Dr. Patel is the most professional and kind doctor I have ever had. I have been under his care for the past 6 years and he takes the time to listen to you. He resolves issues other doctors could not figure out. He also replies to your message in the patient portal. He actually makes you feel valued and not like a number. I def recommend him if you are looking for an awesome PCP.

I moved down from Tennessee at the end of 2017 and was referred to Dr. Patel by a friend. From just calling into the office to see if they took in been patients I was impressed. When I arrived, the receptionist knew who I was and the entire staff was so friendly. Dr. Patel spent a lot of time with me and was so informative and you could tell he truly care(s) about his patients. I’ll never have another PCP again. Best place hands down!

My previous primary care doctor recommended me to Dr Patel for on-going health care maintenance. The office staff are super friendly and caring. Waiting time is minimal to be seen. The consultation process from start to finish is thorough with knowledgeable nurses and doctors answering all my questions and putting me at ease. Dr Patel has to be the Best doctor you can get !!!

After leaving three messages over two days, no call back. When I try them again, I am told since I have not been there in 3 years, I am now a new patient again and not able to see the Dr until 3 months from now. WOW. Really? When I press them they offer me an appointment in 5 days. This policy seems very unreasonable if you are a Dr and want to help people who are sick. It is also not a good business policy, unless you have so much business you dont need anymore. Going elsewhere.

They go above and beyond at all times!!! They answer the phones and are friendly and helpful. They call you back right away when they need to. Pharmacy refills are super easy. And Dr. Kush listens to everything and spends time with you. The nicest doctor ever!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

He is the best Doctor I have ever had. I am a winter resident of Florida but all of my medical care has been here in Florida because of Dr Patel. He is an excellent diagnostician. He is kind and caring. I am very fortunate to be under his care.

The staff here is really nice and helpful. Dr Patel is my physician. I drive from Orlando to see him. He is one of the only Drs that truly listens and cares. I only see him no PA, no nurse practitioner and he will spend what ever time you need with you. Never feel rushed. Love him and the staff.

Dr. Patel is absolutely the best doctor Ive ever had! And believe me, I have gone through quite a lot of them over the years. He is a caring person who actually takes the time to listen to your problems. You do not get rushed out. He makes you feel as if you are his only patient. I was a new patient to him in 2010. As we talked about my problems and medical history, he immediately sent me for an MRA, after hearing my family history of brain aneurysms. I got a call early the next morning that he wanted to see me. Yes, I had an aneurysm and he had me in to see a neurosurgeon that same afternoon. For many years, all previous doctors told me I had migraines and would send me off with pain meds to take when I got a headache. If not for Dr. Patel, I may not be here today. I thank God that I found him. His nurses and office staff are all friendly and caring too. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a great primary care doctor!
