All 3 of my girls have been seeing him for years and love him. He knows how to talk to the kids and make them comfortable. They have no problem opening up to him with what ever may ail them. My wife and I are 100% confident or daughters are in great hands.

My daughter is 4 and son is 1 and a half- we love going to Dr. Vaughan- always answers all the questions you have and takes really good care of my kids when they’re sick!

Dr. Vaughan and his staff are the best! We have been taking our son there ever since he was a little guy and hes 11 now. Dr. Vaughan takes his time with us and answers all of our questions. He knows just how to deal with our sons temperament, especially when it comes to getting shots. Our son HATES needles and the nurse and Dr. Vaughan are great with helping to get him to calm down long enough to take the shot. If our son is sick after the office is closed, we just leave him a voice mail message and he will call us back within minutes. He is very down to earth, very practical and there is no B.S. whatsoever which we love. One time, our son had to go to the E.R. for something and Dr. Vaughan was so honest about which one we should go to and which one we should stay far away from. Love his honesty so much! He makes us feel like our son is his only patient and the waiting rooms are never excessively busy. Dr. Vaughan is also wonderful at recommending other medical professionals for our son, such as a pediatric dentist and a pediatric dermatologist. We would recommend Dr. Vaughan to anyone without hesitation and have done so. Also, we love Disney, Dr. Vaughan loves Disney... it was meant to be!

My son loves Dr. Vaughan. Hes very responsive and always available. I highly recommend him. One doctor that my son is very comfortable with, been going to him since my son was born.

Dr Vaughn is truly the best. We didn’t love our original pediatrician and as first time parents we ask billions of questions. He keeps us at ease and doesn’t rush or make us feel silly for asking so many. We drive 30 min just to see him & will do so until we move or our little guy turns 18.

Our girls love Dr. Vaughan! He’s a fantastic doctor who listens and helps parents make the most informed decisions for their children.

Dr Vaughan and his entire office staff are excellent !!! Dr Vaughan knows really well how to communicate with kids and he is always very accurate in his assessments.Nurse Valery is awesome too and a big hit with the kids. she is very friendly and knowledgeable.And a special mention to the office executive, Sherry - she is one of the most friendly persons you would ever meet, and is ever attentive to the parents and kids who visit the office and always has a smile on her face and responds to every question you ask her. I moved away from Florida, and i really miss these folks !!! I wish the best of luck for all of the folks at this office.

Dr. Vaughan is wonderful. I have a 4 year old with Moderate Autism and other diagnosis; and Im very happy with Dr. Vaughan and his staff. The staff at Bay Pediatrics may not have a ton of experience with Autism but thats OK. This is the perfect practice for those proactive Special Needs parents who take control and do their own research. Dr. Vaughan is not one of those Doctors who refuses to listen to the parents; and is willing to help and try different approaches; as it fits with his professional training and opinion.

Not your average pediatrician. Dr Tim Vaughan and his staff are awesome! Their attention to detail is top notch. I have a 2 year old son who isnt a fan of doctors offices...this staff is patient and understanding. Dr Vaughan takes his time to get to know his patients and he personally takes after hour calls. Due to my husbands profession, we have moved around a good bit and my son has seen multiple pediatricians. Dr. Vaughans teams ranks among the best.

Dr. Vaughan and his staff are awesome! He always makes us feel as if were his only patients and we are never rushed. He is a fantastic pediatrician and he tells it like it is. No better doctor than Dr Tim! Your children will adore him and his staff...we have 4 children and have seen many pediatricians over the years and I have never met anyone like Dr Tim...so excellent, skilled and respects parents decisions and their judgement. And best of all there is hardly ANY waiting time!! In the past I have sat in waiting rooms over 30 minutes and there is never more than a 7 minute wait to get called back - that alone is priceless+++

Our family LOVES Dr. Vaughans office! Everyone is so friendly and caring. Dr. Vaughn takes his time to answer questions and address concerns. He values your time and I am always impressed with the little wait time we have And the clean and inviting rooms. I have referred many people to Bay Pediatrics when I see people looking for a pediatrician. I am so thankful we found them!

We’ve only been twice so far, but both experiences have been fantastic. Dr. Vaughn is very good at making things understandable to someone who isn’t a doctor. The staff is also great!

Guy says my son is behind in development. Have a lady come over to check him out and he scored way above average. This guy is a joke quack doctor. Go to anyone else but him!

We have seen Dr. Vaughan since my child was born; I have referred 2 families to him. With him, you get one doctor that gets to know your child versus seeing a different doctor in practice every time. He also keeps all of his records electronically. Nurse Val and Sherri are also great and have been with him since weve been going there. Also, the best part is, they dont squeeze so many appts in so that you are waiting forever to be seen; it is usually shorter wait times.

Great experience since we moved down in February 2014. Very caring and patient people. Im happy that my son is being taken care of by such a great group of people!

OK I can say WOW. I am a Nurse and I chose not to tell him because I wanted to see how he was. My sons last pediatrician should retire and was not feeling confident but he has restored my faith in an outstanding shining star physician. As a nurse he demonstrated the best bedside manner and he actually talks to you and your kid. SOrry so sarcastic I have war stories but I digress..He actually followed up and actually called me to talk to me as he promised. I have been in health care for 17 years and am hard to impress anymore these days to this extent. not saying their are not good providers but when a physician performed for me to witness this outstanding care it makes me stand up and take notice. I appreciate him and he deserves to know he is one of the best I have had the privilege to meet. I dont make it a habit to recommend in fear that most will not live up to my expectations and wouldnt want someone to get mad at me but I recommend him.

The entire staff is so caring and warm! They have taken such good care of my 4 year old and we just became a patient a couple weeks ago! I have nothing but good things to say about them and would recommend anyone to them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.Vaughan! I’m a first time mom and he has been so wonderful with answering all of our questioan wirh a professional yet caring and down to earth.

When I was pregnant in 2007 I called various offices to meet with a pediatrician. Dr. Vaughan was the 2nd place I called and he answered the phone himself (Rare for any Dr to do) When I said this his reply was when everyones busy you gotta jump in and help 10 years later and hes still our pediatrician. Always calls back right away if we page him, very straight forward and honest, great bedside manner, his staff is always so wonderful! My daughter loves going in there, they treat her like shes family and she loves it. I recommend Dr. Vaughan to everyone, I live in St Pete and still drive to Largo because I refuse to change her physician, hes worth the drive
