I am not one to write a bad review but I wish someone warned me before going in. I went here because the barber shop was booked. I told them exactly how I want my hair : 1. A #4 on the sides 2. A 1/4 inch off the tip 3. Sideburns to the center on my ear. They did 1 out of the 3. I feel like it was intentional. They took 3 inches off the front but left the back intact and took my sideburns up to the top of my ears. If this was the last place on earth to get a cut I wouldnt go. Youve been warned! WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!

8/22/21 1pm appointment, Busy family members be aware — The stylist laughed as she told me she couldn’t keep the 1pm appointment. Guess it’s a joke to her. Have used this place before with no problems, unfortunate this time.In reply to the Owner: Other haircut services honor the appointment system. I got my haircut right down the street and was happy to wait and observed that the store honored their appointment system.We can agree to disagree, however it’s very easy to understand why you have 1 stylist (got jokes stylist) working (with no one waiting in the lobby) and other haircut businesses are slammed with multiple stylist working and earning great gratuity On a Weekend day. No Excuses Take CareI usually post only positive feedback, however this one keeps on giving — lol.I appreciate past history and there are some questionable reviews here, doubt everyone is wrong. Most people like to have a positive experience and look forward to quality service.

Bonnie cut my daughters hair and I think this is the happiest Ive ever seen her with a hairstylist! She took her time to make suggestions and explain how they would help and my daughter looks fantastic! Joe cut my hair and its the first time in a long while someone actually listened when I said cut off as much as you need to, the layering he did is perfect! Ive gotten compliments and we just left. After 2 years living in Largo we found our hair salon.

Everyone wears a mask, Bonnie did awesome on my cut and color. Also did a perfect job on my 3 yr old daughters cut. Great place.

It was alright but very over priced. $162 to cut already short hair and dye it. The dye is already washing out and seriously faded which they didnt tell us would happen. They also didnt have any of the colors my daughter initially asked for, she had to settle on one she only kind of liked. They are good for hair cuts but I wouldnt recommend hair coloring by them.Id like to thank Supercuts for restraining my daughters hair. It looks great and shes very happy with it.

Mask usage by employees was terrible. Went in to get a quick trim. Joe and Sierra were both wearing their masks below their noses. Sierras during most of the visit wasnt even covering her mouth. Very disconcerting when in close proximity. There was also a customer that came in to get a haircut without a mask. He was never asked to put one on either. Remember, the masks isnt there to protect you, its there to protect everyone else. Pretty selfish on their part if you ask me. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

The hairstylist made me put on a mask as other customers and employees did not have them on. In every building and restaurant if you are sitting down then you can take off your mask. I was obviously sitting down getting my haircut so there was no reason for a mask. She hurried through the haircut and told me it was her preference. She should not be working there if she is afraid of people and rushing through haircuts. If corporate has this policy then it’s their fault and I am never going back one way or the other.

Made a 10:00 AM appointment with Margo, arrived at 9:55 the girl told me she is not coming in today, she took the day off. Glad I made an appointment, i wont be coming back

Crystal was extremely helpful and I am a regular customer that enjoys location, price, and quality service.She has always been able to schedule my appointment in a timely manner with friendly service!

One of the male employees left to get a drink and 20min later still has not come back yet. Waiting! Still waiting! The line for hair cuts is getting bigger. Also over herd that another employee just went home while the store was still very busy earlier.Update 2 customers have walked out already.

Alex has been cutting my hair for so long that I really dont remember- at least 20 years. She gives me a perfect haircut every single time. I have never been disappointed. She has recently been coloring and hi-lighting my hair, and I absolutely love it!! She is a fabulous hairdresser. I wont go to anyone else. I recommend her to friends whenever I can.

Owner is very unprofessional and rude. Earlier today she emptied her dustpan full of hair and it blew all over me. When I complained she said that I should’ve moved and got an attitude and threatened to call the cops. SMH. Maybe that scares the average black guy but not this one. I’m looking forward to picketing in front of your establishment soon.

Susan is an amazing stylist. My cut and color look so beautiful. Susan listened to how I wanted my hair to look and it is exactly how I wanted it to be. So happy especially when I do my hair at home and it looks like I just walked out if Super Curs.

No appointment needed. I changed my review because the short lady with the short purple hair did the absolute worst hair cut in my life. Rude and arrogant.I have never in my life considered asking for a refund for a hair cut. She buzz cut my hair like I was going into the military. Fast as hell pushing so hard my head was sore an hour later. Coughing and hacking like she smoked 20 cigarettes in 5 minutes. A customer came in and asked for a consultation with another stylist and she remarked...oh screw that, if she dont like the way I cut,she can hit the road. Take it or leave it.When I asked why so short she replied I used exactly what you asked for and then rudely grabbed the clippers and shoved them in my face. I will return in 4 months when my hair grows back, I have used 2 other stylist and they were perfect. This lady needs to be a bouncer not a stylist. She shaved it literally all the way up the back of my head half way to the front leaving a small patch long. Ive never had to wear a hat from a bad hair cut once in my life. Sure I have had some bad ones, but this tops the chart. I am debating to just grab the dog clippers and shave the rest of my head. Not to mention I specifically said I Dont want to that short! The hair she did leave is very long. It was like she was racing to get to the next person in line.

A very clean, tidy shop, with ample handicapped parking and even a ramp for those with canes, rollators, etc.This is a very welcoming atmosphere, with pleasant stylists, but I always ask for Alex.I followed her from a previous shop because I was always pleased with her excellent work and enjoyed her personality. She is energetic, and upbeat, while being very knowledgeable and skilled in her techniques. She really listens when I occasionally suggest a different style. Over the months I have gotten cuts, colors and frosting (with foil) from Alex and am always well pleased with the results.Susan R

Great salon! My first visit was just a cut but they were so professional I returned with my husband. Since then I have brought my 92 year old mom. They treated her with such kindness and respect, making her feel beautiful. My last visit was with Alex who did a wonderful job with hi and low lights and a perfect cut. No appointment needed and a great price as well. Cant beat it!

I Asked for a trim and scissor cut and got a nice military cut and spike on top. Not what I wanted, I have been there several times with very little issues. I will try somewhere else, that pays attention to what I ask for. Very disappointed.

DO NOT go for anything more than a cut. I made the mistake thinking touch up roots are easy. 1 and 1/2 hours later, I left without it being fully washed out. She kept taking other customers instead of washing it out. AND all along my face is still white hair.

If you are looking for a quality hair cut then look no further. Very professional and friendly staff... Ask for Sammy she will do an excellent job!!!!

I know that franchised hair places can be a little hit or miss. However, Alexis is fantastic. Her 30 yrs experience shows as her attention to detail is outstanding. As a guy with a very short hair style, I have had plenty of haircuts that felt as if a new shortest time record was the primary goal leaving it up to me to point out the uneven sections or poorly blened areas. Not so with alexis. She took the time to do it right and even stopped me before I left because she saw one more spot with which she was not satisfied. I love the peace of mind that comes with having a stylist who delivers quality every time.

Wasnt very happy to the attention paid to me. The one at the Largo Mall is much better. 😉👍

When I needed a haircut while on vacation, I received a haircut experience that exceeded my expectations! The staff was friendly and they had me in and out in no time! The haircut was the best one that I have had in a long time!

Everyone was very nice and friendly but my hair cut is very uneven and badly cut. I wanted to go back and get it fixed but don’t want it messed up more.

Destroyed my daughters hair. Cut was uneven, went back to have it fixed never apologized and she ended up with a haircut much shorter than she wanted after having to make both sides even

Messed up my hair, the person who did it was nice tho. Went back later and it couldn’t be fixed, because if they did, i’d have a huge bald spot on my head
