After enduring the last year with neck pain from an auto accident, my referral to Dr. Zahrai worked out perfectly. His staff was responsive, the wait times in his office were practically non-existent (love that). More importantly, Dr.Zahrai offered candid options, great feedback and professional answers. My procedures went so well and I am pain-free...finally.I cannot say enough good things about this practice, and along with Alexander Orthopaedics, both exceeded my expectations.Very happy these days. Dr. Zahrai gave me my life back. I was in a motor vehicle accident 7 months ago which resulted in a C5-C6 herniated disc; I was in so much shoulder/arm pain that I couldnt sleep or exercise, and had to cancel anniversary (scuba diving) and birthday (theme park) plans. I wanted my old self back, and after trying physical therapy and epidural steroid injections I decided to opt for an ACDF procedure. The pain was gone and my strength had significantly returned from the moment I woke up from surgery.I dont recall the last time I was this happy. Though Im still in the recovery phase, I can tell that being a whole and capable person is just on the horizon. I wish there were enough thanks to give both Dr. Zahrai and Priscilla. There is no question they truly care about you, the patient, and want the best outcome possible. Thanks to their excellent and compassionate care I feel like myself again already and am so eager to get back to living life to the fullest!

From the initial consultation to the follow up appointment this has been a 5 star experience. My debilitating sciatica pain caused by a herniated disc is now gone thanks to a steroid injection. ALL of my appointments have been less than 30 minutes from the time I walk into the building to the time I walk out... including the appointment to receive the epidural...this place runs like a machine!! The staff are all well trained and are always super upbeat and positive and when youre in pain its nice to get some relief from a friendly smile...if you have any doubts, give them a try you wont be disappointed!!! You have nothing to lose but the pain!!

I recently underwent a spinal fusion performed by Dr Zahrai. At my initial consultation Dr Zahrai explained the procedure, the recovery process, and any side effects I might experience after the surgery. Subsequent to the surgery Dr Zahrai came to my hospital room to explain how the procedure had gone, and to enquire on my recovery. Follow up visits with Dr Zahrai have been informative and helpful in my ongoing recovery.I found Dr Zahrai to be very professional in his interactions with me, and made me feel he cared about about my progress.I highly recommend Dr. Zahrai.

Had neck surgery at the end of July. Have had no issues but feel so much better. Dr. Zahrai treats you like you a his family making sure everything is going great. I recommend if you have any neck or spine issues to see him. He Rocks!!

Dr. Zaharia has been treating me for severe lower back and leg pain and I have gone from excruciating pain to no pain because of Dr. Zaharia’s care and compassion. I will recommend him to my friends or anyone who requires a orthopedic surgeon.

I am so thankful and appreciative of Dr Zahrai! I saw him when he briefly worked at another orthopedic office. He is the ONLY Dr out of many over a year ( including several ER drs) who looked at my labs and MRI films and right away recognized that I had osteomyelitis in my spine and needed fusion surgery immediately! He sent me to the hospital from his office. Sadly a neuro surgeon had to do my surgery which was probably the most terrifying thing I’ve been through ( this was my 7th spine surgery and over 100 other surgeries and procedures so I’m no stranger to surgery/ procedures). I will always be thankful to Dr Zahrai for listening to me and finding the true issue after everyone else kept telling me I was fine or just had muscle pain. He is a very straight forward no nonsense kind of guy but also very kind. I appreciate him very much!!

Dr. Zahrai took time to review my MRI. He is an excellent spine diagnostician and surgeon dedicated in devoting time to diagnose and help a patient. I am amazed with my surgery results. His staff was supportive and beyond exceptional in their scheduling process (my surgery was scheduled within 30 days). I feel very lucky that I could have Dr. Zahrai as my doctor.

Dr. Zahrai is a superb surgeon and has allowed me to return to a life without pain following a spinal fusion. Six months ago I felt as if my arms were on fire and after a short recovery from surgery, the pain was completely gone. Today, Ive been medically cleared to resume normal activities and Im completely pain free. Truly amazing.

Dr. Zahrai has given me my life back, after several previous fusions and surgeries I was at the point of being able to walk and continue to work or .give up my active life. Dr Zahrai took my back apart and put it back together. I am still in my brace but back to work and feeling human again.Not only is he a fantastic surgeon but he is very caring and kind taking the time to answer all your questions and gives great hugs
