Dr okiki really cares she spends time with you she goes through your whole history to make sure anything else shes got a laboratory in her office and her staff is top notch Im so glad that I found her and Im even thinking about going to her husband I heard hes a great psychiatrist but this is about Mrs Dr okeke she has spent more time with me in the room than any other doctor ever in my life and its been long check her out youll be happy

Incompetent front office staff and their stupidity will now delay a needed test for another month. Way to go. F how insurance and medicine are handled in the US.

Not somewhat a place Id go back to anytime soon.... Dr. Okeke is a very chill, laid-back doctor, but her staff is unexplainably discourteous and impolite. Not a very friendly type of front office staff, theyll smack gum in front of patients in the waiting room and talk about things that arent related to work... Wasnt really a very pleasant first time doctors visit at this office. Wouldnt really recommend it to anyone I know of.

Being a healthcare professional and business owner for over 35 years, I dont take authoring these reviews lightly. I can say that Dr. Okeke and her staff are one of the best doctors office that I have ever been to. Dr. Okeke took so much time reviewing my blood work and getting to know me and my wife personally. I wouldnt recommend anyone other than Dr. Okeke as a family doctor.

I called and scheduled an appointment for a “Wellness Check” which is free under my insurance.After my appointment I asked if I had any payments due and they advised the visit was covered.Unbeknownst to me I was charged and not advised of the new Patient visit of $300 and the MA over the phone says that the visit included a Physical, talk to the Dr. and blood Work. I didn’t get the blood work in the office because the phlebotomist was gone.The only thing physically the Dr did was stand up and check my lungs.The MA’s checked my b/p, pulse, and weight BEFORE THE Dr entered the room.I never had a Physical done inside of the office Dr Okeke office.She asked 3 questions about my family history.I asked questions about life style changes (diets) and possible allergies I have been facing, I still haven’t received an referral to get an allergy test done.She took my questions I had for her and used them as tho she was diagnosing me. The diagnostics codes that were sent to my insurance was everything her and I talked about inside the room.Definitely will NOT refer anyone to this Office.

These guys really do care. The front desk is unorganized and doesnt always do what theyre supposed to but if you call and talk to them they make it right every time. I give 5 stars because they adjusted my prescription quantity over the phone, and gave me a doctor recommendation to see a specialist even tho its been over 6 months and they want me back in they worked with me while i was out of state.

This Doctor cares. If you are looking for a truly caring and knowledgeable Doctor you found her. So happy I found this practice, my whole family will switch to this location. Hard to find these types of genuine individuals. Thanks for all your help Doctor Okeke!

Horrible experience as new patient. The receptionist barely acknowledged my presence as she was too busy chatting with all her friends. I left after 35 minutes of waiting without her giving me an update. Worst experience I’ve ever had a doctor, this place is very unprofessional.

Worse doctors office ever. Only one of the staff members was polite and the doctor is horrible. She doesnt even care. They charge you for coming in and they dont even see if you make an appointment end of day. She told me I had diabetes and gave me a prescription for it. I ended up in the hospital a few days later because of walking pneumonia and fluid around my heart and diaphragm.

I personally like this doctor as she is kind and comforting. However, she needs a new front desk receptionist.I had to reschedule my visit with the Dr. The front office receptionist stated that I need to pay $50 to reschedule my appointment because of all the no call no shows from all of the patients. I call before my appointment and did not no call/no show. Also I have Medicaid and Im still being charged. I advised that this is not fair as I was trying to reschedule before my appointment. I asked for the doctor to call me and never received a call. I believe that they trifling front office receptionist did not relay the message. So I will be finding a new doctor to assist in my care.

She treated me like I was nothing. And it started w/her entering the office being flippant about what I was wearing. I told her I was assaulted & needed care for my pain & bruising. She told me well yea if you are attacked youll get bruises. And by this time 2/3 minutes had already passed and I told her I no longer wanted her to be my Dr. and I wanted my money back as I was a cash patient. And she said okay, after a lot to do, & me recording her & staffs antics.They take my card & feign going in the system for my money 🙄😏 and a police officer comes up. And starts to harasses me and say its because they called saying I smelled like weed. Excuse me? Really?! Why was I waiting for 30 minutes close for my card if all you were doing was using police to steal my money. Because they couldnt make her give it back. And its a civil issue. Which I may pursue because that is $200 I lost for her scamming and not treating me like a patient and lying. And not to mention she put me in harms way.Because Ive been to Dr. and specialists since who have treated me for exactly what I came in to her for. And her not treating me but stealing my money set me back in treatment and emotionally about what I already went through. She deserves 0.

I went in here after nights and days of chronic chest pain—and no idea what was happening. She saw how weak and drained I looked and I could begin feel okekes judgement. She wrote me a prescription for 2 weeks of antibiotics and no pain killers—She then told me I looked like I’ve had enough pain killers. I left this office crying. I called my mother and told her I didn’t know what to do anymore, after being to the er many times this month already.One hour later my mother brings me into the er— I had a heart attack this day. I ended up having heart surgery. I had a deadly infection in my heart that resulted 2 and a half months in the hospital and a new heart valve.Let this be a lesson to anyone —DO NOT COME HERE

Dr Okeke is very helpful, and a great doctor. But, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! Over a month ago, I scheduled an appointment in the morning thinking they would be on time. I had an appointment at 9am today, I was here at 9am and it is now 10:35 as Im sitting in the office still waiting to be seen.

I LOVE DR. OKEKE, WHEN WE MET WE INSTANTLY JUST IT OFF..SHE IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER!! HAD, SHES PATIENT AND LISTENS TO MY EVERY WORD. SHE GIVES ME GREAT ADVICE AND ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS. I DONT KNOW WHY ANYONE WOULD WRITE BAD REVIEWS. MAYBE SHE DID SEE THAT THESE EX PATIENTS ARE ABUSING THEIR SCRIPTS, AND THAT IS WHY THEY ARE UPSET..SO IN ALL HONESTY IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GREAT DOCTOR, THAT NEVER JUDGES YOU AND DONT TREAT YOU LIKE A $$$ SIGN AND JUST SHUFFLES YOU THROUGH LIKE CATTLE,SHE IS IT !!!LOVE UDR. I was looking for a new doctor because my psychiatrist is no longer in network and my primary care physician retired. Both Dr. Okeke and Eunice are more concerned about themselves then helping me the patient. Im not asking for a cocktail of medications, all Im asking for is an anti anxiety medication that I not only need but have been taking for the last 5 years. Dr. Okeke said I just need to move on from what the trauma Ive had in my life and theres no reason for me to be on that medication she never even took the opportunity to get to know my history or to even ask what led me to have this disorder. Eunice told me that the medication I take can be sold on the streets (so I guess Im a drug dealer now) and said she wouldnt write me my prescription because she may be investigated... for one person? For writing me a prescription that I need to take twice a day? These woman are unsympathetic and I will never be going back to them nor will I refer anyone here.

She is the best doctor Ive ever had she is caring knowledgeable kind cares very much bout her patients iIrecommend anyone to her who lives in Las Vegas she is the best .

Awesome. She actually cares about her patients. She doesnt rush you, which may take a bit longer than the typical in and out doctors. She addressed all my concerns regarding my little girls. If you want a Dr. That actually cares, this is the place!

I DONT Recommend this Doctor for ANYONE. My son is Disabled and he seen this doctor she wouldnt not help him with his needs at all. She is very rude. The stuff is very rude and mean as well. DONT GO HERE.

Holy crap! I cant speak on the doctor but her staff is so bad that I wouldnt even consider making an appointment!!! When I called the woman who answered was chewing her gum loudly in my hear and then says well the doctor aint around until Friday and instructed I call back then if I am still not feeling well. Uh..no thanks.

Office was clean, walls were boring though. Only 2 posters on the wall. The male MA was SO nice and so was the doctor. Wasnt too excited about much though, but I SCHEDULED to have my birth control removed a week before the day I was suppose to come in, the MAA told me they accepted Medicaid, I said thats ok. Thank you. As I got to my appointment today, KEEP IN MIND I went here so I only went here because I HEARD GOOD things about the doctor they tell me they dont take my type of Medicaid. So, they gave me a list of doctors who can take mine. I couldnt find one that could do anything before the 27th of February, nor the same day at a right time. So, I called to see if the same doctor can still do it I scheduled with before, but I pay OUT of pocket for the office visit/procedure. The MAA, said YES its $200, and shed do it today. I went back into the practice to be seen and when I tell, it was just to look at me. Thats all they did, was check my heart and lungs, PR, and BP. & give me a Rx for my condition. Thats all she did. She told she wasnt able to do my procedure, because she needed time to prepare. At that point, I was very disappointed. The MAA from before, as I leave says shes sorry that she didnt take it out today and the next visit will be $120 for a follow up visit. DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE. The communication in the office NEEDS TO IMPROVE, because I was told they took my insurance and they would start my procedure and didnt. I, too am a medical professional so when she scheduled my appointment she shouldve made sure THE doctor couldnt do it before saying anything. IM NOT PAYING THEM AGAIN for another visit.

This doctor does not know what she is doing! Ive been here twice now, both for BC prescriptions, and BOTH times she has prescribed me the wrong kind!!! Because of this, my hormones are all sorts of whack! Plus on top of that, Ive ended up waiting OVER an hour just see her and ask for my prescription. This place is ridiculous and I will not be going back
