VIP CARE Largo has come a LONG way since I first started going there. In the beginning the doctors came and soon left. Then Dr Figueroa came and has created an excellent staff. These professional ladies - Melanie, Desiree and Alexia have helped me regain my confidence in VIP Care Largo. And did I mention I really like Dr. Figueroa. He has diagnosed things that others have been unable to.

I am writing this for my Mom. Doris Ross who is 91 years old. She wanted me to express how Melanie, Annie and Desiree are the most caring, considerate, concerned staff she has ever known. They call her if she is having issues checking in on her. And there whenever she calls with a problem. The Doctor and staff are the most wonderful group a patient could ever ask for. P.S. as Doris daughter who takes her to all her appointments everyone in the office is amazing and I am so pleased and thankful how they take care of my Mom

I know my dad’s health is in good hands with Dr Figueroa and his team! They treat him like family and are always so genuine when it comes to his care or even the simple things. 5 stars isn’t enough stars for this group!

I can say that My Dr.Figueroa is the most kindhearted, unselfish, Professional Doctor I ever met. Not to mention the Nurses I love immensely for being so loving and caring with me. I am been a patient for more than 2 yrs now and can say that I feel so happy to be part of VipCare.

My mom is a long time patient here and I usually go with her to her appointments and let me say the staff are amazing all the time especially Annie and Melinie. We never have any problems and are always seen in a timely fashion. Everyone is always very helpful!

Dr Figueroa & staff provide exceptional and compassionate service to their patients. Dr Figueroa was my Dr for many years and he made a great choice when he partnered with VIPCARE - love the waiting room decor. This office continues to exercise caution due to Covid 19 which is greatly appreciated. My 96 year old Mom is also a patient and she loves them all!!

I’ve been seeing Dr Figueroa since 8/20. He is quite possibly the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. He actually takes time with his patients and listens to them. He’s very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond the call of duty. His staff is also knowledgeable and caring. He approaches medicine with the idea that he is not a magical person that can cure all ills. More like medicine is a constant learning experience for both he and his patients. I so much appreciate that.

Dr. Figarois the first physician we have ever had that shows tremendous professional concern. He goes over medication’s thoroughly to choose what is best for us. He shows great concern for our family to help us with any stress we might endure. He has been at our beck and call whenever needed. We have recommended him to many of our family and friends to see if they are covered with insurance to have them as their new physician. As for his staff, it goes without saying, they show such love, respect, and concern. They never fail to call and check up on you whether you’re sick or well. Having a direct line to their office is so important rather than going through an answering service then transferred.The girls in the office, go out of their way to help you in anyway they can which is such a joy to be shown such respect. They make you feel very special not to mention they have such great personalities. Some people dread going to their doctors we enjoy our visits.

The referral girl and the office manager were very helpful and courteous wish everyone had employs like this.. makes me enjoy my visits more seeing there sweet faces...

Everybody VIP care is wonderful thoughtful and very helpful. When my husband was sick they called me every other day make sure I was okay. Doctor Figueroa was really wonderful taking care of both of us. Even after my husband passed they called me every other day to make sure I was okay. The doctor the nurses and the people at the front desk were very helpful friendly and carring. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this office and they would get VIP care.

I have been going to Dr. Figueroa for a little over a year at VipCare. I use to see him in his old practice I absolutely love the staff as well. Never a wait always punctual and the they call and check up on me which I love. They were staff when I first met them and I feel like the staff is now like my family. Dr. Figueroa is the best doctor I have seen in a long time. I have several chronic illnesses and I am disabled, Dr. Figueroa is very knowledgeable in not only my illnesses but how to treat them, he knows about what drugs interact with others and I no longer have to see 10 different doctors. He is amazing.
