Jen is the absolute best!! She really is the Lash Queen. She has great retention and consults with you to give you exactly what you ask for. She listens and makes you feel great about yourself by making you look and feel beautiful with her lash abilities and amazing personality. Booking with her on her website is so easy! I’ve only been going to her for about 2 months now but I drive 30 minutes just because I love her and her work so much.

It was my first time at Jen’s salon and she made me feel so comfortable, I felt like I knew her for ever. She’s a sweet heart. She explained everything I needed to know to keep my lashes from shedding. Her place is nice and clean. Jen is professional. I absolutely love her. I Will keep coming back to her. I got my second appointment booked. ☺️

Due to it being Mother’s Day weekend I chose to address my issue with Jen on Monday morning. Received my lash extensions on a Wednesday and by Saturday morning an entire cluster from the left eye was gone. I understand some lashes may fall out over time but after three days and paying a total $200 is horrible. I politely reached out to Jen and instead of offering to fix the problem being that it was only 3 days since the install she proceeded to make excuses of why it “could” be happening never tried to come up with a solution for the problem.I wasn’t looking for a refund all I wanted was my lash fixed how hard was that? She replied about brushing them but at that point the lashes was coming off why would I brush them. Per her “maintenance” it is advised to not wet or brush lashes until after 48 hours. The lashes were noticeable thin Saturday morning. If I could post a screenshot of our conversation never once was I rude until Jen said “well maybe lashes aren’t for you but it was nice meeting you”? Please don’t be fooled by the persona she puts on until she makes a mistake that could easily have been fixed which she NEVER offered only continued to tell me to brush them. Ma’am it’s no lashes to brush. Needless to say I went to a REAL tech and low and behold not one lash has noticeably fell off. I stopped wearing nail salon lashes 3 years ago and wanted to try these out but my first experience was horrible Thanks Jen 😊. Also in the near future please refrain from bad mouthing your previous client (the person scheduled at 4pm on May 5th) saying “you don’t like her energy because she doesn’t tip you” totally unprofessional. Accept constructive criticism because no one is perfect especially from someone who only reached out to let you know what was going on . This was coming a person who thrives to support BLACK BUSINESS..a person who NEVER asked for a REFUND or a “freebie”.

Jen is the absolute best in the eyelash game! Perfectionist is an understatement! She literally is the best Ive ever had from Cali all the way to Florida! Ive loved my lashes from day one with her. Not only is her work amazing but also her energy. I travel over an hour everytime cause her lash game is that amazing!

Jenn is the QUEEN. She treats you like royalty ! She is so sweet & very thorough with her work, she explained everything as she was going if you’re née to the lash world or not even in it yet just interested in getting them done do yourself a favor & just go see Jenn ! I started with a different lash tech else where & I have yet to see from any friends even retention , quality , care & ease of scheduling from anyone else !My lashes still look BOMB at 3 weeks!Will not let anyone else touch my lashes !!

Best lash tech ever! Ive been going to Jen for 2 years now and she has never let me down, every single time my lashes are perfect and they stay that way because the retention is amazing! Five stars does NOT do justice to these lashes. True luxury. A couple of years ago I was about to give up on lashes all together after trying countless different businesses in the area. Thank goodness I found THE LASH QUEEN!! (Yes all caps, trust me). I receive compliments on my lashes every single day! Even after three weeks! They’re so thick and full and juicy! Be careful though! You might find yourself booking early unnecessary appointments just because you miss Jen so much! Seriously. She’s wonderful. So kind and uplifting. I couldn’t recommend Lash Queen Beauty Co. enough. Best quality and the best company!

Ive had my eyelashes done for 2.5yrs, & was prepared to give up on extensions when covid hit (compromised immune system). A friend of mine recommended I book an appointment with Jenn, the owner of Lash Queen Beauty Co., & fully vouched for her cleanliness & conscientiousness. I was already sold on the quality bc my friends lashes always looked AMAZE.From the very 1st appointment until literally today, Jenn has exceeded the highest expectations I couldve possibly had for an elite beautician. Shes professional & unbelievably talented. Her prices are a smidge higher than my last tech, but the quality I get with Jenn is NEXT LEVEL compared. My eyes used to be red & swollen (& a lil sore) for the 1st day or 2 after a fill, & I didnt think this was avoidable bc I have sensitive everything 😆 but this has NEVER happened with Jenn. I told her about this issue during my consultation, & she LISTENED & took care of it like it was nothing.It feels so great to love my lashes the moment I get (& pay for) them vs 3 days & a tube of cortisone cream later. I always leave Jenns studio feeling fabulous about the whole experience. Shes a STUNNING woman - inside & out - which is the sweetest icing on the flawless cake.I could go on & on (literally), but Ill just say Jenn aint called the Lash Queen for being good at what she does.
