The store is so bright, organized, clean and large. As a out of towner I definitely would visit the store again when Im here.

I had an associate help me find hair for my wife. She was very pleasant and had a lot of knowledge about the products

Seems like a really nice place with lots of options. Only been there about 3 times now, but they always had what I needed. Seems clean and the cashier was nice. Couldnt get assistance to find the aisle I needed to get to for my item, but I eventually found it on my own. I still recommend this place. Glad it is here.

The ladies that work here are not knowledgeable about various products. The manager isnt there, and no one knows where or who he or she is. The ladies that are there who are Asian claim they dont speak English. We come to spend our money, it would be nice if your looking for something that the employees are actually helpful. I hope this improves soon.

My first time there and I liked it. It was put together and well organized. The braiding hair was neat and put in wooden bins by color and brand. Great prices as well

Ok. Not so friendly in wig department.

So I purchased a gel that was the brand I buy and the same place I ALWAYS get it. And not to mention that edge control is $17. I only get that because it holds my hair any other brand isn’t good or strong. So I called yesterday night to ask if I can return or get another type. (The type I bought was used and not strong) so they say yes I can. I come in today thinking I can have the type that isn’t used or has a very weak hold. Because they said I could. The Asian one eyed guy that owns this store try’s to say its the “original way it looks” like I buy this stuff at least once a month. I know how it looks. They but sell on there things a day after I come so I try to swap for a cheaper type. “No no no”. Like don’t say something on the phone and not mean it. I hope they open a black owned beauty supply because these Asian folks are rude as hell. Will not be returning.

You must wear a mask and gloves. They provide the gloves and hand sanitizer. Floor/isles are marked for appropriate distancing. They have face masks and face shields.

I could have easily given them 5 stars. The place is clean, organized, has everything hair and beauty related you could image, a customer loyalty card that gives you 40% off your 5th wig/weave when you buy 4. HOWEVER, the woman in charge of the wig department needs lessons in customer service. She is rude and acts like she doesnt want to wait on her (primary) black female clientele. The only thing that helps out is that the styles of wigs are good. They are expensive. I went to another Beauty 4 U and their prices were 20% cheaper and fantastic customer service. Others have complained about the wig lady but nothing changes. Any other B4U is better to patron than this location.

Use to frequent this establishment MANY times a month, they carried most of what I needed. But.....there is ONE lady that seems to ALWAYS be rude! She generally works in back with the wigs. Dont know her name and could care less! Thought she was the manager or owner or something but found that she is not! I just cannot take her rudeness and blatant LIES any longer and will NOT patronize THIS location ever again! Dont really care about convenience! I will not spend my money somewhere where clearly you dont want to be bothered by the demographic!!! No problems with the other staff, they are always helpful, she just inserts herself when not talking to her!

I went looking for a wig prior to my deployment. I walked in and went to the back. There was a woman back there, who worked there, whom I asked about the selection of wigs. I was dismissed with a dirty look. I asked again and she begrudgingly lookef at only 2 wigs to quickly answer my question then continued to stand behund the counter doing nothing. Approx 20 mins later I asked to try one on. I paud the $1 cap fee. I asked for assistance in fitting it on and she rolled her eyes and pointed at a mirror and told me to do it myself. Immediately after I tried the first one on she began to eat in the corner. The person with me went to get a manager to complain. Anothe associate came and giggled with her asking if she was on break. The manager walked over. I explained the problem and he immediately made it seem as if it was my fault she didnt want to work. After both of their treatments I can gladly say we walked out empty handed and upset. I will NEVER step foot back in this establishment especially since there are many more around.

Service isnt good, you can barely find someone on the floor for help. The store is loaded with everything you need, which is great!

Check your bags before leaving this store. The little short girl at the register charge me for both of the combs that I placed on the camera but neglected to put both of them in my bag. Not only was I inconvenienced, the male manager made me wait while he checked the cameras. The comb was only $1.00 but it is the principal. Take your money to a different establishment.

The owner kept asking me if I was ready every time I walked passed the register. I’m like no I’m still shopping. I guess I was taking too long for him or he was afraid I would steal something. It’s a large store, but they lack a lot of popular natural hair care brands: As I Am, Remington, Conair, etc. Everything in the store is RED by Kiss, which I have not known to be popular among naturalistas. There’s no one around to answer questions. Wasn’t impressed with my overall experience.

I used to like this place. But they need to tell customers before purchase that sales are Final! GO TO SALLYS. You get better service even after purchases.

I love the atmosphere and I can always find what I need

The wig department woman was very rude and difficult I requested a wig she gave me the wrong one. I didn’t notice until I drove to the other end of the parking lot, I stopped pulled up the name and picture of what i was looking for and saw that I got the wrong one less than 5 minutes later i call the store asking to exchange or return the hair and she said okay. Once I arrived 10 minutes after leaving the store I gave her the wig and she accused me of opening the package and messing up the wig , words were exchanged she got very disrespectful she called the manager who just didn’t seem to understand what i was trying to explain to them. I never left the vicinity nor did I open or rough up the packaging, they seem to pull this stunt with alot of customers just to avoid returns after arguing for 30 minutes they Finally agreed to do the exchange and the woman was still trying to have her way but a nice young employee helped me do the exchange anyway despite the behavior of the other lady . They’re really lacking customer service .

They Want let u return open or unopen items. I bought a dryer that takes forever to dry ur hair. Went the next day and found out i couldnt return or exchange it.

I spent $84 at this location . Literally bought the wrong color wig without knowing . Left the store went next door came back and asked to exchange it for a different color even offered to spend more on the new wig to exchange it out instead of buying a whole new wig that I’m never going to use . I was then told I couldn’t exchange it and had to buy a new wig . Gotta stop spending our hard earned money at Chinese establishments because they are so money hungry . We need more black owned hair stores !
