Every person I dealt with was extremely nice and made me feel like I wanted to go to the doctor once a week. When they found an issue with my health they truly seemed concerned for my well being and set up tests for me all the same day (they did not make me wait)to take to make sure I was OK! I do not know what they look like because they were all wearing masks. Hahaha!

This office is fantastic. I came in needing a EKG on very short notice without an appointment, and I was seen in less 20 minutes. Very well organized. I also really like that they have a Quest lab in house. Normally, that is perhaps a 15 minute wait, at the most. I did have to wait 90 minutes for a

Everything was fast and efficient from the front desk ladies to the ladies who took me back! Started filling out paperwork as a new patient, paid the copay and was taken back before I could even finish the paperwork! When they brought me back, they really cared about what was going on. They asked me a series of questions to rule out other conditions, prescribed me medicine and I was on my way. All in the matter of 30 minutes, will definitely be coming back.

Ruth was wonderful and I couldnt have hoped for a better person to do my teeth after too long a wait. Spoke to the back office today and it had to be the Worst interaction i have had with these people in two years. Before this, I actually had a great review posted on yelp.However the older African American lady on the phone today did not act the way you would expect someone in a office setting to do. Pass on this office and the rude staff.

So far I haven’t had to go to this clinic for any difficult illnesses or anything, mainly just to establish a primary care doctor. I originally saw a woman doctor but I guess she doesn’t work there anymore. I most recently had a Telehealth appointment with Dr. Capobianco and both doctors were super friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed. Ultimately I’ll need to come in and be seen a few more times to really get a good feel for the office but good experiences so far.

Its been a long time since Ive felt comfortable discussing my issues with anyone. And Rebecca Reilly, has made me feel very comfortable discussing them again.( Sorry I forget her exact title ) My issues are not easy to discuss with just anyone. Theyre very personal and private to start, so being sensitive and understanding of them is very important to me. Ms Reilly has been all that and more, and Im very grateful for that. With her wisdom and experience, weve been able to put together a treatment plan thats orientated to particular goals. All the staff is very professional and friendly, and Im very happy with the service there, thank you. But again, major props for Ms Riley

I saw Brittany Garcia for a annual checkup and she helped me out so much. She made me feel very comfortable and was so kind. I just moved here and needed to get my meds filled which she did and it went very smoothly. She was so sweet and kind and I am glad I got her as my doctor. I had to find a new doctors office due to my insurance changing. I was really hesitant to find someone new, because I loved my last dr and was with him for 12 years. I have been to this office 4 times now, and each time has been a good experience. I have met Dr C who is genuinely so nice, I have seen Brittany who is amazing and really listens to what you have to say. I love that if I need an appointment, I can get in and not have to wait months to be seen. This office is great!

All of the nurses and practitioners were absolutely phenomenal. I was absolutely so happy leaving here. But arriving, was a total different story. I was greeted by Tanya who had an attitude and treated me differently compared to another couple. As I waited in the waiting room, I noticed the difference in the way I was treated. I wasn’t rude or anything yet I still was treated way differently. If I didn’t have that poor of an experience with the front desk, other than that I would definitely come back again because everyone was so happy to help and such great people, besides Tanya.

Doctor Leo is WONDERFUL! Im so happy I found him but I dont want to praise him so much that he gets too busy with new patients! When I mention his name to others they, too, praise him! Not only does he know his stuff, he also has a witty personality! I was told by a nurse that Las Vegas is the last place to come to find good doctors but so far I like all the ones doc has referred me to (which because of my health, are several). Dr. C.s staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and polite.

Brittany shared the telemed experience with me in a totally appropriate and informative way. She was focused attentive and patient with all my questions. She responded to each of my concerns in a way that gave me much needed relief from my thoughts about my own health situation. I left the meeting with Brittany feeling almost healed by the hope she gave me for recovery. It was a very satisfying experience.

I’ve lived in town for 30 years and have had a hard time finding great medical service. Look no further this office staff and Dr Capobianco are the best in town.

I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years and find Dr. C and his staff to be very good. Appointments are easy to make and they do a very good job of getting me in and out without unreasonable delays. I haven’t had any major medical issues yet so I can’t comment on diagnoses, treatments, etc., but I like and trust Dr. C and think I’ll be in good hands if/when I have a major health problem.

When you relocate to another state there’s a lot of new situations to experience. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Capobianco’s office. Everyone with whom I interacted with on my first visit was friendly, courteous and professional. Every question I asked was answered to my satisfaction. The Staff members make you feel comfortable and welcome beginning with the Intake/Reception Staff to the last person you speak with before you leave. The design of the Waiting Area is done exceptionally well given today’s concerns regarding COVID-19. When my appointment was over I felt confident that going forward my medical concerns will be addressed and allow me to feel well taken care of.

I call them, “Johnny on the Spot”! They have a system that works, because no ball is ever dropped, I can’t tell you what a relief it is! They follow up and don’t let me drop the ball, either. Yesterday was just an initial consultation-type of visit to meet the doctor to see if I like him. Im looking for a new Primary Care physician since my insurance has changed. Ive had really amazing doctors in the past but the last one doesnt take my ins and the others have retired.It was incredibly easy to get an appointment which can be done online or on the phone. I didnt have to wait the usual month or two to get an appointment: I was scheduled the same week I called.My first impression of the facility is its spacious, clean, has comfortable furniture and a relaxing atmosphere with great music playing in the background.The two receptionists were very welcoming and polite. Everyone had masks on but Im guessing they were smiling.I arrived early to fill out all the paperwork (which I couldve done at home but my printers down).Within a couple minutes of my appointment time I was taken to an exam room by a nurse who started on getting my vitals. She was very professional and friendly. An NP came in and took over, taking down all my information and answering my questions. She made an appointment for me with a specialist, ordered lab tests and I found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful and kind.So far Im impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and their welcoming, upbeat attitudes. Everyone seems to enjoy working there, and from what I can tell they work together as a team (which is great).My only complaint (if I can even call it that) is when I made the appointment and again upon checking in, Id asked to have the initial appointment with the Dr. but for some reason despite confirmation that changed. It wouldve been better if Id known that my appointment was not with the Dr. since Id believed thats who Id be seeing.... Hopefully my next appointment will be with him after my lab results are in.Everyone Ive met so far has been great and Im happy with all of them so far.The location is easy to find and theres plenty of parking.

I have to say that I do appreciate that they can do many things at the office, blood draws, X-rays etc. so convenient so you don’t have to make a separate appointment somewhere else. I have usually had a good experience here. My biggest complaint is that I have never seen the same person twice! So I have to explain everything over and over. I have requested the same person and still got someone new! I have long term medical needs that would be best if monitored by just one physician instead of the 5 or 6 I’ve seen there.

Brittany is one of the few medical professionals that didnt just blow my wifes symptoms off and is actually helping us get to the true root problem of it all. So many reasons I enjoy coming here. I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen, they handle pretty much everything you can think of on site, and the staff are always friendly and timely. Amazing service and amazing care.

I saw Ms. Brittany Garcia, Nurse Practitioner, today. I had seen her on a few occasions in the past, and remain very pleased with the care I received. She is very thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. I am very impressed with her acumen. This is a top-notch organization.

Horrible!! DONT EVER GO THIS PLACE.Dont be fooled by advertisement comments!!They billed my visit incorrectly and made me to pay $158. And I called to ask about this and they kept saying we are short-staffed... and I have been waiting waiting for more than a week, calling them and wasting my time.I talked to the insurance company and they said it should be covered by my policy and this clinic kept denying they cannot do that. What does this even mean.......? Is it like a scam?Before I checked in for my annual visit, I even double checked if it is covered by my insurance for annual visit and then proceeded the visit.Now, they are giving me this headache...First time when I went to this visit in 2020, they never gave me a reason why I need to take a medication and what it will do.......... I sent several messages to find out....... No explanation. Their attitude is like I prescribe it, so just take it. I wont explain anything about side effect, follow-up...Very disappointing every time I go.......Now I am done with them.

Its so quick an easy to schedule an appointment to see a doctor. They are very efficient to diagnose, prescribe, and/or refer. Ive been going to Doctors Center for years.

Cheerful, polite and caring professional staff. this has been my pcp location for nearly two years. even in the height of the pandemic doing drive up testing out their back door, they have always kept their cool and been extremely helpful. doctors and nurse practitioners don’t have to be personable AND funny, but everyone i’ve encountered has been just that! lots of services provided here, as well.

There is a lot to like concerning a visit to the Doctors Center. It is a one stop shop. Seemingly, everything is done in house-exam, x-rays, labs etc. The staff is extremely friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. The wait was very short even though I was a first time patient with the traditional tons of paperwork to fill out. I am extremely happy I made the choice to use them as my primary care provider.

Good place to go to for wellness checkups, refill meds, etc. Staff is nice and I like how you can get Xrays and bloodwork in the clinic. My only complaint is that they switch providers on you without letting the patient know (which I do think is unprofessional). I asked for Brittany Garcia (thought she was great last time) only to get a different provider today when I came in for my annual checkup. Was not happy about that.

Dr. C is great! Staff is nice..... He takes his time with you and acknowledges your concerns during the visit. My whole family sees him and now I have my in-laws that see him as well and they are very happy. I recommend 100%

So far Ive loved all the Drs Ive seen there. My only complaint is that every single time I have made an appointed theyve asked me if there was a dr I preferred to see, each time Ive answered, then when I get there I get a dr Ive NEVER seen before. I really wish the question wouldnt be asked, if Im not going to get that Dr. Its kinda pointless. 😕Wait times are always quick, theyre organized. They care. Their notes are up to date on my chart. They always have multiple solutions including natural ones.We really like this office and all the employees.

As my first visit, new patient, I didnt really know what to expect as personal medical care in this Country has become mediocre to say the least. I was most impressed, meeting Becca who did my new patient assessment. She actually spent 1:1 time with me (vs on the computer, typing) hearing my history, listening to the details, and taking notes. Following my assessment, she offered a plan, which we both agreed upon, and I look forward to following, and working with her and my new MD. Fortunate, as well, the Doctors Center is in my neighborhood, and, the medical referrals and addl testing, too she made for me, remain close by. At the end of my first visit, I have to say, I was happy and look forward to building a good relationship with my new providers.

Have been with this place for 5 years, I get my appointments on the same day vs 7-14 days with other clinics, The staff is courteous and professional,DR Leo Capobianco is highly educated with extensive skills and experience, There has not been a single time were I visited this place and was disappointed or had to wait for too long.I always stress on seeing DR Leo when I have urgent need since he always recommends the safest, fastest and most effective treatment but Been with other doctors at this facility like DR Tony and some two others I dont remember their names and its always the same pleasant worry and frustration free treatment and fully satisfied with each visit regardless whom I see.If you want peace of mind and the best health care urgent care this is it, I have been in Vegas for 20 years and was completely disgusted and dissatisfied with every other urgent care till I found this one so there no going away from this clinic as long as I live in the city.

Check in was easy, staff very friendly, wait time was short, check in nurse seems knowledgeable, explains what she’s doing and why, Doctor was friendly, ask questions about your health in detail, give you plenty of time to ask questions and explain his answers in detail to your understanding, making sure you have an understanding of everything before he leave out of the room. The bedside manner is second to none. I feel like this office will be a very good fit for me to get my medical needs taken care of. Ive been dismissed about my pain for years by other doctors and gave up on trusting doctors altogether.. There are doctors that are so quick to diagnose, dismiss you, and majority of doctors often misdiagnosed patients all the time until its to late for the patient to be treated. Very sad.Speaking with Nurse Practitioner Becca I feel like she was very informative and very understanding. I felt like she listened to me and my concerns. I just hope I am not wrong about her!

Even though I was not placed with the NP I scheduled with, I was still very impressed with how well I was treated! Definitely my PCP office now!

I have been with this office 2 years now and I absolutely LOVE THEM! I have never had a PCP doctor who cares so passionately about his patients! He and his staff go above and beyond for their patients! I literally have not one complaint! They are the BEST!

I am always satisfied with my visit with Dr. Capo, what I am not always happy with is the interaction with the staff. When things change the patients shoudl be notified of the change, as a for instance, when a Telemed is scheduled and the email notification from the Doctors Center says I will be contacted shortly I assume I will be contacted shortly or at the very least recieve the email with the link as I have many times before. Apparenlty this changed recently? So as a suggestion the office may want to change the email that is sent out when a Telemed is scheduled stating what they want the patient to do not that they will be contacted shortly....

Dr Leo is great to work with, and his staff are kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Professional, timely, sensitive, and efficient..this was my first visit in searching for a primary care doctor. Dr. C. was referred to me by not one but two other people and now I understand why. He seems very kind and patient as I had tons of questions. I wasn’t rushed out & he addressed all of my concerns. I was even able to get services which would normally require you to have to go outside to complete,right there in his office. His staff is also honest as I left 2 gold chains there and Ann called and advised me she would leave at the front desk. I found out he even works with the VA.. My search is over!

The entire process took about 30 minutes and that included waiting room and a x-ray. The dr was nice and sympathetic to my back pain. The X-ray tech and nurse were nice. They explained everything to me and I feel like the treatment plan is a good one. Very happy with my experience
