I have been in Dr. Duggals care since August of 2020 and I couldnt be happier. Great listener, super sweet staff and just a wonderful office. I would highly recommend his services.

Dr. Amit Duggal has a wonderful staff up front and when moving to the rooms ! He is very very professional, very considerate, takes his time to listen carefully, gives you options, makes you a part of the experience and makes sure you understand whats happening by asking for your input ! You can ask questions for he is very patient. He is as Im old enough to remember when the family doctor/primary were your friend and truly cared about their patients welfare 1st ! I have to give him a totally positive review, for he has earned it on all levels 5 Stars truly isnt enough ! Thank You Dr. Duggal and his kind staff !

Dr. Duggal has always been a fantastic doctor for me. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in to see him, and the wait time is usually less than that. He is kind, patient, and thorough. He always makes sure I understand completely about whatever issue I have, and he actually LISTENS to me.

This place horrible. I wait for my appointment for over one and a half month. When my appointment day came up I barely made it there at time, walking in I realized my daughter took my debit card , and I didnt have cash with me ( but I had my checkbook with me).I come up to receptionist, I told her I have an appointment. She took my insurance card and said ok $25. I told her oh I dont have cash with me right now, before I asked her if check is ok, she TOLD ME YOU NEED TO FILL OUT A FORM CALLED PROMISE TO PAY I asked her HOW MUCH She said I DONT KNOW. I said is for $25?, she said again I DONT KNOW. I said all I need is referral letter ( which my insurance covers that) I need to know how much ( forget about telling her I have a check with me. She told me if you dont fill out the FORM CALLED promise TO pay ( even your insurance covers referral letter ) SHE WILL CANCEL. SO I LEFT. I called change my doctor to different doctor WHERE THEY DONT HAVE SUCH A FORM PROMISE TO PAY. I have an appointment with much better doctor

I want to change my review. Dr. Duggal called me personally oon a Sunday to let me know about my MRI results. I was so surprised and appreciative. I dont know of any doctor calling their patients personally, and on a Sunday. It meant a lot. 5 STARS!!!!

Appt was scheduled for 4:30. I showed up around 3:50 to fill out new patient paperwork (about 10 pages) it is now 5:15pm and I was just told his 4:00 and 4:15 appt still have not been seen and I am after them. This is rediculous! I will update after I actually see him.

Dr. Duggal is helpful and seams to care!
