I have taken my healthcare needs elsewhere. I found out new information about myself. I called and spoke with the RN because this was very concerning to me. I called at about 5 minutes to 5:00 pm on a Thursday. The RN pointed out to me several times during our phone call what time it was and that what I was concerned about was common. Just because this was common for her, it should not be assumed that this was common for me. She then told me that she would not deal with this until she returned to the office on Tuesday. I simply asked her if I could come in the next day and pick up my quest diagnostic form so that I could go and get my blood drawn to confirm what was concerning. I feel she should’ve been more empathetic to my situation. I feel what I was asking for was not unreasonable and could’ve been resolved by allowing me to get my blood work done sooner verses later. On Friday Dr. Shah called me back and agreed with his RN. I feel this is unacceptable service.

Communication? NONE! Im trying to find out results of lab work from Doctor Milko. She has not returned my call or answered the office phone. Ive contacted Holly at Access Health, who has been cooperative and helpful but I dont believe she has been able to communicate with anyone in Drs office either. One doctor in office. Occasionally someone might be there to answer phone. If you want a doctor who is available and has a staff or someone in the office to answer the phone, Dr. Milko is not the doctor for you.
