a nuisance. The place REEKS of fabuloso (chemical cleaner) always burning my nose & giving me migraines. Im also not sure if its a communication issue between the ladies at the front & the doctor or who is to blame - but it can be like pulling teeth trying to get your RX refilled!! I waited a WEEK one time for them to actually refill it. And dont expect them to apologize, by the way!! That is not in their vocabulary!! Its also funny how they make you wait 1-2 hours to be seen only for the doctor to rush your appointment!! WTFAs for Dr. Estitia - She has terrible bedside manner, she is soooo rude that it actually made me uncomfortable & angry by my second visit. She would cut me off while I was speaking & literally shake her hands & head at me when I would communicate my symptoms & concerns to her. She told me multiple times that my sickness was all in my head & I just needed to manage my stress. She prescribed me antibiotics MULTIPLE times, & I returned again & again & AGAIN with the SAME SYMPTOMS!! She also tried to prescribe me anti-depressants MULTIPLE times (even after I declined) simply because she thought I was crazy & my symptoms werent real. Heres my question: who overprescribes someone like that after only one visit, yet refuses to do ANY lab work or offer a referral to figure out whats going on?!? I urged her to get urine AND blood testing done or just give me a referral to an OBGYN or gastroenterologist which she blatantly REFUSED to do! Because of her negligence, malpractice, & incompetence I ended up wasting precious time trying to diagnose & treat gastritis, fibroids, & very painful internal hemmrhoids (WHICH SHE NEVER GAVE ME ANY CREAM OR MEDICINE FOR, MIND YOU!) Smh. If someone else is reading this PLEASE SPARE yourself the disappointment & time! Shame on you, Carmen Espitia.

If I Could give a million negative stars I would !! This place is awful!!!! They over book patients, so disorganized they have a circus of a clinic !! Starting with the awful front desk personal (susy) Awful customer service!! Then we have the doctor that during todays visit she toldMy mother she needed to relax before she had a heart attack and die !!! Who says that u suppose to be a professional And here u are telling your patients they need to relax before they die, all because why? My moms appointment was 2 hours ago and still hadnt been called back and kept asking what was happening how much longer( since u make an appointment because u have other things plans and need to get to them) and all they said was ur next, ur next meanwhile so many others were being called ahead of her that got there after her !My mother had every to be upset for waiting 2 hours and Dr Espitia had no right to treat my mom the way she did today she drives an hour just to get to your office to feel comfortable speaking to a Spanish doctor and you show nothing but awful care for your patients! Im sorry for any patients that are on her patient roster and have been treated this way! I hope the board gets a hold of the zoo your running lady.

The lady doctor I dont even know her name nor do I care. But shes so rude and unprofessional, she judged me the whole time I was there. I wanted to shove her stethoscope up her you know what😜

Dr. Espitia does not care about her patients. Do not save listening to your needs. apart they last a lot to help you! I have a lot here and I always think that every time I do different but every time its worse. I wanted to tell him my symptoms and he interrupted me and told me to focus on just one thing and I told him I was my doctor and he had to listen to me because he was paying! Horrible takes a lot of time. And despite the fact that I had Sita I still waited more than two hours for them to put me in the room. And there I waited for an hour and a half just to have the doctor alone with me for five minutes. If they are going to do what they want then pack up

At first glance, you can see a simple and clean place, but when dealing with the staff, one becomes aware of inexperience and ineptitude. It is the only medical office that despite making online eligibility verification and having the insurance office representative on the phone to check the truth of what the patient says they need photocopies. Please gentlemen Modernize your verification system and also update your employees.Pity attention to the public.
