My wife is a patient Dr. Victor Leon for 10 years and she is experiencing serious side effect from a medication he proscribed and she cannot see him BECAUSE HE IS NOT SEEING PATIENTS! She has to go to urgent care to get answers.
Hmmm Dr De Leons new policy is he does not see patients who are not vaccinated according to Connie one of his office staff members . But he will take a virtual appointment for a yearly check up . That means hell milk your insurance company for a virtual visit where he cant actually perform any contact checks like prostrate , listing to your hearth or lungs , looking down your throat or ears ... he wants to be paid for staring at you on a screen and then referring you to a clinic where there are doctors who will actually do their jobs . It appears by only serving the vaccinated and denying access to unvaccinated patients regardless of religion or medical reason for not being vaccinated speaks volumes about his oath as a health care professional . Dont waste your time going to his office if this situation doesnt directly apply to you now at sone point it will in other areas SHAME ON HIM !
I was happy at first to find a Filipino primary doctor that I can explain whats wrong with me in my language. I setup a teleservice appointment because thats all they have available. I may have canceled my appointments twice for medical reasons but when I re-scheduled my appointment last Friday for today, I was told today after waiting 30 minutes on doxy.me I received a call to find out that the doctor decided they are not going to see me because they are NOT accepting new patients. My question is why give a new patient a goose chase when they have NO intentions of keeping the appointment. It clearly says in my network providers list that they are accepting new patients and I even called them initially to ask if theyre accepting. Kelly said they are and emailed me their new patient forms. I chose this doctor because he has good ratings on Google but now it makes me wonder if those reviews are even accurate.
I wish more doctors took the time to listen from their patients like Dr. De Leon. Hence there will always be a wait, and your treatment is personable.
WOW Are you to busy to ever call your patients?
Nice guy takes good care of his patients
Needs time management
